Benjamin started drinking porridge, Isla took care of him beside him, the mother and son seemed to treat Thomas as nonexistent, Charlotte sensed the awkward atmosphere, and quickly went over, "Thomas! My mom and I are here taking care of Benjamin, you should hurry and go handle your own affairs."
Charlotte's attitude towards Thomas hasn't changed from before, still treating him as if she didn't know he and Alice were together.

Thomas wanted to say that he had no issues staying at the hospital to care for Benjamin, but he didn't have a chance to speak up before his three brothers interrupted him.
Both Benjamin and Charlotte were vocal about asking him to leave, and their attitude seemed quite resolute. Thomas didn't persist in staying, "Alright then, I'll come back in the afternoon."
