Brandon and Rheanne sat together on the large bed, wrapped in each other's arms.
The sheets were tangled around their waists as Rheanne rested her head against his shoulder, one leg draped over his thigh.
Rheanne suddenly let out a soft giggle "...Your daughter is really powerful. I can feel her fighting a Lesser Divinity right now. She's handling him quite well."
Brandon let out a chuckle and pressed a kiss to the top of her head, "She loves fighting," he said with a fond smile.
"Ever since she was little, she's been like that."
Rheanne lifted her head slightly to look at him, "You were also fighting all these years against Divinities to protect this world. I guess she is like you in that regard."
Brandon just smiled softly as he looked at the woman in his arms.
He leaned in and pecked her lips.
Rheanne smiled against his mouth, her fingers gently tracing his jaw as they parted.
