The news caused an immense wave of pressure among everyone, as they were not entirely ignorant of the situation in the divine realm. They knew very well that, unless something unexpected happened, their next challenge would be the invasion of ten Great Abyssal Lords.
"There is no need to worry."
At this moment, Ye Cheng, their pillar of support, finally spoke. "If this is all the Abyss has to offer, then their invasion is doomed to fail!"

An indescribable wave of pure terror flooded across the world.
In that moment
Everyone's hearts sank into despair.
Those who had seen the Q&A videos instantly recognized the being before them.
This was a True Abyssal Overlord a Creation God level Abyssal Entity!
"It's over... Everything is over."
Countless people collapsed to their knees in despair.
Why did it have to come now?
Why couldn't it wait?
Why couldn't it come after their City Lord had reached Creation God level?!

A calm voice echoed through the room.

From Huo Yuhao's forehead, a brilliant light burst forth.
A white robed youth materialized before them.
"Old Ye…!"
The gathered powerhouses instinctively called out, their eyes filling with hope.
After all, this man had once been a Creation God level existence.
Perhaps… perhaps he had a solution!

Old Ye simply shook his head.
"I am but a remnant soul. I cannot fight that monster."
His words doused their hope like cold water.

Everyone followed his gaze, their dying hope reigniting.
"What do I need to do?"
Ye Cheng asked without hesitation.
"You need do nothing."
Old Ye smiled.
"We share the same essence… Thus, you will inherit everything I once was."
And with those words
Old Ye vanished into a beam of light, merging directly into Ye Cheng's body.
