Chapter 275 - Chapter 275: Six Months of Progress

Whoosh! Sebastian and the Ancient One brought Strange back to Kamar-Taj.

Strange lay on the ground, breathing in the pure, natural air of Kamar-Taj, feeling the joy of being able to breathe freely.

Sebastian walked over to Strange and said, "I think you should have a deep understanding of the feeling of casting magic just now. You can refer to this feeling when you master magic in the future. It will help you truly grasp the essence of magic."

He stretched out his trembling hand and grasped Sebastian's.

Although his hand was still shaking, Strange's heart was unwavering.

Pulling Strange to his feet, Sebastian said, "Okay, let us begin the next lesson. Follow me."

Following Sebastian into Kamar-Taj, Strange said, "I would be grateful if you gave me half a day off."

"I am not here to be thanked," Sebastian replied.

Strange shrugged, and immediately followed Sebastian into Kamar-Taj's library.

Meanwhile, the Ancient One watched Sebastian and Strange leave. A heartfelt smile formed on her face. She then turned and walked through the portal. She had recently noticed Mordo frequenting the Sanctuary of London, and she needed to investigate. If possible, she intended to remove Mordo as an obstacle for Strange before she and Sebastian could begin their plan.

Six months had passed in a flash.

Sebastian sat in his office at Hogwarts, watching Strange walk in without knocking, clutching a stack of books. He sighed with a nagging headache. He regretted bringing Strange to Hogwarts. This exchange student had truly caused him considerable trouble.

If one had to describe it, a magical Tony Stark would probably be enough to capture the magnitude of the trouble.

So what had led him to decide to bring Strange to Hogwarts?

Sebastian glanced down at the Eye of Agamotto on his desk and sighed again. Money blinds, and the Infinity Stones blind.

"Strange, you did not empty my library, did you?"

Placing the books on Sebastian's desk, Strange immediately removed them one by one and began to question Sebastian about the questions and his own doubts. It had to be said that once someone like Strange immersed himself in magic, his passion was simply astonishing. As expected of someone so young who had reached the pinnacle of surgical skill, it was not without reason that he could become a full-fledged Sorcerer Supreme in such a short time.

After answering Strange's questions one by one, Sebastian told him, as he was about to pack up his books, "Remember to return to Kamar-Taj tonight."

"Why, do you find me a bother?"

Sebastian looked at Strange, gave a helpless smile, and said, "Not a bother, really. It is just that the Ancient One asked me to tell you to return. She seems to have something to tell you. Besides, you have been here for three or four months now, and you are a Kamar-Taj resident after all. It would not be a good idea for you to constantly be here with me."

"The Ancient One asked me... Yeah, I see. Before I came here, the Ancient One told me that once I reached a certain level of magical study, she would take me on some missions. I assume it is something like that. I will leave these books and I will be right back."

"Okay, go ahead."

After hearing Sebastian's words, Strange had no intention of leaving immediately. He looked at Sebastian and said tentatively, "Principal Sebastian, will you really not consider giving me a wand? Exchange students are also students of Hogwarts."

Sebastian looked at Strange, shook his head and laughed. "It is not like you have not learned magic at our Hogwarts. With your ability, the power of your wandless spells is also considerable. A wand is not necessary for you. Why do you always want a wand?"

"The magic amplification of the wand is very considerable. I am also a magician, so of course I want a wand. Is this not a matter of course?"

Looking at Strange, Sebastian restrained his smile and said to him seriously, "Strange, there are some things you cannot access now, and it is not convenient for me to tell you those things right away. The issue of the wand is not that simple. At least I cannot give you a wand now, but if everything goes well, when some things are over, if you still want a wand of your own, then I will definitely give it to you."

Although he did not quite understand some of the meaning of Sebastian's words, Strange did not continue to ask. He was no longer a magic rookie now. He was even more knowledgeable than those unborn magicians outside, and he knew more. Even in Kamar-Taj and Hogwarts, there were very few who could compare with him. Therefore, he knew that some things cannot be said and there is no point in continuing to ask.

Besides, Sebastian had not refused outright. He simply needed to wait. Strange had the patience to wait for the right moment. Besides, Strange was more curious about the wand than truly eager.

"Okay, I will be leaving now. I will put these books back and leave. If you need anything, just contact me."

"Okay!"

Nodding to Sebastian, Strange snapped his fingers, and the books immediately levitated, following Strange out of Sebastian's office.

Seeing Strange leave, Sebastian took the Eye of Agamotto and made his way to a secret chamber within the office. Here, a powerful spell shielded against prying eyes, emanating from the Reality and Space Stones. Even the Vishanti could not penetrate it.

Placing the Eye of Agamotto on the table in the chamber, Sebastian squeezed his hand, and a magic wand emerged. He tapped the Eye, and the eye-like mechanism in its center immediately opened, revealing the Time Stone within. It shone with a shimmering emerald green light. Sebastian could clearly sense that the passage of time within the chamber was being disturbed by the Time Stone, causing a certain degree of distortion.

Alright, my research on the Time Stone and the Eye of Agamotto is almost complete. I can begin my experiments with the Time Turner and the Phoenix Force.
