"Why did you give her the Pink Vinnaka?" Stacey asked with a pout after Tessa and Becky left.
"Ask Aphrodite if you really want to know," Adam replied.
"But I wanted to use that again later," Stacey replied in disappointment.
"I will pick up another for you when I go collect the photoshoot outfits," Adam replied.
"Speaking of, I should contact Matriarch Maiya and Eri," Lorelie said before using her uniband."

"That damn brat. Just because she got herself a boyfriend, she now has no time for her mother," Victoria complained as she paced back and forth in her room while waiting for Tessa to holocall her as she had said she would in her message.
"Maybe I should take her boyfriend away from her as punishment," Victoria said with a playful chuckle when her uniband suddenly announced an incoming holocall.
"About time," Victoria said as she sent the call to her rooms console and a large holographic screen appeared featuring Tessa and Becky.
"Apologies, mother, but we were in our meeting with Adam," Tessa replied apologetically.
"That's the only reason I'm not chewing you out right now," Victoria replied before asking, "Did he at least agree to give you the tech?"
"Unfortunately, not. He is unwilling to give out his tech to anyone right now," Tessa replied in a disappointed tone.
"Though unfortunate, that's not exactly surprising. Also, there is the benefit that he is unwilling to give his tech to anyone," Victoria said in understanding.
"We still managed to get some tech, though," Becky said excitedly as she held up the Pink Vinnaka and one of the Form Bracelets.
"What are those? And why does the one in your left hand look like a pink dick?" Victoria asked, causing Tessa to blush slightly as she eyed the object before saying.
"That's the Form Braclet, the item that allowed Diva Lorelie to change clothes on stage, as for the other….. Becky can explain."
"Form Bracelet?" Victoria asked in surprise before asking, "Why did he give you that?"
"We got one each because…." Tessa replied before going on to explain how Lorelie was concerned for their safety in the Galamedees Galaxy.
"It seems he's a true gentleman who cares for his loved ones' emotional well-being as well as physical well-being," Victoria replied in an impressed tone.
"Speaking of physical well-being, this…" Becky said before explaining what the Pink Vinnaka did.
"Really?" Victoria asked with bright eyes before asking, "Is it any good?"
"According to Diva Aphrodite, it's amazing," Becky replied.
"Diva Aphrodite? Why does she know?" Victoria asked curiously.
"She didn't explain how it happened, but she somehow ended up joining Adam, Diva Lorelie and Stacey for their sex session last night, though she was bound to a chair and only allowed to watch."
"Bound to a chair?" Tessa asked in surprise.
"Only allowed to watch? You mean he resisted the advances of the diva of sex?" Victoria asked in surprise.
"That was my response, too," Becky replied with a smirk before telling them what Aphrodite had told her about Adam's test.
"He's testing the diva of sex to make sure she's loyal and trustworthy?" Tessa asked before saying, "I'm not sure that will go too well."
"Don't be so sure, from what I could see, she's seriously into him and you should have seen the mess she made while being bound to the chair," Becky said with bright lustful eyes.
"I expect a full report on that item after you use it, Becky," Victoria said in a serious tone before adding, "As for the Form Bracelets, have them scanned when you return to the Imperial Down."
"No, mother," Tessa refused.
"Excuse me?" Victoria asked with a raised brow.
"Adam gave us these on good faith and we are trying to befriend him. Do you think it will look good when he finds out that we betrayed his trust and tried to copy his tech even after he told us he has no plans to release it yet?" Tessa asked.
"I get what you're saying, but how will he know we scanned it?" Victoria asked.
"Can you be certain that we have removed all the traitors from the TISF and anywhere else? Because I can't. Also, how do we know his tech won't detect being scanned and alert him?" Tessa replied.
"Fine," Victoria said with a sigh while holding up her hands in defeat for adding, "But you two are not to tell anyone about those items for the time being, then, also don't take the Form Braclets off. I don't know how they're supposed to protect you, but if he gave one to Diva Lorelie as a form of protection, it must be powerful."
"We weren't planning to tell anyone. I want to keep Adam's gifts to myself," Becky said with a beautiful smile.
"He did give us something else," Tessa said, holding up the datadrive.
"A datadrive, what's on it?" Victoria asked curiously.
"A program that will allow his ship's AI to connect with Royal Entertainment," Tessa replied.
"Well, seeing as how he is not on Terrana Five and I doubt he plans to return here just to run Royal Entertainment. Gaining a direct link with his ship so that he can run and monitor makes sense," Victoria replied.
"True. However, he plans to leave the vast majority of Royal Entertainment up to his ship's AI," Tessa explained.
"You mean Specter Entertainment," Becky added.
"Really? And he plans to change the name as well?" Victoria asked with surprise, causing Tessa to repeat to her mother everything that Adam had told them earlier.
"Though unusual, it is definitely an interesting idea. If it works, it could very well cause celebrities to flock to Royal Entertainment for the security and reassurance that they won't be harassed or schemed against because of prejudice," Victoria said with understanding.
"You're ok with this?" Tessa asked in surprise before adding, "I figured you would be against it, or at the very least apprehensive."
"It's no longer our company, and while we do still own a small percentage of it, Adam is the majority owner now, so in the end, the final decision lies with him. If this does well, then great, we will stand to make a lot of credits and it will help improve our image. If it goes badly, we can just cut our losses and sell off our share in the company before it bites us in the ass."
"I thought you wanted us to get closer to Adam," Tessa asked as she and Becky gave frowns of disapproval.
"I do, but at the end of the day, you're still an Imperial Princess and your primary responsibility is to the Empire. Regardless of whatever feelings you have for Adam, your duty to the empire should always come first," Victoria replied and seeing the change in her daughter's eyes, her tone softened slightly as she said.
"I know it seems wrong, but I'm afraid that's what comes from being part of the ruling household. We sometimes have to choose between our own happiness and the empire. I had to make that choice in the past and one day you will too."
There was silence on the holocall for a few moments before Victoria sighed and said, "Send me the program on the datadrive and I will have it installed into the console in what was Francis's office.
Now, onto more important matters, the statement from Princess Liluth Solar. What did you make of it?"
"Honestly, I'm suspicious. If she were really saddened about what happened on Tillion and Terrana Five, why did she wait till now to make the statement and invite me? Why didn't she do it immediately after or within a more appropriate time period?" Tessa replied.
"I had the same opinion," Victoria nodded with a proud smile that her daughter was of the same opinion before she continued.
"Still, we can't pass up this opportunity in case it is legitimate. We have, after all, been attempting to repair relations with the Solarian race since the incident happened."
"I'm assuming you are authorising me to head there immediately, then?" Tessa asked.
"Correct," Victoria replied before saying, "You're to return to the Imperial Down, which will then use its subspace drive to travel to the nearest jumpgate in the Rabitouser Galaxy since the Felidae Galaxy jumpgate was destroyed.
Upon arrival at the jumpgate, the Imperial Down will meet up with the ambassadorial fleet that I have already dispatched before using the Rabitouser Galaxy jumpgate to travel to the Galamedees Galaxy, where you will act as our representative in your meetings with Princess Liluth Solar."
"Yes, mother," Tessa replied.
"Good girl. Contact me once again when you are on the Imperial Down and we will go into further details," Victoria said with a proud smile before ending the holocall.
"Do I at least have time to try out the Pink Vinnaka before we leave?" Becky asked as she held the Pink Vinnaka close.
"No, let's go," Tessa said before dragging Becky alone.
"But I wanna try it," Becky whined.
"You can try it as much as you want on the ship," Tessa replied while rolling her eyes.
