*Thump* A man landed softly on the grass outside of his house so as to not burn it.... again. Only god knows what Inko would do to him if he burned it again. Slowly and nervously, with his heart thumping in his chest, he made his way towards the front door.
He was anxious. How couldn't he be? His son went for a power examination today, and his thoughts were running wild in his mind. Did his son get a quirk? If he did, what kind did he get? Was it strong, was it weak? Not that the strength mattered to him. Anyways, his mind kept working overtime on the possibilities of what his son could have gotten.
Did his son not have a quirk and instead a sacred gear? If he did, what kind then? Or maybe instead of a sacred gear, maybe his son has a special lineage from his wife, Inko's side of the family that they both didn't know of? Or maybe even one from his side! .... No, it's better if his son didn't have the same lineage, the same power as him.
It was safer that way. He could still remember how hard and cruel it was for him because of his power, how people viewed it, and looked at him. Sure, it wasn't just because of pyrokinetic powers, and there were a lot of things that happened, but his power was what triggered all those things in his home....
The man shook his head. There was no use thinking of that place anymore. His memories of that place were somewhat foggy anyway, and the way he got here, even more so.
But just before the man took a turn down a road he tends to avoid, a voice broke him out of his stupor. "Shinra, we need to talk... It's about Izuku, he's..." Before Inko could say anymore, time seemed to have slowed down... Well, for Shinra, that is, as he used something he hasn't in quite some time... His {Adolla Burst} and being empowered by his {Adolla's Grace}, his body de-materialized into dozens of small particles and allowed him to move at light speed.
In even faster than what could be considered instantaneous, he appeared in Izuku's room while also being able to briefly glims at the days events and being able to see what Izuku went through but not the entire picture.
Izuku awoke after feeling a semi intense heat suddenly appear in his room. Groggily, Izuku awoke dazed and confused before seeing his Dad standing at the side of his bed. Now fully awake after seeing his Dad, Izuku jumped into Shinra's arms unexpectedly and started crying.
Despite Izuku crying his heart out in Shinra's arms, the man couldn't help but smile softly at his son. Gently but slowly, Shinra removed Izuku from his embrace and said softly. "Hey bud, what's wrong? Are you that happy to see your old man?"
Izuku let out a pitiful laugh at that while tears still streamed down his face, and Shinra embraced him again in a gentle hug. After a few minutes, Izuku stopped crying, Shinra, noticing this, gently pulled Izuku out of his embrace once more and said. "Feeling better, bud?"
*Sniffle* "A little." Izuku said weakly while looking down, Shinra just smiled gently at him and picked him up before putting Izuku back in his bed and saying. "Well, why don't you go back to bed and you can tell me about it tomorrow, bud?" Izuku just yawned and nodded at his Shinra, falling instantly back to sleep, not really feeling better, but at least feeling reassured now that his dad was back home.
After seeing that Izuku was asleep, Shinra made his way out of his son's room quietly. Just as he closed the door to Izuku's room, Inko came up to him and grabbed his ear, and twisted it, making shinra almost cry out in pain.
Inko spoke softly yet sternly while looking at Shinra. "Dear, I know you can be a worry wart when it comes to Izuku, but that's no excuse to use your {Adolla Burst} in the house. You didn't let me finish talking."
Shinra at least had the decency to look apologetic while saying. "I'm sorry, Inko, but... I just couldn't stand thinking if something bad happened to our son, and so I just moved instinctively." Inko looked at him with understanding eye's, whilst beckoning him to follow her.

**"HAHAHAHA! I AM HERE! IT'S TIME TO WAKE UP! HAHAHAHA! I AM HERE! IT'S TIME TO WA-"** *Click* Izuku switched off his {All Might} alarm and groggily stood up from the comforting embrace of his bed. He didn't want to, but he didn't have dinner last night because of yesterday's events, so he was feeling extremely hungry.
So Izuku slowly put his {Devil's Smile} slippers that had a picture of his Dad smiling with flames behind him and made his way out of his bedroom and down the hall. As he was walking slowly, he couldn't help but stare at all the photos on the wall, there were photos of him as a baby, photos of him growing up, family photos, photos of his 2 uncle's, fotos of just his mom and dad, and lastly, photos of his father in his teens standing with a group of people in front of what looked to be a rundown cathedral and the a photo of short haired blond woman in what looked to be a strange nun uniform.
He's always been curious about those two photos, especially the nun looking woman. He couldn't help but feel like he had a some sort of connection with her, Izuku shook his from the odd thought, that wasn't important at the moment. He also never asked about the photos because despite being a child, he could just see the pain and longing his father had looking at them, so he just never asked.
But before he could ponder more about it, his Dad's voice broke him out of his thoughts. "Hey bud, did you sleep, alright?" Izuku nodded and said. "Yeah, I did, Dad, but I'm super hungry."
Shinra just smiled at that and said. "Well, guess what? We're having your favorite for breakfast!" Izuku lit up like a christmas tree while squealing in joy like a banshee.
So he quickly went and sat down at the table where his pork cutlet katsudon was already placed and started devouring it like a rabid dog.
After a few minutes, Izuku finished his breakfast before looking around and noticing the absence of his mother. "Dad, where's mom?" Shinra just smiled and said. "Don't worry, bud, she's outside setting something fun up for us, and if you're wondering why I'm here and not helping her..." Shinra said before taking on a more serious tone and expression. "Izuku... I have something important to tell you. I think it's about time I told you the truth."
