The next day, after finishing work, Josephine decided to swing by Rachel's apartment to check on her in person.

She was heading to her car in the office parking lot when a figure stepped directly into her path.
"You must be Josephine," the woman stated. It wasn't a question. Her tone was cold and commanding.
She was dressed head-to-toe in this season's designer collection, her makeup impeccable.
She looked Josephine up and down with an air of pure, unadulterated arrogance.
Josephine stopped short, surprised. "And you are?"
