At first it was a slow whir.
Then it became a blur.
Then it turned into a shrieking storm of cutting force.
The friction made the air glow and sparks snapped around the rotating limb as the drill tore apart everything it touched.
Across from him, Venom's six eyes gleamed.
It still did not try to dodge.
It raised its tails instead, weaving them into a dense, layered shield of overlapping chitin.
