Even he himself, if he accidentally fell in, had to rely on wind dials to escape.
Yet Nami, right before his eyes, actually pulled her hand out of the swamp cloud by force.
"Do you know why your companions all fell, but you alone are still standing?"
Jotaro, controlling the platinum star, blasted away the swamp clouds beside him, his gaze icy cold on Gedatsu as he asked.
As one of the four priests, though Gedatsu's mantra wasn't as powerful as Enel's, it had also reached an uncanny level.
He was very trusting of mantra.
He hadn't sensed danger, so he was relaxed.
"Isn't it because Lord Gedatsu is just stronger?"

Gan Fall stared blankly at Jotaro, his eyes turbulent, as if great waves were crashing.
Hearing the light footsteps beside him, he turned trembling, only to ask shakily, "Could it be… all this was done by him?"
Shinobu stopped at the side of the priest Shura, smiled faintly.
"Yes."
Receiving that definite reply, Gan Fall's eyes widened even more.
"How on earth did he do it?"
Shinobu pondered for a moment, then said, "Perhaps because Jotaro-san possesses abilities superior to your god."
After all, even a real god may not necessarily be able to stop time.
Gan Fall said no more.
He knew Shinobu's ambiguous answer was because she didn't want to leak more information to him.
That was understandable.
Puch!
Shinobu flipped her Nichirin blade downward, the tip aimed below, and fiercely thrust down.
"Ugh…"
Shura gave a muffled groan, his body twitching twice, then went completely still.
After suffering Platinum Star's attack, though he lost mobility, his consciousness hadn't dispersed.
He had intended to feign death to fool them, then later find a way to reverse the situation.
But his scheme was directly seen through by Shinobu.
Thus, the four priests were all unable to rise again.
