No one really knew what happened to Clark and Kai. That day, Clark and all his friends left the dormitory. It was something no one had seen in years.
And no one knew where they went or what happened to them. It was as if they had never existed. No one dared to talk about it.
Clark looked upset in his prison cell in the palace. His friends looked scared, their futures ruined. Clark might be saved by his father, but what about them? Not only had their dreams of entering the palace failed, but they might also facing the death sentence.
"What now? What am I going to tell my parents?" exclaimed one of them, covering his face with his hands.
His words made the others even more anxious. Clark clicked his tongue in annoyance, walked to the cell door, and called the guard.
A prison guard came lazily. "What is it?"
"Can you let me out? I want to talk to my father. What did I do to deserve being imprisoned? This is too much!" Clark grumbled.
