Necessity is humanity's most important concept to exist. Countless necessary aspects exist for the mortals. They run after those indefinable aspects; they hold an endless desire for them. Desire leads them to the world of wonder, wonder to figure out a way to fulfil their desire. Then comes their hungry eyes to consume their desired aspects. Slowly, their hungry eyes lead them to the concept of destruction, to the way of destroying the existing flaws in their way. The cultivated hunger for destruction slowly introduces them to chaos, and the fascination to cause chaos.
One by one, the concept of chaos spreads all over the world, hidden yet visible in a strange way. Their slowly cultivated selfishness causes chaos all over the world. Mortals run with endless madness of desire and selfishness, where every single action of the mortals turns out to be an excuse to fill their desire.
So what is it that led the rarest gem of the world, the saint Arfanez, to the desire of destroying the world, leading it to the final state of chaos, the endless destruction and suffering that the world never experienced? What could be the story behind that? I wonder. But what I know is that I must stop his desire for chaos and save the world. But, even though my heart is getting heavier, beating louder and telling me to stop him, it's nothing that I can do. I can just tell, I'm in a state where I'm alive, yet a soulless piece of figure that's useless and meaningless to the world now. And so, the world is about to meet the chaos; the world is about to witness the meaning of the word 'Chaos'.
As he left the castle and us behind, Arfanez appeared on the top of the hill that lies in the center of the world along with Zeldia. The extreme flow of wind forcefully scattered his long blonde hair as he was barely opening his eyes; his appearance was calm, gentle, and totally innocent. As if it's not the demolisher of the world standing on the top of the hill, it's a saint who will guide the world out of the chaos.
Arfanez kept his eyes closed for some moments and took a long breath upward to the sky. Then he opened his eyes and spoke loudly, "Oh world, the great existence that carries the mortals, tell me, why do you have to endure the burden to allow the foolish mortals to exist in your heart? They're selfish, while you are not. You are a selfless existence who sacrifices everything for the mortals, for everyone and everything."
Arfanez glared ahead at the realm widely and shouted louder, "So tell me, why do you have to carry the dark sign?"
He lowered his voice and his gaze toward the ground and took a long breath while keeping his eyes closed. Then he calmly spoke, "The great writer never wanted a story with conflict, a story with selfish fools that will spread hatred all over the world, turn it into a hungry realm that consumes anything and everything, turning the very concept of 'emotion' into a meaningless piece of ashes that's nothing but fantasy."
"If the very concept of emotion and kindness loses its meaning to the world, if the mortals only seek chaos, then I will definitely recreate the story; I will remove mortals from existence and then, bring a new flower of hope, redeem the mortals with pure, innocent souls. I will create a story with pure souls, where no one will run for chaos; everyone will stand with their singular existence; they won't interfere and shatter others' hope; they won't have anyone to care about; they won't be able to think of the concept of love, the very root of chaos. I will create a world of singularity, a world where everyone will be self-dependent, a world where oneness will be the final aspect to exist, destroying the cursed aspects that cause chaos in the world."
Arfanez lifted up both of his hands upward to the sky and then spoke loudly as his voice was resounding multiply, "The world shall redeem, the world shall redeem with chaos, the world shall redeem from its very flawed root."
Then he stopped his voice for a moment, then raised it once again, much louder, "The world needs chaos."
His voice was heard all across the world, echoing over and over unstoppably.
A magic circle appeared above his hand. The magic circle began to expand pretty agilely, covering the sky of the world. Within a few seconds, the golden, mirror-like magic circle covered the entire world. Clouds gathered all around the sky and began to create shockwaves. The brimming magic flames stared at the surface of the world like a hungry demon. While in the realms of the world, every single inhabitant kept their gaze upward to the sky, toward the golden magic circle. Their faces were covered with fear and agony as they were sweating continuously. Some of them couldn't comprehend the situation; some of them were trying their best to find out a way to survive; some were praying; and then, some were crying, knowing the future, knowing their fated demise.
Slowly, the chaotic magic flames drove out from the circle and ran toward the face of the world. The frozen gaze of the mortals broke as they began to scatter all around there and cry out loudly just to figure out a single way of survival. But, can tears and the desire to survive save someone from destruction? No, they merely amplify their struggle, make their demise worse than anything.
The flames landed on the surface of the world, burning the mortals and the world itself into ashes. The old, middle-aged, young, and even those newborn babies couldn't survive the chaos of flames, the fire of hatred, the fire of redemption that Arfanez believed in. Their tears, their desire, their loud crying voices changed the air of the world, turning it into nothing but a living hell.
The flames burned the entire world, along with the entire space-time continuum. At last, the entire universe fell asleep, silent and calm. Some ashes flew around in the nothingness, standing as the symbol of the existence of the very world that was removed from history, from the core of the story itself.
Arfanez didn't keep his presence in the nothingness much longer. Using a magic portal, he teleported away from the nothingness, concluding the story of a certain world, a certain realm with countless stories of countless mortals. Stories of chaos, stories of happiness, stories of suffering, and stories of hope.
