In Eldrida kingdom, the sun was still out shining brightly in the sky as usual.
The market square was filled with people going about their daily lives.
In their beautiful chamber,
Maida and Zoey had finished dressing lady Catherine.
They bowed their heads in unison before leaving the room. Once they left,
Lady Catherine stared at her reflection in the standing mirror. Her back onyx eyes looks so clear and pure like a clear water.
She was very relieved and happy that once Minister Cony comes, her husband innocent will be proven. Even though she didn't want to believe it, but she had this nagging feeling that Kevin has something to do with the death of the villagers, but she is just a daughter in law who shouldn't interfere in the matters of the princes and King.
While she was lost in thought, she didn't notice his manly presence. Lucas had appeared inside the room, his dark black grey eyes solely focused on his wife. He was wearing his mask as usual. His eyes fell on her dress and he was tempted to strip off her clothes from her body.
He walked towards her and suddenly stood behind her gazing at her in the mirror.
Catherine gasped in shock as heart skipped multiple beats.
Lucas was pleased because his presence affected her.
Catherine slowly stood up and bowed her head.
"Milord, when did you come in?" She asked in a small voice.
Lucas didn't reply and slowly stretched his hand forward for her to place her hand on.
"Let's go to the market before sun goes down. And also, minister Cony is coming tonight to prove my innocence. Will you be present or do you need to rest for the night?" He asked with his deep seductive gentle voice that felt like hot honey poured on her.
Her heart skipped a beat as she heard his word and she couldn't help but melt under the warmth of his words.
"I..." She started but paused her words not knowing what to say. She lowered her lashes subconsciously making Lucas's throat constricted.
Lucas took in a deep breath before raising his hand for cup her both cheeks. Her cheeks felt soft in his hands and he had the urge to suck it.
He slowly retracted his hands and looked from her hand to his outstretched hand.
Catherine slowly placed her hand on his for him to hold. He clapsed her hand together with his as they stepped out of the room.
Once they stepped out of the room, Lucas and Catherine walked quietly on the quiet corridors. While they were walking,
Catherine finally replied,
"I will be present there. I believe you are innocent of the crime you are being accused of ".
Lucas paused his steps and turned to look at her. His eyes narrowed but suddenly turned amused. His heart did a flip flop at her words.
So she believed him to be innocent? His heart skipped at her words. Whether the world accuse him of any dangerous or heinous crimes, as far as this woman here, his wife, the woman he was slowly falling for believes in him, he doesn't care about the others.
They could all go to hell. Hr doesn't care. He slowly let go of her and removed his mask from his face to stare at his beautiful wife.
Her raven black hair looks so soft and smooth and he was tempted to run his fingers through his hair.
"Thank you wife for believing in me". He said, his voice sounded deep and gentle.
The way he said it made Catherine heart swell in an unexplained way she couldn't explain.
"You are my husband. So I would have ..." She was cut off with his next words.
"Can I kiss you?" He suddenly asked surprising her.
Catherine was stunned. Even though this wasn't his first time kissing her, she felt her heart pick up it's beat and started to race.
Lucas couldn't be more than pleased that his wife wasn't scared of him due to the way her heart was racing wildly in her chest.
Even a nearby vampire could hear how loud her heart was beating.
Without saying a word, Catherine slowly raised her chin and took the initiative to kiss him stunning him.
Lucas was so stunned that he didn't expect his shy, but courageous and curious wife took the initiative to kiss him. He led her from there as their lips locked in a deep and passionate kiss.
His hands wrapped around her waist firmly, pressing her body intimately. Lucas pried her lips opened as his tongue slid inside her mouth, tasting and sucking on her tongue wildly.
Catherine moaned in his mouth.
"Ohh..mmmmm....hmm.." she moaned loud in his mouth as their kiss deepened igniting a fire between them.
Her mouth tasted so sweet. He couldn't get enough. He sucked hard on her tongue eliciting a soft gasp and moan from her. He bit her tongue lightly making her shierk.
But he held her firm as he kept kissing and nibbling the inside of her mouth.
They sucked on their tongues, tasting each other's warmth igniting a fire within them.
Catherine who was lost in the kiss felt a warm bubbling feeling at the pit of her stomach.
Lucas tightened his hold around her waist, feeling her softness of breasts pressing on him.
He wanted to explore every corner of her mouth till he was satisfied.
But she was too sweet and he couldn't get enough.
Their kiss intensified wildly and passionately making Catherine's moans grew louder and louder.
She wrapped her hands around his neck feeling that same bubbling feeling rising higher and higher in her stomach.
"Ohh... Lucas.. pls..." She moaned loudly in his mouth as his tongue swallowed hers whole.
While they were lost in their wild and passionate kiss, they didn't notice that one of the royal family members was walking towards the other side of the corridor.
Clara who has just left her room after her outburst with Oliver decided to visit her mother and ask for permission to go out before nighttime walked towards the corridor where she heard someone moaning.
She narrowed her green eyes and decided to follow the sounds only to see two people kissing as though they have been starved of each other.
She furrowed her brows when she heard the loud heart beat of the human girl and then she walked towards them but not too close enough to be caught.
Her eyes caught sight of a face and she decided this was the right opportunity to see Lucas face but froze the moment she saw the side of his face look like that of a beast.
