Chapter 394: A Peak-Level Clash, Evil Revealed!

BOOM!

A massive black fist howled through the air, crashing down on Lin Fan with overwhelming force—like a divine hammer, unstoppable and destructive.

Yet Lin Fan's expression remained unchanged. In the next instant, his Yuan Power roared out from within like a raging tide.

His entire body became shrouded in a crimson radiance.

He formed hand seals swiftly, condensing the red light into his palm. Faint strands of dark energy pulsed alongside it.

"Fwoosh!"

His hand suddenly ignited with three devastating flames—Nirvana Flame, Nirvana Demon Flame, and Southbright Flame—each possessing a destructive will of its own.

As his palm expanded dozens of times in size, fine cracks spread across it, brimming with deadly pressure.

"Vermillion Sky-Splitting Palm!"

Lin Fan let out a low shout in his heart as the massive red palm blasted forward to meet Hua Chen's incoming punch.

BOOM! BOOM!

The moment palm and fist collided, a deafening shockwave thundered through the sky. The air twisted and split apart as cracks formed across the surrounding space—this battle was not one ordinary cultivators could endure.

BANG!

Their attacks collided in full. But after a brief stalemate, Hua Chen's massive black energy punch was shattered completely.

"Hahaha, you're stronger than I thought!"

Hua Chen laughed maniacally as black mist surged wildly from his body. His pupils darkened, almost completely overtaken by inky black.

"Asura Demon Force—Soul-Destroying Palm!"

Under the thick black haze, Hua Chen's body transformed into something demonic, almost skeletal. Without dodging, he met Lin Fan's blazing palm head-on and unleashed his attack.

A massive palm of black energy, a hundred meters wide, slammed forth, bringing with it a biting chill that drove away all warmth—even the air seemed to freeze.

The force unleashed caused even Death Profound Realm experts watching from afar to pale. Their hearts trembled. This was no longer just a youth competition—it was a true battle between monsters.

Meanwhile, on another battlefield, Tang Xinlian and Xu Xiu were locked in their own storm of destruction.

Blazing crimson and eerie black clashed, each dominating one half of the sky. A piercing phoenix cry echoed through the heavens, reverberating with raw destructive power.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

The two battlefields became the focal points of the entire Limitless Mirror. The sheer scale of the combat left countless spectators stunned—this was the peak level of the younger generation.

Elsewhere, Zhou Ze, ranked third on the Rising Star Ranking, was fighting Lin Dong with intensity—though clearly not on par with the two headline clashes.

Two other contestants had tried to fight for the Thunder Ancestral Symbol. One was crushed by Zhou Ze, the other blasted away by Mu Lingshan and her Life-Death Coffin Lid.

Though defeated, they didn't leave the space. Instead, they retreated to a distance, too stunned to leave as they watched the chaos unfold.

Back on Lin Fan's battlefield, crimson and black clashed again and again, fire and darkness tearing through the sky.

The entire mountain trembled under the weight of their battle.

Their power was so immense, so violent, that even the strongest spectators felt their hearts skip a beat.

"These two are monsters! And they're both from the Eastern Xuan Region… what are they feeding disciples over there?!"

"The other fight is just as fierce…"

Many glanced toward the flaming battlefield of Tang Xinlian and Xu Xiu. With every clash of their attacks, space twisted and screamed.

"Fire Phoenix—Red Lotus!"

Tang Xinlian's cold voice rang out. Flames erupted around her, forming a dazzling spear image that transformed into a massive crimson lotus, descending upon Xu Xiu like judgment.

"Heavenly Demon Seal!"

Xu Xiu's diamond-shaped pupils glinted with killing intent. A black seal formed in his palm, surging with devilish power, and he threw a punch to meet her strike.

CLANG CLANG CLANG!

The searing spear-lotus smashed against the black seal, sending shockwaves rolling across the battlefield. Mountains cracked and split apart as the two titanic energies collided.

"You're no match for me," Xu Xiu said coldly, his black seal trembling slightly.

"We'll see who wins in the end!"

Tang Xinlian shouted back, raising her Fire Phoenix Spear again and unleashing another devastating barrage.

Though Lin Dong's battle wasn't quite as eye-catching, his duel with Zhou Ze was still intense and close-fought.

BOOM!

Back on Lin Fan's battlefield, an explosion of energy blew apart the skies. A black figure was sent hurtling backward, tumbling violently through the air.

It was Hua Chen.

He struggled to stabilize himself, blood trailing from the corner of his mouth. His chest bore a deep palm mark, still burning with tri-colored flame.

Even worse—his right arm had been severed, leaving him battered and half-defeated.

"Looks like the one who's going to die… is you," Lin Fan said calmly, stepping forward.

"You're too happy, too soon!" Hua Chen growled through gritted teeth. "That was just a warm-up! The real fight begins now!"

Zzzt zzzt…

As he spoke, Hua Chen's face twisted in a sinister smile. He wiped the blood from his arm stump and drew intricate lines in the air with his fingers.

His blood coalesced into a strange crimson rune, which floated before him.

Suddenly, black flames surged from the rune, and with a twist of his fingers, the rune embedded itself into his forehead, heart, and dantian.

The three-colored flames in his chest were extinguished.

As the runes entered his body, his aura suddenly vanished.

Completely.

The crowd watching gasped. An indescribable dread crept into their hearts.

Everything fell eerily silent—until someone noticed the air temperature had begun to drop…

Chi chi…

Waves of black mist began seeping from Hua Chen's body. As it spread, even the space around him emitted a soft wailing sound—as if the world itself were crying.

In the midst of the black fog, Hua Chen looked up. His eyes now shimmered with blood-red pupils, pulsing with pure evil.

BOOM!

His previously hidden aura surged once more—but this time it was increasing at an insane rate.

Winds howled across the battlefield, his cloak flapping violently. Surrounded by pitch-black mist, Hua Chen no longer looked human—

—he looked like an evil god descending upon the world.
