Timru's POV
Basilio-san was quite surprised to hear from Neila, one of our group's seamstresses, about the textile sector of our country, which had been making our local clothes and uniforms for centuries, and, as she said, they were the same ones for generations. Because of that. Basilio-san began to think about it and was suddenly struck by an idea in his mind.
"We can make various school uniforms and various cultural dress styles," he said to Neila, much to her surprise.
"Various uniforms for school?" Neila replied. "And various cultural dress styles?"
Basilio then nodded. "Yes, we can make clothes for students and various clothes for anyone who had different tastes for fashion and styles."
Neila then thought about it for a few moments and then agreed with his suggestion. "Sure, we'll give it a try."
A bit later, before lunchtime, she and Basilio-san are now browsing in Basilio's laptop for various clothing styles, especially on the ones for students at school. I took a little peek at the screen and saw various uniform styles, starting from the familiar Japanese ones to the prestigious Korean ones. And it seemed Neila was intrigued and interested and stated to our master that she wanted to try to make some of them for the first few days.
"Okay," Basilio replied with an agreement, "I'll print out the sheets for their clothing blueprints."
And so, after lunch time, Master Basilio did so and handed the few printed paper sheets to her and some of her seamstress friends, who saw them as unique and new and were willing to make the prototypes of them. And now, as I was observing this lunch time, they began making a few of the new school uniforms, as well as a few novel cultural dresses. They were 15 of them by now, and currently, (or at least in this department), there were 25 seamstresses who were in charge of the textiles in the country (this was declared for a centralized production by Basilio-san recently).
2 days later, they presented their prototypes of the new uniforms and dresses to us. Basilio-san and we took a look on them, feeling the various cloths used in making the clothes and the aesthetic looks of them. Our master was quite impressed and, though he didn't expect perfection in the outcome, and gave a compliment that basically flabbergasted the sewing group. Some, as Alexis, Artem, and Helena had observed, blushed on his compliment. The prototypes were considered successful, and our master planned to put these as new lines of clothes nationwide and even said that he planned to export some of the extra ones to those who wanted to purchase them. Woah…a new side revenue for all of us.
