I roll my head back and take a deep breath before turning to EliĆ”n, who's walking beside me. His steps are light, and his eyes are fixed on my baby in his arms.Ā
Anwil is tucked against his chest, asleep, with tiny fingers curled into EliƔn's shirt as if EliƔn is comfort he's not willing to let go of.
It's fascinating how comfortable Anwil is with Elian. He never cries when Elian holds him, and it's starting to seem like he's recognising Elian.Ā
I watch as Elian moves carefully, not even daring to breathe too loudly, as he doesn't want to wake Anwil up, and my smile grows. Oh, how I'd love to see him have his own baby. He'll make an impeccable parent. His child would be so lucky.Ā
He has such a pure, massive heart. I just know he'll give his baby all the love in the world.Ā
