One of the Sam's team members were setting up a cover by a boulder. He placed few more rocks nearby and placed a dried up branch to hold it. Wont hold even a smallest of shots, but should hid him for a few seconds if someone starts shooting back. Sam and Harry were stil arguing about something in a distance. He even wondered, when these two weren't arguing with each other.
And that's when something rolled right up to his leg with a metalic sound. It took him a second to realise that this was a grenade. That meant he was second too late to react to the explosion that turned his body into pieces.
Someone started shooting from behind the rocks. Another member of Sam's team took a bulet to the neck and blood fountain started flying out, but he didn't went down instantly. Instead, he pressed hard against his neck and rushed to the cover.
The first to react was Sam. Despite the fact that he was standing with his back exposed, he turned around, quickdraw his pistols from both holsers under his coat and unleashed a bullet hell worthy of assault rifle. The gunner was taken by surprise with such reaction and reflex and was forced to retreat in a cover.
Few hundred meters away, Harry's team heard the shooting and droped whatever they were doing and rushed to help. Nita was slow to react, but eventualy took her rifle and started walking.
And at that moment, a sniper shot pierced right through doll's head. Doll staggered from that shot, but kept standing. Sniper was caught slightly off guard by unexpected event, but was not surprised either. The team not far away, took the shot for a signal to attack and springed into avction.
There was not much for Harry's team to do. They were suddenly forced to turn around and take confrontation on their own side. Bullets started flying just as quick as they did in the other side of same railroad.
Once again, sniper took a moment to aim and then made another shot. This one went through the doll's head once again. This time, doll dropped down on one knee and used one hand to not fall.
Sniper - Come on! Just die already!
Meanwhile the shootout on highground were gaining momentum. Another grenade was sent fying through the air. Henry saw it coming for him, grabbed gunned nearby and shoved him to the ground right beside him. Grenade landed nearby, but explosion moslty made them deaf for a few moments and covedred in a new layer of dirt.
Seeing the perfect moment, Niko pointed foward and screamed at the top of his lungs.
Niko - GO!
By that single command, both of his man rushed forward to a coverm, while Niko was providing fire cover. Despite a clear number advantage, Niko and his two teammates were able to put up a propper fight against five people, or six if you count the one who was blown up in the beginning.
Another of Sam's gunman's managed to take a good view on running enemies and made an attempt to shot them down. He managed to take a few good shots and one of the runners were hit in the leg and fell on a ground, but momentum dragged him right into cover.
Seeing that, Niko pulled out the last grenade from his belt and threw right where shots came from. After a short second, explosion sent mutilated body flying into a middle of a fight.
That was a perfect moment for Sam to get some movement and he did. While two of his man kept shooting, Sam runned from cover to cover and get to the perfect position to shot the one in command. Once Sam took a position at their car, someone started shooting at him, even though he didn't even managed to take a peek.
With advantage being cut off, Sam looked around and saw how Harry dashed near to him.
Sam - What? Forgot your gun in another castle?
Harry - Shud up! Can you take a few more shots? | Sam - Yeah, Why? | Harry - Just get ready!
While the shooting continued, Harry made a heavi sigh in his gasmask, opened driver seat and set transmissiont to reverse. Sam suddenly realised what Harry is trying to do. Afer tunrning the wheel, Harry placed a rock on a pedal and the car made a wide, reverse U turn, while Harry and Sam followed slightly behind to not get exposed.
But one of the enemies that was taking cover behind a rock, was forced to jump away to not get overrun by a car. And he jumped right infront of a Sam, who without hesitation fired the rest of the magazines in his pistols. After seventh shot was made, both of Sam's pistols were empty.
Sam - Damn that was good! You are a damn wizard Harry! | Harry - We still in a fight...
With a confident smirk, Sam reloaded his pistols. And the firefight kept on going. But not as intence as it was going down the railroad, where another precise shot was placed on a Nita's frame. Each shot was dealing heavy damage, to her systems, but nothing she can't handle. Her frame was able to recover from almost every shot with over a ninety nine percent efficiency. The problem was temporary impact. Each shot forced her systems into a recalibration and she was loosing stability. Whenewer she is about to stand up and move, another shot would force her down, and to make matter worse, she was stranded in the open, with no cover nearby. So she tried to crawl crouched, using another hand as a support, and another hand holding onto a nitro express rifle.
While Nita was crawling to a cover. The four man around her, was trying to fight off the attacker. Unfortunetly, they were somewhat holded off by a persistant sniper, who kept landing a shot after a shot on doll. But the fight started non the less, as four enemies soldiers appeared nearby and forced everyone into a wild fight around a set of rocks, car and a railroad.
It took great effort and some time, but Nita managed to get into cover and take so much needed time to restart her systems. Just in time, as an enemy soldier managed to push Harry's teammate on a ground and unload five bullets through his chest. Then his attention switched to a Nita, who stood up and charged at him. Soldier managed to make a few shots and hit Nita through a chest, but unlike heavy caliber, it did almost nothing to her. With a single punch to a face, soldier fell to the ground. His gasmask was broken, blood splatered on a dust and dirt, but he was still alive and even tried to raise his gun. The heavy kick in a face finished the job with bone shattering sound.
Harry's gunner - Finaly! Come one, can you still fight?
Another member of Harry's team appeared nearby and took cover near dead body of his comrade.
