Clementine:
"I want to stay here as the Luna of my mate. I want to help him shape the pack for the better. I will let the other Alpha do his thing," she added, making everyone look at her with pride for how far she had come.
"Now, now, come on, let's eat," she said shyly, gesturing for us not to look at her for too long.
We all laughed with her, and then we continued eating.
The rest of the day was perfect.
That night, they arranged a beautiful setting for us. A guest room with the best view, a large balcony overlooking the outside.
It was exactly what we needed.
Ian and I changed into our nightclothes and slipped under the blanket, hugging each other as we lay there, looking outside through the big window.
"Are you ready for tomorrow?" I asked him, referring to Yorick's pack.
It was going to be challenging.
