She had nothing to do in the afternoon, so accompanying Iris was fine. She thought of it as bonding with her sister.
She just didn't expect to encounter an unwelcome guest in such a place.
"Sis, do you like this dress?"
Melody fancied a royal blue gown and joyfully walked over to take it down. At the same time, another fair hand reached out, and both of them grabbed the dress simultaneously.
Melody looked up and saw a pretty young woman also looking at her.
"Sorry, I spotted this dress first," Melody raised an eyebrow and said to the woman, "Could you let go? I want my sister to try it on."
The woman, upon seeing her, raised her eyebrows slightly as if recognizing her face, "Sorry, I'm very fond of this dress too. Can you let me have it? I'll pay double the price."
The store assistant hurried over and said to Melody and her, "Ladies, there are more of this dress in the warehouse. I'll call and have them bring one over now."
