"You can't keep him." Rajwardhan said.
"But my husband can." She countered "I will give my child to him. He is the father, he will raise our child."
"What?" He asked shocked "Are you out of your mind? If we give him your child, he will announce to the world that this is his child and you are his wife. I can't let that happen."
"He won't. I will talk to him."
He looked at her in disbelief that she is still thinking to meet him "I can't let you meet hi-"
"Only once." She requested and closed her eyes "Only once. Let me meet him for once. I will tell him everything and..... I will ask him to... forget me. He will not listen to anyone but me." She opened her eyes filled with tears and looked at him "Please, let me see him for one last time."
Rajwardhan's heart ached to hear her request.
He nod after thinking for awhile "Fine. Only once. Tell him to forget you and never look back. Tell him to take his child with him and never tell anyone about your relationship."
She nod "But I want a promise from you."
He looked at her "What promise?"
"Doesn't matter what happens in future, you won't attack on Aaro. You will not even look at that kingdom, my husband, my child and his family. You will stay away from them. If you even dare to plan something against them, you will see my dead body and you will be the reason of my death."
"Irya!" Rajwardhan yelled in anger when she mentioned her death.
She extended her hand towards him, asking him to give the promise.
He looked away and closed his eyes. He took a deep breath and gave his hand in hers, promising her not to harm her loved ones.
After that, Irya wrote a letter to Viraaj and asked him to meet her at the place which holds their beautiful memories. On top of the mountain near their academy.
Viraaj shooked from inside after receiving the letter. His wife was suffering in her own house. He is going to be a father but don't know whether his child will survive in that palace.
He rushed to meet her. She came to the mountain with Rajwardhan as he can't give her any chance to run away with Viraaj.
Viraaj was standing there, watching the sun set infront of his eyes that hold pain and tears for his love. Irya arrived at the place and stepped down from the carriage with the help of her brother. Viraaj turned back and saw that his beautiful flower had wilted. Her eyes were red and puffy and she had lost her glow. The brave and confident Irya is now looking so weak and helpless.
He rushed towards her but stopped after hearing the sound of sword getting pulled out of its sheath.
Irya turned a little and said "Brother... please." Her voice cracked and a tear fell from her eyes.
Rajwardhan pushed his sword back in its sheath and looked away in frustration. As soon as he put his sword back, Viraaj's soldiers came out of the bushes and pointed their swords towards him. He looked at them with wide eyes and started yelling.
Viraaj ignored him and held Irya's hand "I am sorry. I couldn't come to save you earlier. But now, I won't let anyone hurt you anymore. Let's go."
He pulled her to leave from there but she didn't moved an inch. She just looked at him with tear filled eyes.
He cupped her face and said "Irya, let's go. We can't stay here. I can't let you go back. Please my love, come with me. You are pregnant. It's not only about us now. It's about our baby too. Let's go Irya. I will protect you and our baby. Please Irya, let's go." He begged.
For a moment, she thought to run away with him but the sudden thought of seeing disaster, his death, her unborn child's dead body and a entire Kingdom getting destroyed by her brother made her shiver and come back to reality. She released her hand from his grip and looked at him.
He was having tears in his eyes. His eyes were begging her to come with him. This is the only chance they can escape her brother.
"Viraaj!" She called "Forget me."
He felt an arrow piercing his heart and he shook his head continuosly, denying to forget her.
"No! Never! I will never forget you!" He hugged her tightly "You are mine! How can I forget you?! You are the mother of my child! I can never forget you Irya!!!!"
She buried her face in the crook of his neck and hugged him tightly. "P-Please Viraaj....f-for our baby. Please."
He shook his head and hugged her even more tightly.
He broke the hug and cupped her face "Please Irya....let's leave. I will protect you...I will protect our child." He tried to assure her. He was completely messed up that he didn't know what he is doing. His eyes fell on Rajwardhan who was glaring at him with anger.
Viraaj left Irya and ran towards Rajwardhan. He kneeled down infront of Rajwardhan and begged him "Please y-your majesty. We love eachother and...now it's not only about u-us. It's about our child..." He pointed toward Irya who was sobbing silently "S-She is pregnant. Your sister is c-carrying a life inside her. It's my child. P-Please let us live together."
He even held Rajwardhan's legs whose eyes soften at the sight of two lover begging to let them stay together. He felt like a heartless person but his sister's future is more important to him.
"Please your majesty.....you can punish me. Punish me as you want.....I married to y-your sister behind your back....I am ready to get punished for that....but p-please spare her and our child.....I will take care of her... please give me a chance."
(Never beg for something you deserve. Never kneel down infront of anyone but the one who created you. Because the one who created you will take care of your every need and right.)
Rajwardhan looked away as his eyes started to turn moist.
Irya came running towards Viraaj and kneeled down behind him, hugging him tightly "No, it's not y-your fault. I-It's my fault....I-I forced you to marry me....I am the one...who should get punished."
Even the knights were looking at their prince with pity.
Viraaj turned around and hugged her, resting his head on hers.
"Viraaj..." She said and looked at him, cupping his face gently "We can't live together."
He shook his head in denial but she stopped him and forced him to accept the truth.
"Please Viraaj....don't do this. You are making me weak too."
