Celestial Ornament was a very special kind of talent because it was something shareable. The talent holder was able to give her ornaments to others.
It sounded a little absurd that an inherent unique talent could be shared with others but in the relatively short history of the magus world, quite a few talent of this sort had appeared.
Among them, thd Celestial Ornaments was definitely a top tier talent. Normally the effect that a shared talent was not very strong. But Celestial Ornaments was completely different in that regard.
By wearing a celestial ornaments with the permission of the Thearch, someone was capable of becoming a Celestial Soldier and each Celestial Soldier was a part of the Grand Celestial Army.
As for how many Celestial Soldier the Thearch was capable of making, the number was quite high. For each rank up, Weiss would be able to add extra soldiers. At the maximum rank of 10, she could actually have an army of more than ten thousand celestial soldiers.
