"Eventually, after a while, Damian returned alone, bringing with him Adrian's lifeless body."
Ivette immediately turned to her older sister Inessa, who in turn looked at her.
"Do you remember the day and year when this happened?" he asked Amanda.
"Of course I remember," she replied.
How could she forget? After all, it was the day one of her older brothers died.
When Amanda named the date, Idan glanced at both of his mothers, and they nodded back at him.
This moment from Amanda's story coincided with the moment of Idan's birth and the staged death of his mother and Adrian.
Quickly digesting what he'd heard, Idan hadn't noticed any inconsistencies yet. He decided to check with Amanda.:
"Are you saying that after Adrian went abroad, you had no idea what had happened to him? Until your family sent Damian to bring him back, and he ended up coming back with his body?"
Amanda nodded back.
