Several moments later a member of the Loki familia, one of the newer members by the name of Raul, took a breath, and looked around to see what others couldn't… His overwhelming sense of being a normal guy, allowed him to see what it was that Shurry was talking about.
"Was that right? Is it really that simple? Maybe I'll give it a try."
He turned to his designated instructor, Noir, and took a stance, preparing to continue his training, though this time, he had a fire in his eyes.
"Mister Noir, let's keep going. To prepare for the war game."
"Huh? Oh right, let's continue."
Another member who'd joined alongside Raul, and fought as his team mate for quite some time now, noticed the same thing that he did, and also prepared to continue training in spaces.
Slowly but surely, the younger, and newer members of the Loki familia were coming to, aiding their seniors in snapping out of their bone chilling, piss inducing fear.
Ais was one of these members, she held an immense respect for Shurry, and his strength. While she had been in the river with Riveria, bathing, she could still feel that overwhelming power, and that Riveria had stopped scrubbing Ais' hair. She turned to look at Riveria…
"Riveria? Why'd you stop?"
"Oh, sorry, it's just that… that man terrifies me…"
"Really? I like him! He killed all those evil dragons! Just like woosh! And they all died!"
"Yeah, I fear that he'll one day turn that overwhelming power on me…"
Riveria bit her lip, the fear of the situation had made her tongue slip a hint towards the truth. One that piqued Ais' interest.
"Why would he do that?" Ais tilted her head. "He's the city's new hero, right?"
"He-"
This time, it was Bara who spoke up, pissed that this pussy footing around the issue kept going on for so long.
"It's because of what we all did about 8 years ago now. We, along with the members of Freya familia, their strongest members, attacked the remaining members from Zeus and Hera familia, to overthrow them. To become the strongest familias in Orario."
"But isn't he in the Hathor familia?"
"Yes, but he had been incredibly close to everyone in Zeus and Hera familia, as tight as family… Anyway, we killed his big brother, and tried killing his big sister before he could intervene."
Ais' eyes widened, unable to understand the situation.
"Not only that, but we did all of it at Finn's order, with Loki's blessings. Ottar is the one who cleaved Shurry's big brother in two. And it was Finn who ordered Riveria to kill his big sister…"
"I'm still not sure how he managed to stop that attack, or at least I wasn't until I saw what he could do, in the colosseum… Those barriers were perfect, no one could break through them."
"Did you really kill his big brother?"
Ais wondered, she couldn't come to terms with that right away. And so, she got scared at what might happen to her.
"Yes, his big brother died because of our actions. It took all of us to take him down though. He wasn't a push over. The look I saw in his eyes that day… I'll never forget it. Nor will I forget the brutal face first introduction to the ground he gave all of us."
"I still have nightmares about that day…"
"Really? Nightmares? I dream of him punishing me good, all night long."
"So, that's why you need a sheet change every day?"
"Yep, it's truly so exhilarating. I wish he'd thrust it in me a few times for real. Oh! I bet it would feel absolutely amazing!"
Bara started playing with herself as she went into her own little world.
"Riveria? What's wrong with Bara, is she sick?"
"Very, and there's no cure for it."
"That's sad…"

On the Surface, several hours later, Shurry reappeared from the dungeon's depths, and, in the middle of central square, he released the spirit, sending her back to the heavens above…
"This is the most I can do for you, now, you'll suffer the pain of death no longer. Go now, spirit who fell ages ago, and be at peace."
Once more a familiar light filled the sky, though this time it was clearly a spirit's aura, and one that was hardly intact as it was.
Shurry sighed, then stretched as if what happened didn't bother him in the slightest. He then started to make moves towards the guild when…
"Hey! Stop right there, tell me, what's your deal? Where did that spirit come from, and what did you do to my children in the dungeon!"
It was the flat chested goddess Loki… Seriously, if she wasn't wearing attire designed for women, she'd be mistaken for a dainty man.
"Hmm? Are you accusing me of doing something to your children in the dungeon?"
"Yes! There's no way I could get a chill down my spine like that without something happening."
"I see, so you can feel things. That makes this easy. Next time your idiot child dares to ask me something, you'd better remind him-"
Shurry stepped so close to Loki, and stared right into her eyes, and then past them, through to the empty space behind her. His pupils dilated as if he was thinking about sending her straight to Tekai right then.
Despite being a goddess, Loki trembled internally, she knew what that look meant, and she also knew that he would act on it if he was given a reason to. Such a fate would doom her familia to death… So she did her best to hold her ground, to which she saw his lips curl into a smirk.
"Since it seems you understand what it takes, I'll let you off with a warning this time. Make sure that murderer child of yours understands it before he dares to ask me about it for a third time… If he does, I'll kill him on the spot."
Shurry spoke, clearly, then turned and started leaving.
"What is it that you did to them!?"
"Something similar to what I just did to you. Except, your murderer child became an utter coward. He's failed the test twice now. Don't let there be a third time… Oh! And also, the next time they take my favorite bathing spot on the 50th floor, I will be kicking them out. Especially if I'm on my way back from a really deep trip."
"Uh… Why do you want Ais?"
Shurry switched to using the language of the gods when he spoke to answer that question… "Because, you, have, failed, her, and, I, made, a, promise, to, her, father…"
"WHAT!"
Shurry chuckled, leaving a confused Loki to storm off on her own, pulling along the child who'd been guarding her today.
The scene left many people in a confused state, but then they shrugged it off and went back to their regular life.
