To give you an idea of the rate at which this progress occurs, it would take 20,000 years for you to match Godzilla's strongest incarnation, Godzilla Earth, in raw power and size.
*However the process can be sped up by feeding on radiation, which you are now immune to the negative side effects of. Your internal biological cooling systems are such that you would never experience a nuclear meltdown.
*Doing this would also allow you to develop the unique abilities of specific versions of Godzilla, like Shin Godzilla's hyper-adaptability (minus the painful and grotesque mutations unless you actually want that part) or Godzilla Earth's ability to spawn new life from damaged and cast off flesh due to his cells' incredible regenerative capabilities. Potentially you could even develop something unique to you. But you have no control over what abilities you get by feeding on radiation.
*Lastly, regardless of your biological sex, you are capable of laying eggs at will containing infant Godzillas through asexual reproduction. These children are naturally predisposed to love you, but like any normal child if you treat them poorly that will change.
