Caesar packed up the remaining dragon parts he had not eaten.He stuffed all of them into his game backpack.He stopped only when the backpack was completely full.
Looking at the eager Natsu, he sighed."Forget it. I have eaten enough. The Black Dragon is on the way. It is a good idea to find some helpers now."
Caesar clapped his hands.A huge alchemy array appeared and covered the entire original City of Flowers.
In an instant, all irrelevant people were pushed away by the array.They were teleported out.

A dragon roar exploded.Five pairs of wings burst from the liquid.They tore it apart.Five new dragons appeared.
Everyone outside was stunned.
"Igneel..."Natsu cried.
"Grantigne..."Wendy burst into tears.
"Metalikan..."Gajeel trembled.
"Boslogia..."Sting's voice shook.
"Skiadram..."Rogue was speechless.
Caesar ignored their reunion.He looked at the remaining black liquid and sighed."There are too many materials. Let me see. If it does not work, I might try to understand the thinking of God Anxelam."
He laughed to himself.
"Resurrect me, Ur."
The black liquid surged.Caesar pulled Ur's remaining consciousness from the world and poured it into the liquid.
Ur broke free and fell in front of Caesar.Gray froze.He felt conflicted because resurrection violated laws.But laws meant nothing now.Ur was back.
"Let me think. Ultear did not use that spell in this world, so..."
The liquid surged again.Caesar grabbed another soul from Anxelam.
Rob walked out.Simon walked out.Lucy's father Jude walked out.
Three more were resurrected.Caesar could feel God Anxelam trembling.He feared Caesar would take more souls.
