Dabi felt drunk on the power boiling within his veins, massive blue flames rising off him as if they had a life of their own.

However, the Pro Hero had been too much of a wild card compared to other Pros. Taking huge damage, she had mortally wounded many of the members before escaping.
As a result, Stain had to ally with the League of Villains.
Dabi didn't know much about the details of the alliance. But, in return for thorough treatment of their members, the Claws of Conformity needed to offer aid to the League of Villains in their missions.
This was one of those missions, and Stain had given him strict orders.
You must not engage any Pro Hero directly, unless absolutely necessary, and must prioritize the retrieval of either the Device or the Doctor.

Letting out silent cries, the students rushed toward the Villain, madness gripping their hearts.
Standing up on the slope, and with a pain like needles stabbing into his bones, Midoriya boomed across the space toward the Villain, too.
100% One For All left his legs in a spaghetti state, turning them blue and black.
But Midoriya couldn't even register the pain as he lifted his right hand to punch the Villain with another full-power One For All.
To their bad luck… to their utter terror… the Villain was much-much faster than all of them.
Leaving behind a patch of molten iron where he was standing, the Villain appeared over David and threw him on his shoulder.
Then, with a hiss, white flames came shooting out from the Villain's soles as he flew up, reaching hundreds of meters in the air.
"Haha…" the Villain's laugh penetrated their ears. "A parting gift — for your students — All Might!"
Flashfire Fist —
The Villain raised his right hand, making a fist.
Blinding white flames burned around the fist, the very atmosphere catching fire, multicolored ions staining the sky in their eyes.
Then, grinning as wide as he could, the Villain punched, firing a pillar of pure whiteness, dozens of meters thick.
