Drake's eyes widened in terror. "FOOD has energy?? I thought food was just food!"
"It gives strength," Felix said calmly. "Teacher explained it. Food helps the body work."
Rocky gasped. "So… snacks are powerful?"
"Yes," Felix nodded. "Very."
Rocky clutched his notebook. "I knew it."
Kelpie flipped pages frantically. "Energy… energy… is it written here??" He turned his book upside down. "Why is energy hiding??"
Luna crossed her arms. "Energy is easy. You eat, you move, you don't faint."
Drake looked horrified. "I move a lot."
"That means you need more food," Luna replied flatly.
Drake beamed. "Science likes me."
Boo floated down beside Lucien, poking his notebook. "Lucien. Why would you say that word before an exam?"
Lucien blinked innocently. "Teacher mentioned it once."
Boo gasped. "ONCE?? That's enough for teacher to put it."
Sable hugged his book tighter. "I only memorized water and sunlight. Food was not in my plan."
