Rajwardhan looked up at his parents and said "Let her rest for sometime. I will talk to her. Please leave." His eyes were filled with tears and rage for Viraaj.
His father looked at him in anger and left from there. His mother looked at Irya and said "Don't think that this sin of yours will come in this world." After saying that she left from there.
Irya shivered in fear just by the thought of losing her unborn child. She looked at her brother and joined her hands, begging him to spare her child's life.
"Brother please, punish me as you want. Kill me if you want but let my child live. It's my child! Please don't kill it! Please!"
Rajwardhan just looked at her, eyes filled with tears and feeling helpless. "Why you did this?!" He asked. "Why you betrayed me? I fought with everyone so that you can get educated!"
Irya flinched on her place to hear his sudden yell and sobbed silently.
"You betrayed me for that boy! Who is he?! Just a prince of a small kingdom which is nothing compared to us!" He asked again.
"I love him." She said in between her sobs.
He stood up in anger and threw the chair away. Irya covered her ears as the sound scared her and she started crying hard.
She looked at him and said "I-I am sorry brother....I w-was scared. You don't like him but I-I love him a lot. I thought...you won't let me marry him....so-"
"So you married him without thinking about me?" He asked "You don't know what you did! This.." he pointed at her stomach "This child of yours will ruin everything. Your, mine and entire kingdom's future."
Irya immediately wrapped her hands around her stomach and pulled his knees closer to her chest, as if protecting her child. She shook her head repeatedly in no "N-No he won't do anything. He is innocent. My child is innocent! Don't talk about him like that!"
Rajwardhan's heart ached to see his sister's miserable state and fell on his knees. His eyes travelled towards the door where his son was standing with his wife. She pulled Abel closer and hided his face to not let him see anything more. He should not see his aunt's condition.
"Will you let someone take your child away from you?" Irya asked, sobbing hardly and hugging herself tightly.
Rajwardhan looked up at her and she said "Then how can you expect me to let you take my child away? How can I let you kill my unborn child?!"
Abel's mother quickly picked him up in her arms and ran away from there. She can't see Irya's miserable state and hear her son being mentioned in such a situation.
Rajwardhan held his head and rested his back on bed, sitting on floor. He don't know what to do. His sister whom he pamper like his own daughter, did something he can't imagine. He can't let her go to Viraaj who have nothing to give her. He can't let her have this child as it will only give her a humiliating future where everyone will do her character assassination and call her child a illegitimate child.
But he also can't see her like this. She is his baby whom he raised and now she is carrying a life inside her. How can he kill her child? How can he kill his sister from inside?
"Irya..." He said. She looked at him and tighten the grip around herself.
"You don't want me to kill your child, do you?"
She nod and begged him "Please brother, don't kill him. His my child! I won't be able to live if you kill him. Just kill me if you want but let him live."
"Fine." He said "Then you have to forget your marriage, that prince and this child after giving birth to him."
Irya felt the ground beneath her slipped away. She looked at him in disbelief and asked "W-What do you mean?"
He stood up and looked at her. "You can give birth to this child but after giving birth to him, I will send him away. You have to forget him, his father and the marriage."
She shook her head as tears started flowing down from her eyes but before she can say anything, he spoke
"Or else....your child, his father and chakravarthy family....everyone will die. I will destroy that entire Kingdom." After saying that, he left from there.
Irya felt her heart twisting. The dreams she saw to live, she have to forget them. The person she wanted to marry and spend her entire life with, she have to forget him. Every beautiful memory, every intimate and caring memories, she have to forget. Just to give birth to her child and abandon him.
She laid on her bed, staring at ceiling and praying Viraaj to come and take her with him. She shouldn't have come to Bayar. She should have went to Aaro with Viraaj. If she had went to Aaro, Viraaj and his father would have protected her and her child. But she is in Bayar, with her family who want her to either kill her child or abandon him.
No! She can't abandon her child. It's not only hers but Viraaj's child too. She can't keep a father unaware of his child's existence. She wiped the fresh tears that fell from her eyes and sat up.
She placed her hand on her stomach and said to her child "I can't raise you...but your father can."
After awhile when Rajwardhan came to check on Irya, he found her sitting on her bed, hugging her knees and her head resting on them. He gulped his saliva to see his princess who shines like moon looking so dull and depressed.
He entered inside the chamber and saw a plate of food kept beside her bed on the table, untouched.
"You should eat your food. Or else you may faint again." He said and was about to grab the plate to feed her when she suddenly said.
"I am ready."
He looked at her and asked "What?"
She wiped her tears and looked at him "I am ready to forget everything. My marriage... m-my husband.....and even my child."
Rajwardhan took a deep breath, thinking how hard it was for her to take the decision.
"But..." He looked at her and she continued with a straight yet challenging face as if he rejected her condition, she won't fear anyone and will do anything she want. "..I won't abandon my child."
"You can't keep him." Rajwardhan said.
