Chapter 924 - Chapter 924: The Lost Golden Bull of the Type-Moon World

"Consider it morning calisthenics after waking up."

Bell watched the breath attacks of the Valgang Dragons. His shoulders drooped slightly before his body vanished in an instant.

"Boom!"

A streak of light tore through several Valgang Dragons, their bodies instantly disintegrating.

In the next moment, the streak of light shot upward, targeting the flying Valgang Dragons. All the remaining Valgang Dragons on the ground immediately opened their mouths, aiming toward the sky.

"Boom!"

"Boom!"

Wherever the streak of light passed, explosions of flame erupted against the walls. Yet, not a single flame managed to strike the streak of light.

Instead, the streak of light collided with the Valgang Dragons in the sky, scattering them into pieces.

"Boom! Boom!"

Amidst the barrage of fire, the streak of light seemed unaffected, moving effortlessly through the sky.

Only when the last flying Valgang Dragon was reduced to fragments did the streak of light finally descend to the ground.

The flying Valgang Dragons had agility, darting around with great mobility.

However, the massive ground-based Valgang Dragons, equipped with enormous fire-breathing organs, lacked that agility.

Compared to the erratic flying Valgang Dragons, these ground-based dragons were practically cannon fodder.

After all, no matter which side they belonged to, their destructive power was first-rate. But who had ever seen a cannon platform with such remarkable mobility?

Facing these immobile dragons, Bell, now transformed into a streak of light, landed and slammed his hand heavily onto the ground.

"Seismic Shock!"

Buzz! Buzz! Buzz!

A piercing hum filled the air, and the ground began to tremble violently.

The floor cracked on a massive scale, the entire level resembling a vast canyon with gaping fissures.

Countless Valgang Dragons were pulled into the massive cracks, and with the earth shaking, their roars quickly faded.

Once this was done, the seismic activity across the entire 58th floor gradually subsided.

The massive cracks in the ground slowly began to heal, but the visible fissures still bore witness to the carnage that had unfolded on this level.

Bell slowly rose and turned his gaze toward the passage leading to the 59th floor.

That was the key to accessing the next level, and he wouldn't allow it to be affected.

He walked slowly toward the staircase, taking a deep breath.

"Floor 59, here I come?"

Honestly, even now, he felt like facing the floor boss at this point might be a bit early.

But it was bound to happen sooner or later; going earlier wasn't an issue.

Even when facing a four-digit being capable of challenging gods, Bell had more than enough trump cards to fight back.

With that thought, Bell descended the stairs.

The path wasn't particularly long. He had walked this way before, accompanying Loki's Familia on an expedition—though this time, he was alone.

The staircase quickly ended, leading into a slightly longer straight passage.

The cavern was nearly pitch dark, so it wasn't until a beam of light illuminated the path that he realized they had reached the 59th floor.

As he passed through the light-filled exit, Bell immediately felt a scorching wind blow toward him, carrying the strong scent of sand and dust.

Bell's attention was instantly drawn to the landscape outside.

No longer a vast forest, it had transformed into an endless desert.

The entire space was buffeted by strong winds, whipping the sand from the ground into the air. The air was thick with dust; even the slightest gust of wind made the world seem like a blinding, sand-filled haze, nearly impossible to see through.

"Did the forest really turn into a desert?"

Bell scanned his surroundings, shocked by the drastic change on this 59th floor—it was beyond what he had expected.

He knew there would be a Floor Boss here, but could one Floor Boss cause such a complete transformation of an entire level?

"Thud!"

Suddenly, the entire world shook violently, jolting even Bell.

He looked toward the source of the tremor. In the distant sky, dark clouds had formed, flashing with lightning.

"Thud!"

Before he could even make out what was inside the storm clouds, the ground shook again.

This time, Bell saw a figure emerging from the clouds.

Clad in golden armor, a pair of long horns curved forward, and a bull's face, completely covered in gold, slowly emerged.

Upon seeing that bovine face, Bell drew a deep breath and, with a resigned and strained voice, muttered a name.

"Gugalanna."

At the same time, Bell could distinctly feel the godly power and divinity overflowing from that bull.

Unlike the demigods he had faced before, this bull was unmistakably a god.

"Of all the beings it had to be this one."

Bell confirmed that it wasn't a "Corrupted Spirit's Fetus," nor some counterfeit created by this world's Ishtar. This was the true "Celestial Bull" from the Type-Moon universe.

"That damn goddess who dropped the ball! How the hell did she let such a massive beast get lost!?"

This bull had definitely wandered onto the wrong stage.

...

But could he send this bull back now?

Impossible!

Bell stood there, utterly drained, his eyes locked on the massive bull standing in the center of the distant desert.

"Who would've thought that my first god to fight after breaking into four digits would be that thick-skinned, tough-as-nails bull..."

From what Bell knew, that bull wasn't just tough—it was on a completely different level. Even facing Tiamat, the Mother of All Things, this bull could withstand days of relentless assault. Clearly, its durability was off the charts.

There was no doubt about it: this would be a brutal fight.

Meanwhile, in the Type-Moon world's Singularity, in the Mesopotamian mythos, Ishtar blinked her large eyes, staring at the projection of the enormous bull.

She gasped and pointed at the bull in the projection.

"Gu... Gugalanna!"

"My Gugalanna, how did it end up over there!?"

Since her descent, Ishtar had been searching for her lost bull. She never imagined that her precious bull had ended up in another world—and standing against that boy.

The suddenness of it all left Ishtar utterly flustered.

Then, she felt a pair of scorching eyes fixed on her back.

A chill ran down Ishtar's spine. She dared not turn around—she had a feeling that if she did, Gold-glitter would kill her on the spot.
