Vegeta and Majin Buu fought evenly, their power levels perfectly matched.
"Vegeta's really incredible—he actually trained this form." Goku sighed, feeling amazed by his rival's progress.
The others were equally surprised. They'd always thought reaching Super Saiyan 3's level meant transforming into Super Saiyan 3, but they hadn't expected another path to achieve the same power without transforming! Was it because everyone's body was different, making their transformation methods different too? Even Raditz didn't fully understand this aspect, but Vegeta's strength was indeed no weaker than Majin Buu's. There were even signs of him surpassing Buu in technique.
Final Flash! Galick Gun! Rapid Fire Energy Blasts!
A series of energy bombardments pierced through space from different angles and trajectories, putting Majin Buu on the defensive. Large portions of his body were frequently sliced off, or his entire form was blown to pieces.
But with his tremendous recovery ability, Majin Buu could heal quickly after sustaining damage.
Then Majin Buu would use Vegeta's own techniques against him. Having seen them once, he immediately mimicked flash cannons and other attacks. The continuous energy bombardment was overwhelming—a constant exchange of fire.
The fighting techniques of both warriors were gradually converging. In their frenzied confrontation, Majin Buu held the advantage in physical stamina, yet couldn't break through Vegeta's offense and defense.
The Kaioshin was both surprised and excited. The terrifying Majin Buu seemed less formidable now—Vegeta alone was enough to handle him! Meanwhile, Babidi screamed "Ahhhh" under his psychic restraints, shocked by Vegeta's performance. Could any one of these people fight Majin Buu to a standstill?
"Almost there." Raditz muttered to himself. "Majin Buu's power has been fully aroused—this is when his evil side is most difficult to control."
"Goku, let's join in too. Majin Buu has an immortal body, and a prolonged battle isn't good for Vegeta."
"Huh? But I think Vegeta can still keep fighting."
"I don't want to completely destroy Majin Buu. Like Piccolo, Buu has an original evil aspect within him. As long as we remove that part, he can become good. The main method I know is to provoke him and force the evil thoughts to separate. Vegeta's power alone doesn't seem sufficient. Look—Buu's actually enjoying this evenly-matched battle with Vegeta."
"I see! Leave it to me!"
Goku prepared himself eagerly, and with Raditz's approval, he immediately burst into Super Saiyan 3, his long golden hair cascading down to his thighs.
The Kaioshin was stunned by Raditz's words. What did he mean by not destroying Majin Buu? Did Raditz want to subdue Majin Buu like he'd tamed Broly? Majin Buu was different from a person!
The Kaioshin and Kibito trembled, fearing something might go wrong.
At that moment, Goku had already transformed into a golden arrow of light and shot upward, brilliantly radiant with lightning crackling like dragons. He reached the demon's side in a flash, delivered an unexpected kick, and sent the demon flying.
The demon's body shot straight toward the ground with a whoosh, piercing several holes through rock formations, then bouncing back and forth across the terrain before finally being buried beneath a pile of boulders.
"Goku, what are you doing!"
"Majin Buu's stamina is almost unlimited. Continuous combat isn't good for you, so I'll take over instead."
"Hmph. Are you kidding me?"
Vegeta knew in his heart that Goku was right. Their strength was roughly equal—Goku might even be slightly superior—but the demon's recovery ability was astounding. No matter how badly he was beaten, he could regenerate.
Still, he couldn't accept being helped by Goku.
Majin Buu, buried in the ruins, propped himself up with his arms and leaped out, shouting furiously with steam rising from his head. "You bastard! You sneak-attacked me! I'm angry!"
He glanced up at Vegeta and Goku in the air, then rushed toward Raditz instead!
"Did you figure me out?" Raditz chuckled, a layer of warm aura surrounding him. In his mysterious state, he was more than capable of handling the demon Buu, but he deflected the demon with minimal force. "You all come too. Give him a proper beating."
"Haha, it's our turn!"
The other Saiyans' eyes flashed. They exchanged glances and activated the Fusion technique! Compared to the Super Saiyan God transformation that required six people working together, Fusion was more convenient for them at this stage. In just seconds, everyone had entered combat form.
Several streaks of golden light leaped up and rushed forward. The demon Buu, bounced away by Raditz, was momentarily stunned. He hadn't expected so many golden flame warriors to charge at him.
The first one immediately retreated after exchanging blows with Buu's fists and legs, and the second followed suit. Tremendous energy exploded on the spot, and the planet trembled.
BOOM! BANG! CRACK! RATATATATATA!
Every fused Super Saiyan possessed strength no less than Majin Buu's. The repeated bombardment and overwhelming attacks left Buu struggling to cope, showing signs of being overwhelmed. Even though he was immortal, he still needed to consume energy when constantly regenerating his body. The more he fought, the weaker Buu would become.
All manner of devastating techniques were unleashed upon Buu as if there were no tomorrow. The entire world shook constantly, and Buu's cotton candy-like body was shattered to pieces and reassembled again and again.
The Kaioshin and Babidi displayed identical expressions—eyes bulging from their sockets, mouths hanging open wide enough to swallow dust, yet remaining motionless. They trembled involuntarily, heat surging in their heads.
The terrifying Majin Buu was being casually beaten by the Saiyans. The scene was almost unwatchable.
Babidi suddenly didn't understand what the point had been of working so hard to awaken Majin Buu. Had he merely enhanced the spectacle of his own failure?
The Kaioshin was in a daze. The shadow in his heart quietly disappeared, and he couldn't remember why he'd been so afraid of Majin Buu before. He just looked like a pitiful fat man getting beaten up.
Perfect! Raditz smiled. This was the ideal display of Saiyan strength—absolute power and absolute dominance. The Saiyan Legion's first brilliant battle. He wanted to appreciate Babidi's comical expression, but the Kaioshin's face was even more entertaining...
"Majin Buu has reached his limit." Raditz observed the demon being chased around and had already made up his mind.
"Damn it! You—" Majin Buu had barely opened his mouth when a kick sent it twisting sideways.
Furious, Buu rolled across the ground several times. The vapor above his head lingered persistently and even grew thicker, gathering like misty clouds. "Huff... urgh..." Majin Buu himself felt intensely uncomfortable. His face flushed red as he struggled in pain. As more and more mist was expelled, his complexion grew increasingly worse.
Extreme rage and exerting power to the absolute limit weakened the influence of the absorbed Kaioshin, and the evil part of Fat Buu was stirring, already gaining the upper hand. Buu himself could sense the existence of this force, and he was fighting against it, but the situation couldn't be reversed!
Thick fog condensed in the air, and everyone stopped attacking for a moment, watching this miraculous phenomenon in amazement. The mist gradually gathered like when Buu first appeared, shaping a humanoid form, and the evil aura was tremendously powerful!
Eventually, the mist solidified and transformed into another Buu before everyone's eyes.
