Well according to mewoth and magikarp pokemon therapist, both had very deep trauma, magikarp is in fact a baby! therefore incident of being hit and injured by kids affected her deeply. Sigh.
Its okay though. As long as my pokemon are alright. There examination will take two more days. After that every week I have to send both my mewoth and magikarp to there therapist Miss Flare.
According to her I could not train them too. Which was understandable really.
---
I was roaming around the island again. The first week magikarp and Mewoth needed to remain in therapy only. After that I can transfer once per two weeks through the pokemon transfer system. So yeah.
Anyway I was travelling around when I saw some trainers running away from the jungle. Officer Jenny who was on patrol immediately stopped them to ask about the matter. But they were too rattled.
"Run. Run for your lives." One said in horror.
"Such powerful wind, I don't know who did it, we did not see, but the wind was too strong" Another tremblingly said.
"felt like I would die." Other said with conviction and dread.
"It will kill us. I have never seen wind that strong." Other said tremblingly. They immediately ran away. Whe officer Jenny tried to stop them, they fainted instead of fright.
What could be so scary that have them faint like this. Hmmm.
---
It was night currently. Rumors were running wild. My phone had also dinged. The G corp had given me the mission to investigate the matter and take care of it. It was a low level mission but since I was the closest one here and for others it would take 3 to 4 days so the mission was assigned to me.
I went in with police accompanying me. There was nothing here really. We decided to split up. One of the young officer jenny interning with this city officer Jenny was to accompany me. We were both walking ahead, both looking for dangers.
Third pov-.
The forest was almost silent—just the whisper of cold wind through tall grass and the soft crackle of nocturnal bugs. Moonlight filtered through the canopy in pale silver beams.
Regina stepped lightly along the dirt path, lantern clipped to her belt but unlit. She preferred the natural light. Young intern Jenny too stepped with her looking for any danger.
But then—
A shadow crossed the moonbeam.
A low, guttural "Grrrrryyyuuuu!" echoed above her.
Regina stopped dead.
Perched on a broken tree stump was a Pidgey—
but not at all like a normal one.
Its eyes glowed crimson.
Its feathers bristled.
A violent Alpha aura pulsed around its body, distorting the air with pressure.
Even from its small size, the intimidation felt heavy, primal.
Young Jenny gasped, even if she was of Jenny family, this was her first mission and so fear was natural.
Regina whispered under her breath:
"An Alpha… Pidgey?"
[pidgey(Alpha)
lvl 22
class:Champion]
The Alpha flared its wings, sending a shockwave of force that rattled nearby leaves.
It hopped forward, daring her.
Regina smirked.
"Alright then. If you want a battle—"
She raised her Poké Ball and shouted:
"ONIX, COME OUT!"
The ground rumbled as her Poké Ball burst open.
"RRAAAAAAAAUUUGHH!"
Onix's massive rocky body surged upward, its roar shaking branches loose.
The Alpha Pidgey puffed its chest, unafraid, glaring at the stone serpent with feral intensity.
THE BATTLE BEGINS
The moment Regina gave her command, the Alpha Pidgey struck first.
It dove in with blinding speed—
Quick Attack, a streak of white light in the night.
Regina snapped her command instantly:
"Onix! Iron Defense!"
Onix's rocky plates gleamed with steel hardness as the Alpha slammed into its head.
The impact echoed through the forest, but Onix barely flinched.
The Alpha hissed in anger and flapped its wings rapidly—
a sudden blast of wind swirling around it.
**Alpha Pidgey used Gust, but with its Alpha power, the wind was razor-sharp.
Onix braced, sliding back over the dirt.
Regina pressed forward.
"Now—Rock Throw!"
Chunks of stone tore from the ground and hurled upward.
The Alpha Pidgey twisted acrobatically, dodging the first two, wings glowing red with fury.
But the third rock caught it mid-flight—
THUD!
It spiraled through the air, tumbling before catching itself shakily on its claws.
Its red eyes blazed brighter.
The Alpha aura crackled like static.
Then—
It shrieked, wings glowing white—
Aerial Ace.
It cut through the night like a razor.
Onix couldn't dodge something that fast, not at that angle.
SLASH—!
Onix groaned as the small but intensely boosted attack hit harder than expected.
Regina narrowed her eyes.
"So that's how you want to fight…"
She lifted her arm.
"Onix—Bind!"
Onix lunged with a sudden burst of speed, surprising even the Alpha.
Its coils wrapped around the small bird in a crushing spiral.
The Alpha squealed and struggled, aura flickering violently.
Regina nodded.
"Good. Hold it—just enough to weaken it."
Onix tightened slightly, forcing the Alpha Pidgey into exhaustion but not harm.
The bird fought wildly, but its attacks were dulled.
Its strength drained.
Its aura dimmed.
Regina stepped forward, pulling a Great Ball from her belt.
Moonlight glinted off its blue top.
"You're strong," she said softly, "and you'll be even stronger with me."
She tossed the Great Ball in a clean arc.
BWOOM—!
The ball struck the Alpha Pidgey, pulling it inside in a flash of red.
It hit the ground—
shaking once.
Twice.
The button flashed red under the moonlight.
A third shake.
DING.
Silence returned to the forest.
---
"You-You caught it." Young Jenny said with shock.
"Well, we had to subdue it didn't we. And the problem is most likely for this. Strong wind. What could be stronger than an alpha pokemon wind." I said. Alpha pokemon existed in this world too but they were rare, even rarer than shiny.
But how could one exist here. Well looks like I will have to talk to Linda.
To be continued-
