Chapter 80 - Night descent.

Whoosh.

Strike.

Ha-ha-ha.

Strike.

Strike.

Bang.

Whoosh.

Strike.

"He is enjoying the fight for the first time in a long time, when the enemies are neither stronger nor weaker, but on par. The fight is pure pleasure and risk, where the slightest mistake can be the last. But he didn't care about any risks, he had only one thing on his mind – to dispel the boredom of his monotonous life."

Fighting the strong was more useful, but there was a one-on-one chance there. Fighting the weak was utter boredom.

"Give, give, give, just give me control over the body!"

"Go to hell."

"Huh!?"

"Even if I wanted to, how would I do it?"

Bang.

Leaping away from the ogre's strike, his smile widened even more, if that was even possible.

Whoosh.

Strike.

The ogre's head went flying, and the magic stone fell with a thud. He lingered his gaze for a couple of seconds on the magic stone. His backpack was already bursting with magic stones anyway. And he wondered for the first time if he needed an assistant. But he immediately dismissed those thoughts because of his poor trust in adventurers. He understood, of course, that if one is like that, then not all are. For example, if one elf kills and rapes his victim, then you shouldn't believe everyone is like that. But if there are such rumors about elves who kill without reason and rape everyone who gets in their way, then, without realizing it, they will start to perceive all elves like that.

But, thank goodness, elves don't do that… probably.

"Torn! What a piece of crap."

Trying to shove the magic stone into the backpack, it started to tear, and very quickly at that.

"What did you expect? You bought the cheapest one, now enjoy it."

"Shut up! It happens to everyone!"

Bang.

"Haha, how quickly new ones appeared."

Dodging a strike to the back from the newly appeared orcs. As expected, they appeared much faster than during the day. He was starting to tire a little, but when he saw new victims, all his fatigue was replaced by the anticipation of a new fight.

Whoosh.

Strike.

First!

Strike.

Second!

Whoosh.

Strike.

Thir…

Bang.

Khah, khah.

And he coughed up blood.

Looking at the fifth ogre, he noticed at the very end that he was able to block most of the blow, but even still, the blow was pretty strong. I got too relaxed, so that won't happen again. He was starting to forget how dangerous the dungeon was. His grip on the sword tightened, and his smile lessened a bit, and his gaze became unmoving, adopting a fighting stance.

Whoosh.

Bang.

Strike.

And the ogre's head went flying.

"Fifth… I almost managed… my body lacks strength and agility."

"What did you expect? Did you think our skill would overcome the physical abilities of the second level?"

"Yes, that's what I thought."

His answer immediately followed.

"… Me too…"

Kopii agreed immediately.

They had only recently started a conversation on this topic, and they both agreed that it was a good opportunity. So they both focused on one of Ais's strikes, more precisely, on her lunge. And they trained every day until they could fully repeat it. And then he tried to copy her completely, every little movement. And he managed to do it, for which Ais even praised him. But that wasn't enough for him, because he copied the technique, but he also wanted to copy her strength and speed. But it wasn't working out, so their nighttime excursion was only for that.

But with each monster killed, they realized that they didn't have time to use it to its fullest extent, because he had to be focused. And when they were given this opportunity, all his thoughts were on Ais's movement, on her shiny skin, on her beautiful hair, on her movements of her hands and feet, on her breathing. He wanted to completely copy her technique, which he mostly succeeded in.

But there was the biggest drawback – and that was his second-level body. So his enthusiasm for his skill lessened a bit. And he found the first thing that he couldn't copy in any way, and that was physical abilities.

"Maybe, the skill can…"

But he stopped mid-sentence, as he understood that his next words were complete nonsense.

"Maybe we need to focus more."

"No, Kopii! I understood the mistake, so now give me control over your body, and you'll see the result."

"Ugh, are you kidding me!?"

He exhaled, starting to slowly get annoyed by his impossible request.

"You didn't even try!"

"Why would I try if I don't even want to?"

Throwing away the smaller magic stones and shoving the newly made magic stones into there. The more he looked at the backpack, the more he thought about whether it would hold up. He glanced at the dungeon corridor, then at the backpack. He had a difficult choice: to go further, but not pick up any more magic stones, or exchange them for smaller ones. But there is a probability that the backpack will not survive until then.

Or he can leave it on the ascent to the upper floors and go further. But then he will have nothing to put the magic stones in. But then the point of killing monsters will lessen. But will she stifle it that much? He wondered, scratching his chin, pretending to be in great thought, but he perfectly understood what he would already do.

And that's definitely buying a new backpack. But first he will have to go down lower, because experience is much better than money. But in some cases, if this experience can give much more money than there was, then it was definitely worth it. Reliably hiding the backpack near the ascent to the ninth floor, hoping that no one would find it.

Crack.

"Hmmm. Faster than last time. What, is night really stepping into its own now?"

He hadn't gone far when monsters were born again, but this time there were many more of them than last time. All in all, making it clear that night had definitely arrived. But that's what he was waiting for.

He went down to the thirteenth floor and spent almost the entire night there. As if nothing had happened.

"Stolen."

"Ha-ha-ha. How could that be, and I told you so."

"Shut up!"

Looking around every corner, I couldn't find even a hint of my backpack.

"Who dared!"

"So these are your things, cutie~."

"Huh!? What?"

Not far from me stood an Amazon. The more he looked at her features, the more he thought he had seen her somewhere. But caution quickly turned to joy when he saw his native backpack in her hands.

"I'm asking, is this yours?"

Raising the backpack with one hand, staring intently and slyly in his direction. A wave of shivers ran down his body from such a look.

Without waiting for an answer, she takes a step towards me. I unconsciously take a step back. He was uncomfortable with the expression on her face. Her sly smile, as if this scene was just a game for her.

Tap.

Tap.

Tap.

Tap.

With each step she took, her smile grew wider and wider, and fun began to blaze in her eyes. Unconsciously, his grip on the sword became so strong that the knuckles on his fingers turned white.

Tap.

Tap.

Tap.

Tap.

Kopii's eyes widened as he felt the wall of the dungeon with his hand.

"Stop!!!"

Taking the sword out of its sheath and pointing it in her direction.

"Oh-oh. How aggressive we are~… Don't worry, I won't hurt you~."

Starting to stroke my cheek.

"So fast!?" - a thought flashed through his head.

Trying to jump away from her, but it was all useless. His body didn't listen to him, he couldn't even move his finger.

Lifting my face by the chin, and I saw brown eyes that were completely starting to draw him in. The more he looked into those eyes, the more his mind clouded over.

"KOPII!!!"

A punch to her stomach. I saw shock on her face for a second.

"How?"

"It's magic or a skill. There were always two choices that it could be. He didn't start guessing until she fully recovered from the shock, grabbed my backpack that she had successfully dropped.
