[3rd POV]
As Wanda had been expecting, Milim and Naruto had both had rather...interesting reactions to the fact that they had a new sister. Or more so the fact that Amity was officially their new sister, and was no longer just the adorable girl that had been living with them for weeks. But was now their little sister, one that would be living with them from now on like they had been secretly hoping for all this time.
They had both pretty much jumped her the second that she had revealed that she was now in the family, and she had caused even more of a reaction once she had called them brother and sister. Which had led to them jumping her with a borderline bone breaking hug that had caused her to wheeze out a groan, while begging them to not hug her so hard.
She didn't mind getting hugged, and she actually quite liked it. But she did mind getting borderline suffocated by her new siblings just moments after calling them brother and sister.
Raven had a similar reaction to Milim and Naruto. And while she had not pulled the young girl into a bone breaking hug or anything, she had still hugged her close, and had a bright smile on her face, one of the brightest that any of them had ever seen, showing just how happy she was for her to officially join the family, truly.
Amity had learned that she was normally called Mom or Mother by Milim and Naruto. While Wanda was known mostly as Mama to them. That way there was not too much confusion between the two, and they would know who they were talking to and who they were trying to get the attention of, or whatever else.
Amity had further learned that now that she had officially joined the family, she was now going to be given access to a number of things that she did not previously have. The biggest of them was the fact that Wanda was going to personally help train her in other energies, many of them at that.
On top of that, Wanda had told her that she was going to be trained in other forms of magic, like the magic from Harry Potter, the magic from Vampire Diaries, and a number of other universes that had magic that Amity could realistically learn, even with her severely lacking knowledge that she had. That and her rather lacking amount of magic.
Wanda had explained a number of energies. Ones like Chakra from Naruto, Ki from Dragon Ball, Aura from RWBY, and a few others that she knew that Amity could be able to use without too much difficulty.
She had further explained which ones they were going to start with, and why they were going to start with them. And her starter energy was of course, the easiest of them to learn, use, and master. And that was Aura, which would not be much of a challenge to her, from what Wanda knew.
Aura was far easier to learn than chakra and ki. Mostly because it was intrinsically tied to the soul, since it literally was the personification of the soul, at least, to a certain extent it was. And thanks to this, learning aura was very easy for someone who had a certain level of understanding about themself, and the type of person that they are.
Amity was pretty understanding of what type of person she was, and she had begun to truly understand herself more and more thanks to the help of Wanda, and thanks to finally breaking free from the influence of Odalia and her awful husband, not to mention their other children that were almost as awful as they were.
But they were children, and they had been raised to be like that. Amity had already told Wanda that she would give her old siblings one singular chance to make up for the things that they had done, and she would give them one chance to redeem themselves, but that would be it. If they ruined that chance too, she would never speak or interact with them ever again, and Wanda would make sure that was the case.
Wanda honestly couldn't see them responding well to Amity, she had read their personalities pretty well when she had interacted with them for the short time, and as far as she could tell, they both didn't just find enjoyment in bullying Amity, they actually full blown hated the girl. She still - even now - didn't understand what made them hate her so much.
As she had looked into their parents too in the short amount of time, and from what she could tell, they had pushed them into putting Amity "in her place", but they had never done anything or said anything that should realistically make them hate their little sister as much as they do.
Wanda found it to be stupid.
After Amity had officially been accepted into the family, the rest of that day had gone by pretty smoothly. There wasn't much to do, and the customers that came into the shop that day was not particularly interesting in her eyes. They were pretty much entirely regulars, with a few of them being new customers, but nobody with special powers or anything like that. And nobody that she had recognized as important or anything like that.
That night they had a nice family dinner, with Wanda making all of Amity's favorites that she had developed over the time of living with them. While also promising to make Milim her favorites the next day, and then Naruto's the day after that, and Raven's after his. That way everyone would have a dinner of their favorite foods at some point that week.
Wanda was good at stopping arguments before they even had the chance to start.
The dinner had been a number of foods, and most of it would end up being leftovers that would be used for lunch the next day. With there being burgers, pasta, empanadas, and a few other things that Amity really enjoyed. The only thing that had been finished by the end of the night had been the burgers.
That was only because Wanda didn't imagine that day old burgers would be that good, and instead just made enough for everyone to have their fill and nothing more than that, so that no food would be wasted.
Even with her being a godlike entity that could effortlessly summon and create food, Wanda still hated to waste food and just throw away massive amounts of food. Which is why whatever food was left over that was not going to get eaten, was always donated or given to the animals to eat. Something that would not pointlessly waste the food.
But now it was the next morning, with Wanda sitting behind the counter, sipping on a morning cup of tea instead of coffee like she usually had. Amity was putting some books away, deciding to spend the day with her mama. While Milim and Naruto were upstairs, training with Raven, before they planned on going out to see some movie in Gotham. Wanda had no idea what it was, but she was letting them do it, since it would give them some bonding time, while it would give her bonding time with Amity.
"It's kind of slow today, isn't it?" Amity asked, noticing that they had not had a single customer yet, and the shop had been open for around two hours at this point.
"It is. But that's just how it goes. Sometimes the shop is super busy, and we have lots to do, and sometimes it's not. It all matters on the person. And since it is the middle of the week for most people, it is only natural that they are not here this early in the morning. Most of them probably have school or work or something similar" Wanda responded, as Amity nodded slowly in understanding.
Wanda could influence things to make more people come into the shop, but Wanda wasn't that interested in the idea to be honest. She didn't want to artificially bring people in through manipulation or anything.
While the two were comfortably talking to one another, they both stopped when they heard the ding of the door opening. They watched as Eda walked in slowly, her usual smile on her face. But Wanda's eyebrow raised as she watched another smaller figure walk in, before glancing at her daughter, only to grin when she saw her staring forward with her jaw dropped, transfixed by the one that entered.
And the one that had walked into the shop was of course, the one and only...
