Chapter 80 - CHAPTER 80 - UNIMAGINABLE STROKE OF LUCK.

They then came to an opening inside the cave; before them was a pond that emitted a soothing aura. Solanky checked the scroll and noticed that their current location was called the Pond of Life. A single drop of water from this pond could heal fatal injuries of even transcendent entities, and any being below the transcendent who consumes a drop of this pond's water would have their entire being purified from any impurities and have a guaranteed chance to become a powerful transcendent being with the strength comparable to the beings of the courtroom.

But there was a catch: this pond also acted as a double-edged sword for greedy beings who wanted it all for themselves and tried to store it inside their internal world. The pond was crystal clear, and beneath the bed were several glowing crystals with mysterious engravings on their surfaces, different from the ones on the walls of the caves in the trial space, indicating the difference in authors. Solanky then walked to the shore and told Elisa and Chief to come sit at the edge of the pond where their feet could touch the pond; they did as he said with their true forms, as Solanky told them it was safe to do so.

Elisa was the first to put away her disguise, transforming into her humanoid form. The chief, seeing this, was in awe because he didn't understand why Elisa would disguise her beauty, which looked like art painted by the forsaken god himself for the regular royal forsaken body. Chief seemed to be lost in thought as he stared at Elisa. Elisa gave him the benefit of the doubt because she knew that in the entire forsaken realm only a few beings matched her in terms of beauty. Solanky shook his head and slapped the head of the chief to pull him back to his senses because although the pond punished greed, it was dangerous for any being to lose focus whenever they were using external power and aid to raise their base strengths.

Chief came back to his senses and circulated his energies to stabilize his mind before he started to absorb the tiny droplets of the pond, which splashed on him. Solanky then told him to carefully absorb and refine it and raise his strength to the peak stage of the entity level. As his bloodline was far more inferior than the regular royal forsaken, that was why he was stuck at the late stage of the entity for eons. The chief knew this was true and knew that such an opportunity to refine his bloodline to the royal elite forsaken stage was hard to come by, so he closed his eyes and shut down all his senses to fully concentrate on refining his forsaken bloodline energy.

Solanky formed seals with his hands, and a protective barrier was erected around the chief. He then looked at Elisa and said, "Come with me; it's time you became a true entity-level being, a transcendent one to be precise."

Elisa was blown away because she entered the infinite source god (I.S.G.) stage, and she didn't think she would become an entity-level being soon, although the forsaken corpse disguise body helped display power at the peak stage entity level, and her understanding of the laws beyond the infinite source space deepened. She felt it wasn't enough to break through, as she would need huge sums of energy to completely transform her true dragon body to an entity-level standard before she could let loose.

Solanky said, "You have an unimaginable stroke of luck today, because not only will you break through to become an entity level, but also you are going to become the most powerful force I can rely on in desperate struggles; you are going to be my formidable ally." Solanky remembers the first day Supremo told him Elisa would become a terrifying being; he believed it, but he didn't know it would be very soon, as his Supremo body told him to find any resource and medicine that his huge sums of life energies stored inside for her to slowly absorb and evolve.

Elisa, with formidable strength to challenge beings several levels above, was elated because she knew that all that strength was made possible by the help of the flames she obtained from Solanky earlier; she couldn't use dire situations in order not to expose her identity. Solanky told her to plunge into the pond and transform into her dragon body and start absorbing the energies of the pond.

Elisa nodded and did as she was directed to do. Solanky sighed and said to himself, "Could this pond be transported hidden within this trial space purposely for her to absorb to evolve with any transcendent interfering?"

Solanky sat cross-legged hovering upon the surface of the pond with the scroll before him with his eyes closed as if he was in deep meditation with a burning cauldron before him. He was refining a transcendent grass of eternity for Elisa, but he remembered a special space full of magical and god-like herbs, which were a notch lower than the transcendent grass of eternity but were good for refining powerful pills to aid in the fast assumption of pills refined from the transcendent grass of eternity. He opened his eyes and touched the map before him, pointing to the current location and sealing the space above and around the cave. With the help of the scroll, he created a whirlpool at the entrance of the cave and its openings to transport any being to the dangerous regions of trial space. He then opened a portal beside the space where the magical herbs were found and stepped through that portal, disappearing from the cave.

He reappeared in the core lands of the medicine world, took the herbs he needed, and headed back to the cave. On his way to the cave, he decided to walk to the cave by taking a shortcut to observe if other participants tried to get in.

The moment he reached there, he was shocked; he saw injured participants lying and sitting on the floor before the whirlpool, and he asked one of the participants what was going on, feigning innocence. The participant narrated everything he knew and experienced to Solanky; although Solanky knew what was going on, he was still shocked by the description of that participant.

In the description, the moment he entered the whirlpool, several mindless beings at the peak entity level filled with killing intent chased him; in order to save himself, he fled. In the process of fleeing, he could see the path he was threading on twist and turn before his own eyes. At first he thought he was hallucinating due to the fear the mindlessness struck in him, but later realized that in escape he unknowingly fell into a maze.

And the most shocking part was that the time velocity inside that maze was much slower as compared to the outside world, with an hour being equivalent to a day outside the maze until he found another whirlpool and jumped inside, not caring what stood on the other side waiting for him, but luckily he was transported outside to where he began.

With this information, Solanky knew that even the strongest beings with the strongest wills would break after being trapped for thousands of years in the space without a clear path of escaping, only waiting for death to find them. He then looked at the participant and smiled, knowing that the whirlpool he found was deliberately placed there by him and the real maze had no whirlpool, and even transcendent beings would have spent more time before they could escape. He then walked calmly to the whirlpool and stepped through without activating the scroll in his internal world. He appeared in the maze and saw the same engravings as those on the cave walls before he let his guard down and activated the scroll of portals, which directly sent him to the pond in the cave where Chief and Elisa were both absorbing energies. The moment he appeared, he looked at the chief, whose aura was now in the early stages of the peak entity level and steadily climbing as he sat there. Solanky smiled and said, "This is the only way I can repay your kindness of accepting us and not selling us out the moment we met the venerable ones."
