Her eyes became serious. "Families of that level have eyes and ears everywhere."
She tapped the table lightly. "Every major movement made by Hudson is probably already under surveillance."
She looked directly at Adam. "Especially by the head of the Ainsworth family."
A faint smile appeared on her lips. "Sooner or later... they'll discover that Hudson secretly met you. He may even be waiting."
Aurora calmly tapped her fingers against the table as she organised her thoughts.
"If my guess is correct, Theo Ainsworth has probably already noticed Hudson's recent movements."
She looked thoughtfully toward the window where the moonlight illuminated the garden outside.
"However, instead of confronting him immediately, he might simply be waiting for Hudson to tell the truth on his own."
Adam quietly listened. Aurora continued, "Someone like Theo wouldn't expose Hudson right away."
She smiled faintly. "Most likely, he'll give him a month or so."
