Skirt-Flipping Maniac: Phew! Good, good, Ola arrived just in time.

Soul Society's Villain: Even if she didn't arrive in time, what then? Do you really think Fudge would take these house-elves and hang them? Anzen isn't useless.

Skirt-Flipping Maniac: I know that, but I can't help but worry a little. I think this is just about immersion, like watching a movie. Even if you know the protagonist will eventually escape danger, you'll still be anxious seeing him face a powerful enemy.

Soul Society's Villain: That's true.

Amegakure Village's Angel: But with Anzen-san here, my worries are much less. After all, our Anzen-san is synonymous with reliability.

Machete Girl: Exactly! Unlike certain two people, compared to Anzen-san, they're like two opposite extremes!

Lazy Kitten: Pfft, certain two people... Why not just say it clearly, you mean Gin and Deadpool!

Curly-haired Guy: ???

Foul-Mouthed Mask Guy: Damn it, did I get shot in the knee again, old man?

Curly-haired Guy: You guys better not go too far! I am completely different from that idiot Deadpool, don't always lump us together!

Foul-Mouthed Mask Guy: Right! Old man and this curly-haired dog are total strangers, old man is human!

Doujin Artist: Sigh, why can't you guys just admit reality?

Curly-haired Guy: What reality? This is bullshit reality! Gin-san will never admit to this nonexistent reality, Gin-san is not that kind of sucker!

Scarlet Lotus Fairy: I think no matter how much you deny it, you're probably stuck with that label.

Skirt-Flipping Maniac: Yeah, hahahaha! It's like it's embedded in your flesh and jammed in tight! But speaking of which, I've noticed that Dumbledore isn't as kind as he appears on the surface or in the story.

Lin Fengjiao: ? What do you mean?

Skirt-Flipping Maniac: He clearly must have known that what the house-elf Ola said was true, but he seems unwilling to admit it at all.

Amegakure Village's Angel: Yes, I noticed that too. He not only didn't want to admit it, but he specifically said Ola would be put on trial. Does he really not know the consequences of a trial? House-elves that put their masters on a public trial, how could those wizards possibly let it live?

Doujin Artist: This means Dumbledore actually felt the threat from Ola? No, it should be the threat from house-elves who have awakened their true selves!

Wig Guy: That's a given, right? Wizards need house-elves that are only loyal to their masters. In the original work, the house-elf rights organization Hermione started, while it seemed like a happy ending for everyone, didn't actually change the fundamental problem of house-elf oppression.

This is an Actor: If she had truly changed it, that rights organization wouldn't have been able to grow so big. That's an inevitable outcome.

Shark-Faced Guy: Indeed. To change this fundamental issue would be to grant house-elves complete freedom. If that were the case, wizards with house-elves would surely go ballistic.

Pretty Boy from Skull Island: So, these are two opposing sides.

Doujin Artist: Without the freedom of the oppressor, there can be no freedom for the oppressed. With the freedom of the oppressed, there can be no freedom for the oppressor. And the rights organization Hermione started was actually meant to be a mediator. It improved some of the house-elves' rights, but the core conflict was never resolved.

Amegakure Village's Angel: But at least Hermione focused her attention on the oppressed house-elves, unlike Dumbledore. He knows everything but doesn't want to change the situation at all.

This is an Actor: Of course. Like I said before, he just wants absolute stability in the wizarding world. For that stability, he thinks anything can be sacrificed.

Lazy Kitten: I get it, this is what Anzen-gege meant by paternalism, right? I don't want you to think, I only want me to think! This world only needs to operate on the path I've planned, without considering the wishes of the general public.

This is an Actor: Ah, that's about the gist of it.

Doujin Artist: Paternalism, I used to think that was pretty good. Now, it's just utterly disgusting. Whether it's the wizarding world or any other world, aren't they all made up of the public? Why do they think they can make decisions on behalf of everyone?

Amegakure Village's Angel: That goes back to the old problem, because they have the power to speak.

Doujin Artist: Yeah, that's pretty messed up.

Eriri shook her head and sighed helplessly. The issue of having a voice is truly difficult to argue with. Compared to the few elites, it's incredibly hard for the public to gain a voice.

And without a voice, it means you're at the mercy of others.

"We're here, this is it." Just as she was lost in thought, Ashley led her to the entrance of a pure white building.

"Do you really think that lord will stand with us?" Eriri frowned and asked softly.

Ashley's plan was to directly win over the lord of the Southeastern Province and use this province as a base to gradually take over the entire empire. But Eriri found it unreliable. How could an empire's lord be so easily swayed? What capital did she have to sway them?

"About sixty percent sure," Ashley took a breath and handed the Holy Academy's medal she had earlier to the guard at the entrance.

After the guard went inside, shortly thereafter, two guards in iron armor came out and motioned for Ashley and Eriri to follow them to see the lord.

"Do you remember what I told you about this lord's abilities and characteristics?" Ashley asked softly on the way.

"The Empire's Viper, Vandersay's strongest rapid-sword fighter." Eriri nodded. "Arrogant, cruel, belligerent, with no mercy or sympathy for the weak, a complete local tyrant?"

"Yes, and with peculiar taste," Ashley let out a sigh. "Just follow my lead from now on, and if things go wrong, act immediately."

"Well, well, what a rare visitor," Eriri heard a sarcastic voice ring out shortly after Ashley finished speaking. "How long has it been, Ashley?"

She looked towards the source of the sound and saw a blonde woman in silver armor sitting in the center of the garden within the courtyard. The woman wore armor on her upper body and a very short mini-skirt on her lower body.

A small blue flower was tucked into each side of her head, looking like two small horns. This outfit finally made Eriri understand why Ashley had described her taste as peculiar.