Izuku gulped at that. It was rare to see his father so serious. He could count those times on one hand. His mind kept racing with possibilities on what his father might want to talk about that was so serious in the first place. He couldn't think of anything. He was pretty sure that he didn't do anything wrong. He always listened to his parents, always tried his best in school, and got high grades.
He didn't tell anyone who his father was....Well except for those who were already in the know-how like his friends whose parents were friends with his Dad. So what could he have possibly done? ...Wait, there was one thing... His power examination, maybe his mom, told him about what happened and about his powerless status. Maybe his dad was angry or disappointed? But that also didn't make sense since his dad had still treated him the same as he's always done... but maybe... just maybe...
Izuku shook his head. No, his Dad said something about truth, so it could be something completely different, but.... Before Izuku's mind could spiral further, Shinra broke him out of his dangerous train of thought. "Izuku, I can tell by your expression what you're thinking." Izuku was a bit baffled by that, so he asked.
"H-how did you know, Dad?" Shinra stared at his son for a bit before answering him. "Izuku, I'm a hero. One of the key points of being a hero is to always be observant and to be able to read people's micro expressions... I thought you would know this Izuku, considering your hero analysis journals."
Izuku was a bit embarrassed by that. He honestly didn't know, but oh well, something new to add to his hero analysis for later... "Izuku, focus, please." Izuku stammered a weak apology before his father nodded and decided to continue. "Well, you see, Izuku, I'm not completely human.... well, not anymore, that is... or well, I am still human, just not in.... erm.. well, soul, I guess you could say?" Shinra said while rubbing the back of his head.
Izuku was sitting there dazed, unsure how to process what his Dad just told him, as well as being extremely confused by what he even meant. But before Izuku could begin to ponder his Dads words, Shinra started speaking once more.
"I bet you've been curious about those two photos in the hall of people you've never seen before, right?" Izuku looked panicked at that. He didn't want to talk about it because he knew it would probably make his dad sad. "It's fine, Izuku. I know you've never asked because you've seen how it makes me sad, which I'm grateful for Izuku... But I'm your father and a hero, just because it makes me sad, doesn't mean you have to walk on eggshells around me, okay?" Shinra said with his signature toothy smile.
Izuku nodded but still felt a bit down for reminding his dad about something sad, but before he could beat himself up about it, Shinra suddenly spoke. "The flame is the soul's breath... The black smoke is the soul's release... Ashes thou wert and art... May thy soul return to the great flame of fire. Latom." Izuku looked puzzled at that, but before he could question it, Shinra spoke once more.
"It's a prayer, more specifically, a prayer that Iris used to say. That's the name of the blond woman whose picture you saw. She was a nun, a fighter and someone very dear to me.... You see, Izuku, I'm not sure where I came from, but I do know that I'm not from this world... You see, I don't remember anything from the time I was 18 to 21. I can remember my life from when I was a child up until I was 17, and everything from the age of 22 to the age of 34, my current age."
"But I just woke up one day in a forest with 5 things, the clothes on my back, those 2 pictures you saw and the insignia from the place where I used to work, [Special Fire Force Company 8] and the insignia of the church where I'm from originally. I don't know why I have them, but I'm grateful I do, I'm so, so, so grateful…." Shinra said with a small smile forming on his face as he remaniced about the past. But then he shook his head and continued.
"Point is they are special and dear to me, but above all... They were my symbols of hope... My hope for being a hero.... And now I want them to be a symbol of hope to you too Izuku."
Shinra said as a soft and gentle smile spread on his face after finishing his long explanation. "W-what do you mean dad? D-does, does that mean you believe I can be a hero?" Shinra just laughed while abruptly standing up and picking Izuku up and spinning him around. "HAHAHAHA! Believe? No, because I know you'll be one!"
Izuku just beamed with such joy that he was practically shining as bright as the sun, with Shinra beaming just as much, but they momentarily had to stop because Izuku asked him something. "But dad, how am I going to be a hero? I'm a [powerless]"
Shinra just laughed and said. "Ah, that? Don't worry, you might not have any powers, but since your my son, you have my physique's physiology, and what I mean by that is, is that even as a normal human physically anyways, I'm much more durable and strong and all that stuff, and I mean a lot, like A-Class hero with a A-Class strength quirk or someone with a medium ranked strength boosting sacred gear, or a middle mid-tier class supernatural being..Well that was a few years ago and that's without my pyrokanetic abilities, so you can 100% become a hero, you'll just have to train hard, harder than anyone else, okay Izuku?"
"FUCK YEAH!" Izuku screamed in joy while Shinra just stared wide eyed at his son. "Bud... where did you hear that word?" Izuku looked at him innocently and said "I heard Ka-chan say it once." Shinra just signed and thanked Micheal that his wife wasn't there. But at least, his son finally got what he desperately needed.... Hope.

Achoo"Is someone talking about me?" A beautiful man with long golden hair, green eyes and white wings said whilst working and managing what looked to be some sort of divine system similar to a video game interface said, before it started blaring warning signs.
*Beep* *Beep* *Beep*
"Oh, that can't be good." The man said whilst bringing his hand to his ear and creating a golden magic circle that was the size of a baseball.
