"Yeah? In that case, did you have any siblings? Parents?" Rael asked, his eyes sparkling.
Seeing that, Nyx let out a sigh.
"I had an older sister at some point. Unlike me though, she was a normal human without a system, so I eventually outlived her. As for my parents... Well... I didn't know them much."
She leaned back slightly.
"I was orphaned when I was just two years old. I only remember my older sister, since she's the one who took care of me until I came of age. That's about it when it comes to my childhood. It's not as interesting as yours."
Rael tilted his head.
"I find it pretty interesting. Also, whenever someone downplays their childhood, I always have a feeling that their childhood is actually very interesting. Obviously, most of the time, they just have some scars they're not trying to tell me about, and I just end up seeming like a douche."
Nyx let out a chuckle.
