Meanwhile, in the separate dimension:
Licht said, "Answer me. Did you or did you not awaken the Zenatal?"
The man said, "We did not."
Licht said, "Since you aren't part of it, I'm giving you a chance to live."
The man said, "Join us. Become our great religious leader and lead the world with you as Baldr. We will be unstoppable."
Licht said, "OK then. I accept your offer if and only if I'm the leader of it all."
The man said, "No, it's not possible. We can't allow you to be our leader. Alpha won't allow it. We only answer to Alpha."
Licht said, "OK then."
Meanwhile, outside, as the enemy drew near:
Liebe said, "Everyone, charge! Fire, lightning, and earth units, provide cover fire! As of now, the number has gone down to 62 thousand. And all units remember: the big one is mine!"
In the sky, M said, "I guess it's just you and me, dragon." As Fang growled, beside them was Licht.
M said, "Wow, you are actually alive!"
Licht said, "Yeah. Just got bored. And whoever that dumbass was, sure annoying."
M said, "OK then. And what did they say?"
Licht said, "I don't know. I didn't really pay attention. Something something cult, something something crime syndicate, something something religious leader. Well, either way, it's taken care of."
M said, "You brute."
Licht said, "What can I say? I had to get my hands a little dirty."
M said, "May the poor soul rest in peace. What did he say that made you end it?"
Licht said, "There is only one man who I call captain—the man who will become the strongest in the world. And that little crap tried to change it. I find it annoying when shitasses come around thinking they can order me around."
M said, "Is that so? Then do something."
Licht said, "That's what I'm here for. Light Magic: Avenging Light!" As swords of light covered the battlefield.
M said, "Looks like you are still alive, old man. Did the break really help, or do you need a nap?"
Licht said, "Depends. If it's more than 3 days, I wouldn't mind. Oh damn, that was supposed to be sarcasm."
Meanwhile, on the ground:
Liebe said, "Dark Magic: Endless Execution!" As he charged through the enemy lines, Liebe said, "Now, Goetia Team, move!"
Alysa said, "I will make a path for you!" As she used her bow to help make a path for Liebe.
Meanwhile, in the academy:
Lilith said, "Well, I'm getting late. Time to end this BS." As she clashed fists with Zou.
Lilith thought, Something is wrong. Even without magic, this thing keeps on taking my punches without flinching. Even my impacts should have done something, even if it has infinite regeneration.
The man laughed and said, "Understanding now? It isn't just that. Zou has flame magic, and his flame fists are able to keep up. On top of his endless regeneration, he has another ability: shock absorption. No matter how much you try to brute force it with your fists, you can't beat Zou."
Lilith said, "That's where you're wrong. There is no limit that can't be broken." As she said, "Void Magic: Roar of Void!" Her attack turned the top half of Zou from the hip all to dust.
As Zou regenerated, the man said, "No point. You will die here."
Lilith clenched her knuckles. "Oh, this will be fun."
As Zou's right arm was held in place by the chains of an Abyssal Gate, while the other hand was stopped in place by the chains of a second Abyssal Gate, Lilith said, "Now, Abyssal Gate: Smash!" As the gates smashed into each other, leaving no chance for Zou to escape, turning it completely into dust.
Lilith said, "Is that the end of your evil BS?"
The man said, "Come, Zou!" As a second one appeared, the man said, "You didn't really think we would end an emperor with just one artificial devil? And now that your mana is all gone, you will die."
Lilith said, "Don't count on it. I will end you with my fists. Now, Void Magic: Black Hole Impacts!" As she was ready to clash head-on.
Meanwhile, in Hazen, as Liebe and the others were clashing, Lia and the Black Legion were there to watch Liebe's match.
Lia said, "Well, let's help."
Frew said, "It isn't our battle to interfere in."
Drue said, "Come on, it's not like we have anything better to do."
Tracy said, "Yeah, that we need to help the kiddos or something."
Grey said, "Fine then. But we can't alter the course of this battle. It wouldn't be right."
Lia said, "You Black Legion sure are annoying." As Lia jumped into the battle with "Flame Magic: Purgatory Roar," breaking formation.
Frey said, "We will move as we always do. I'll maintain the line. Drue, Tracy, take the left and right flanks."
Tracy and Drue said, "Got it!"
Tracy said, "Glitter Magic: Snow Glitter!"
Drue said, "Entropy Magic: Blazing Halo!" As their glitter and halo strikes held the line.
Liebe looked back and said, "Extra help, huh? Well, time to end this."
As the Zenatal prepared to use its beam weapon, Liebe said, "Dark Magic: Black Grand Strike!" countering it.
Liebe said, "Now, everyone, charge head-on!"
M said, "Things are looking heated down there."
Licht said, "Right now, it's a battle of quantity versus quality. We have better troops, while the Zenatal has near-infinite troop production."