Nita - I will do my best.
In hurry, Nita turned to answer, but realized, that she wasn't the one, to whom was this question addressed. Arrived teammate, pulled 'dead comrade' into cover and ripped open his coat, revealing a armor vest, that was still intact and 'dead comrade' wasn't really 'dead' as he began groaning in pain. The arrived teammate just noded and looked around, then he looked at Nita.
Harry's gunner - The hell are you waiting around doll? Get back into the fight!
Just as he said that, a bullet pierced through a rock and through his skull. In an instant, the man in front of her lost half of his head and pieces of brain splatered around. Some even landed on Nita's boots. She stood there, stunned even more than when exact same bullets were going through her head. It was like a mockery to her.
Another mercenary managed to flank Nita and unleashed a hail of bullets in her back. An attack forced her to snap out and fall on a knee from frame damage, but once mercenary run out of bullets stop. Not wasting anymore time, Nita pushed herself off the ground and aimed her rifle at the soldier, who dashed to hide behind a cover. An nitro shot, hit the corner of a boulder and mercenary's arm. The force of a bullet was enough crack both rock and bone, and the arm went flying just as a pieces of rock.
The soldier fell down, but it took him a moment to realize what just happened. He looked at his arm that was missing everything after the elbow, and then he screamed at the top of his lungs. But this moment of terror was shortlived, as Nita put his misery to an end with another shot to the head. It poped like a watermelon.
Undead nightmare went loose. Sniper saw a doll confidently walking up to his teammates. He didn't hesitate to shoot that doll. But now, they did almost nothing. Each shot just slightly forced her to slowdown, but she just kept going and walked up to another mercenary under fire, while reloading her rife. Another of his teammate tried to shoot at the doll as she was approaching. The doll made a shot from a hip and impact exposed his ribcage to the outside world with internal organs as a bonus. At the such terrible sight, another teammate was caught in fear. But his reaction to fear was to shoot. Under fire of both sniper and his teammates, the doll was finaly pushed back and she was forced to take cover.
That's when more of the bandits started showing up and trying to push through and overwhelm his friends. But that's an attempt that was shot down almost instantly.
In the mean time, an soldier with an injured leg was managed to stand up, take an aim and was was waiting for something to appear in his ironsight. And something did! Harry tried to run between covers and pickup the gun from the ground. Soldier pulled the triger and Harry got hit in the arm, forcing him to drop the rifle he just picked up, and take cover without a weapon again.
Sniper (audio) - Leader! We got bad situation here! The doll is much more tougher than we thought! Two of our team is dead and we were forced to fall back. Leader, we can't hold them down.
A radio started speaking on Niko's belt. That moment, he saw someone peeking from behind a rock, Niko quick aimed and placed a clean headshot at an bandit. For now, it looked like everything is in the clear, so he reached to his belt.
Niko - Team five! Fall back to road point! We will...
Looking to his left, Niko saw a train going at full speed. Wasn't it going to appeare here half an hour later? Niko quickly snapped out and raised his radio again.
Niko - Team five! Fall back to the road point.
Then he quickly swithced the frequency and screamed.
Niko - Center! The train is comming! I repeat train is comming!
In the meantime. Injured Harry was looking around, and through his dusty and dirty gasmask, he saw the train comming. Did they come off in calculations? Or did this fight took much longer then they thought? But now, they are not ready to force the train to stop...
Harry - Sam! Train is here!Sam - What?
While hiding behind covers, Harry and Sam were shouting. But once Harry mentioned train, Sam looked at the railroad and saw train comming at full speed. Now that is what he would call 'inconvenient'. And things were going really bad...
Sam - God damn it! We are NOT ready for a train!Harry - Cover me! I'l try to do something!
With a heavy and pained sigh, Harry looked around and came up with a plan... For that, he needed a car. The one nearby, was riddled with bullets and probably won't work. Another car was down the hill and looked good enough.
Harry - Okay... I got an idea! I'l need you to cover me.Sam - Fine! GO!
Another rain of bullets started raging from both Sam's pistols in a direction of soldiers. Harry started running down the hill. In a distance he saw someone running away. Someone was dead and someone injured, and when he reached the car, the only teammate he saw nearby was two injured members of his team and Kilmure's doll who were carrying infured into the cover. There was not much choice out there.
Harry - Doll! Get in the car!Nita - What?Harry - I said, GET INTO THE CAR!
Confused for a moment, Nita dropped everything and took a seat as a front passenger. Harry pushed the pedal, car started moving. The train was already close, and Harry turned the wheel to drive closer to a train. In a few moments, train passed by the car. Harry tried to keep the car steady and get as close as possible to the train. Not Harry, nor Nita noticed that there was a sounds of a gunfight inside the train.
Harry - Go on! Jump on a train!Nita - What? Then what?Harry - Just get there and stop the train!
Not sure of anything. Nita climbed out of the car and waited for perfect opportunity. And it presented itself, when a cart with a broken window passed by, Nita jumped and grabbed at the window frame. Harry pushed the breaks and turned the wheel to the left, before he would drive off the ledge, leaving Nita on her own on that train.
But once Nita managed to climb inside the train, she was greeted by a double barrel shotgun to the face and a familiar doll...
Zed - Weren't you supposed to blow up a railroad tracks and stop the train?
