"No....we can't....go to Aaro." Cabail said. Vikram looked at him.
"I....know a.... place....let's go...there.....it's.... at the....border."
"Fine." Vikrama said and immediately stood up. He helped Cabail to stand up and gave him support. Cabail's one hand around Vikram's shoulder and Vikram held his waist and hand, walking on the way Cabail is telling.
After finishing the funeral, Ira was sitting in Viraaj's chamber, staring at his bed blankly. She still can't believe that her grandfather is not with her anymore. He won't come back to her.
Raksheet stood at the door, feeling pity for Ira. He wanted to talk to her, make her feel better but don't know how. He have to go to meet Dhishva as well to talk about help in war but he can't leave Ira alone.
"Raksheet.." Daksha said, walking towards him.
Raksheet looked at her.
"You should take some rest. It's evening and you didn't got time to rest. You are working since the morning. Go and take some rest until dinner time."
Raksheet looked at Ira and said to Daksha. "It's ok mother. He was my grandfather too. I am not tired. But.." he looked at Daksha "I have to meet father. I have to ask him for some help in war. But I don't want to leave Ira alone."
"Don't worry. I am with her. You go and meet his highness." Daksha assured.
Raksheet nod and looked at Ira one last time before leaving.
He knocked on the door of Dhishva's chamber.
Dhishva quickly wiped his tears and said "Come in."
Raksheet entered in his chamber and walked towards him.
"Raksheet?" Dhishva looked at him confused that why he is here and gestured him to sit on the chair beside him.
Raksheet sat down.
"What happened? Why are you here?" Dhishva asked.
Raksheet looked down, feeling that it's wrong to talk about it now but he don't have much time left. Soon Abel will attack on Jwalana and he have to do something soon.
He looked up at Dhishva and said "Father, I know it's not the good time to talk about but...I need your help."
Dhishva furrowed his eyebrows as he had a slight idea about what Raksheet is going to say.
"What help?"
"As you know, Bayar is going to rage war against Jwalana. He have a big army compared to Jwalana. Jwalana alone can't fight against them so....I was thinking if....if you can help us. I need your help in war. I need your army support."
Dhishva knew Raksheet will ask for it. But Dhishva is not one of those who will waste his time and energy on something which is not beneficial for him. If he had to fight against Bayar anyways, he would have done this before instead of poisoning his own father with Abel's help.
Dhishva took a deep breath and looked at Raksheet.
"Raksheet, sorry to say but....I can't."
Raksheet looked at him with disappointment but he wasn't surprised as he knew he can't rely on Dhishva. "But why?"
"My kingdom is already going through the lose of their majesty. I can't ask my soldiers to go on war which is not even for their kingdom."
"But you have signed the alliance contract with Jwalana" Raksheet countered
Dhishva breathed and leaned forward "My father was the one who signed alliance contract, not me. And now when he is not in this world, the contract is not valid anymore."
Raksheet closed his eyes, thinking how can Dhishva use his father's death as a reason to not help him. He opened his eyes and looked at Dhishva. "Fine. It's up to you to help me or not. I can't force you." He stood up and smiled slightly "I should leave now."
Dhishva nod in response and Raksheet left. He went towards his chamber and sat down on his bed, holding his head in stress. He knew Dhishva might refuse to help him but still he is feeling disappointed.
A lone tear fell from Abhiveera's eyes as he was looking outside the window. Since he has received Viraaj's death news, he can't think of anything. After Irya's death, Viraaj's death is the only thing that had hurted him so much. He had promised Viraaj that he will always protect him but he couldn't fullfill it.
Neisha came towards him and placed her hand on his shoulder. He closed his eyes, letting more tears fall.
"Abhiveera...." She called.
He burst out in tears and hugged her. "Why?..." He questioned "Why the people I love leave me like this? Why the people I want to protect always suffer?! First Irya, then you, Ashwant and now his majesty Viraaj!"
She rubbed his back. She had tears in her eyes. Everyone in the palace is heartbroken after receiving the news. They can only imagine what Ira must be going through.
"It's not your fault dear." She said "It's our fate. And we can't fight with it "
Ahil knocked on the door, waiting for Anaya to open it. He took a deep breath to control his racing heartbeat and the door opened. As soon as she saw him, she was about to close the door but when she realised that she is in his palace, his slave, she stopped.
"Yes?" She asked, looking down with expressionless face.
"Can I come in? I want to talk to you." He said.
She nod even though she didn't wanted to and let him come in. He entered in the chamber and looked around. "Are you comfortable? Tell me if you need anything."
She shook her head and he sat down on the couch. He gestured her to sit beside him but she shook her head, denying to sit beside her master.
"A slave can't sit beside her master." She said, making his heart ache and guilt fill in his heart.
"About that." He stood up and took some steps towards her. "I didn't meant to humiliate you-"
"But you did." She cut him off.
He looked at her with helpless gaze "Trust me Anaya, I didn't wanted to hurt you. I know I made mistake but I didn't had any option. I can't take any chance when it comes to my kingdom's safety. Your father was ready to be my slave and he was even ready to make his entire family my slave.
I never thought to make anyone of you work for me except your father. I just wanted to make you all mine. I wanted to protect you. If anyone would have known that your father is working for me, betraying his kingdom, they would have killed him and all of you.
I would have been able to save you by saying that you are my slave and you are doing what I told you to do. No one can harm someone's slave. Doesn't matter what, they can't touch someone's slave. If they do, they have to pay for that."
"Was it so important to make me your slave for real? Couldn't you just pretend?" Her voice cracked.
"No. I will have to show the contract if needed in future. To prove that you are my slave and I am your master so that no one can touch you without my permission."
"Then why did you played with my feelings?" She looked up at him with tearful eyes "Why did you lied about your identity?"
Even his eyes teared up to see those beautiful eyes of his love crying because of him "I didn't know anyone there. I am a enemy of your kingdom. I couldn't trust anyone. I had to hide my identity and....I had started falling for you."
She looked at him after his sudden confession and he tried to look away in nervousness. "I.....didn't wanted you to treat me formally. I wanted you to treat me like a friend but when your father said he is ready to work for me, I had to reveal my identity. I didn't know you will distance yourself from me and it will hurt you so much that you will start treating me like a stranger."
