Two weeks has passed since the day, when Zack and Gray almost fallen into the trap created by Lovely, who had died by the hands, or more like, the legs of his own charmed Monsters.
The outcome of that Job was more serious than anyone could had imagine, even to the point, it even got not just the Magic Council's attention, but also the high ranking nobles, as well the royal family of the Fiore Kingdom, and even the surrounding kingdoms and nations also gotten word of this as well.
It is not so surprising why it got both Fiore and the surrounding nations' attention. After all, within the Ishgar Continent, slavery itself is a serious matter.
That is why many nations and kingdoms ban any form of slavery, and those that do not ban slavery in their countries, they follow very strict regulations regarding slavery within their nations.
Since it is a serious matter, it would be completely normal if Fiore would send out their own Knights or even few of their Magic Knights, to look into this matter, spelling how serious both Fiore and Ishgar takes this matter.
However, before the King of Fiore could order either his Knights or Magic Knights into this matter, the Magic Council prevented Fiore from sending their elite knights or their Magic Knights.
It was no wonder why the Magic Council wanted to look into this matter more then anyone else. After all, it was their own system that caused this.
The Job system, the very thing that created in place, where Legal Guilds could assign their members to take on commission known as Jobs, were used against them.
This was no different from having the very blade you had forged, only to have pointed at your neck, so, it was no wonder why the Magic Council found this both upsetting and irritating.
(AN: I knew Jobs were not originally created by the council, but by the founding guilds like Fairy Tail that existed before the council. But these days, the council are the ones that create the rules for the Legal Guilds, that is why the council took this very seriously, if you are confused why so.)
Of course, there is another reason, why the council is left with this matter, besides it being personal for them.
That is… the likelihood that a Dark Guild is behind this.
Which is the main purpose why the council exists, besides maintaining order between Legal Guilds. They also exist to take down any form of criminals that involve with the Magic World.
So, it no wonder why the council involvement was allowed by Fiore's higher ups.
Another thing to take note about this whole outcome of that fake Job.
Will be Fairy Tail itself.
As the ones who discovered this matter, it is no wonder why it became a headache for the Fairy Tail Guild Master, Makarov, who not is very fond of dealing with the Magic Council, since their ideals always clashed with each other.
Luckily enough, it was not much of a problem, since this time around, it wasn't the most chaotic Legal Guild in Fiore, or maybe even in whole of Ishgar fault.
Nevertheless, it still was a headache for a certain old man, who just wanted to retire.
As for the Bandits?
Luckily enough, they weren't hunted down by the Spider Monsters. And even if this was a fake Job, the local government still given the initial rewards based on the standards of how Fiore worked.
After all, capturing Bandits, is still a Bandit Subjugate commission, even if it is a fake one. Netting both Gray and Zack 105,000 Jewels to share.
(AN: If forgotten, within Fiore, bandits if they are still alive, will be rewarded by 5,000 Jewels each by the government.)
Of course, that was just the capture bounty, not the actual bounties, among the 21 Bandits Zack beaten. Three of them has bounties, one has 50,000 Jewels, another 120,000 and the last one is 300,000.
A lot for mere bandits, however, counting on the skills they had, it was no wonder, when they were those wanted for murder, and even rape among those three bounties.
In the end, the final reward for the Mission, fake or not, reward the duo with 575,000 to share between the two, in other words, 287,500 Jewels each.
Besides the rewards from the Bandits.
The Bandits themselves were not handed over to the local government, but to the Magic Council. However, no matter how much the council questioned the Bandits.
The name, the location, or even what or who behind both the Bandits and the Wizards still remain unclear.
Especially when all 21 Bandits within the hold of the council all were killed over night.
Showing whoever they are, they are no simple organization when they are capable of silencing a whole of 21 people right under the nose of the council.
And right now, in the town that known as Magnolia, the heart and home of the Fairy Tail Guild.
Lies a certain household, a simple looking house, that has three bedrooms. And this simple looking house, just happened to be the very home to the Strauss siblings.
And in this house, lies Elfman Strauss who just returned back home, before his elder sister, who still hasn't returned yet.
However, that does not mean there is no one within the Strauss household.
Besides Elfman, who just returned home. There are two others that already inside the Strauss household before Elfman.
One of them is Lisanna, the youngest among the Strauss siblings, who is now 14 years old. And the second person, is someone who the Strauss has become close with over the year… or more like had no choice but to.
Especially so, when they had this odd obsession with them.
Nevertheless, as it might seems forced at first with this guest of the house, in one way or another, they all became close with this person.
Elfman who walked into the living room, noticed there is no one here.
And yet, there no shock expression, but a look of understanding, when he saw no one in the living room, especially knowing why their guest has come for.
He didn't come here for Mirajane or to hung around, like he normally does. Nor did he come here for himself, but Lisanna herself.
Which meant, it is clear as white paper, where the two of them will be, that will be Lisanna's bedroom itself.
One might question, why Elfman didn't seem bothered when someone who is a male is in his little sister bedroom alone with her. Especially when they are two years between Lisanna and their guest.
And yet, there is no worries in Elfman's face, who walked into the kitchen. After all, what was the point in worrying over something will happened, when it comes to that person?
Even if there are many things that are questionable with this guest of theirs. He is not that kind of person, who will do anything either strange or questionable to Lisanna.
That is why, there is no need to worry about something, that will never happen.
Elfman, who is very tall for someone who is 15 years old. Began to make something simple in the kitchen, sandwiches, he is not like his sisters, who is good at things like cooking.
But least he can make do something of this level, along with some cold drinks, that also needed to cooldown one's mind, especially what will be happening behind that door of Lisanna's bedroom.
Along with a tray to carry what he had made. Elfman makes his way to Lisanna's bedroom, and while he carried the tray in hand, Elfman cannot help but to recalled the first time, when he did something like this, making food, no matter how simple they are, to someone else besides himself, or his sisters.
The first time was hell for someone as shy as himself, who almost dropped the tray several times.
But overtime, things got better as Elfman also got used to their guest who often visits their home, but even so… it does not change the fact, how much Elfman hatred this side of himself.
He hatred the shyness as well the cowardice sides he has.
This caused the tall teenager to questioned it many times, that if he is worthy to be a big brother, a role model to his little sister, Lisanna, as well a support pillar for his elder sister, Mirajane who went through a lot before coming to the Guild.
Just thinking of this, caused the giant teenager to halt in his steps, showing a downcast look, before that downcast look replaced with a serious look.
No matter how much he doubts himself, he is a man, a man should not show any weakness, this is what Elfman told himself, to man himself up, that is the least he can do for his family.
With no more stray thoughts to blind him any further, Elfman reached the second floor of the house, if he hands weren't busy with the tray, he might even smack his cheeks to forcedly calm himself. Instead, Elfman could only sigh, as he now stood before Lisanna's room.
"Z-Zack… this is too much…"
When Elfman about to call out to the other side of the door, so they can open the door for him. Lisanna's voice were heard, a low moan calling out the name of their guest, that is no other than Zack Smasher himself.
This did got Elfman off guard, but he soon smiled, knowing his little sister well, she might be moaning about her studies once again. This caused a smile on his lips. Knowing what is happening behind that close door.
Or so he thought…
"Don't worry, you can do it." Zack went behind the door.
"B-But! It's so big and thick! Why is it… so thick and big…"
Elfman's smile frozen, hearing Lisanna's unwillingness… surely, he has heard it wrong? Or maybe it not what he thinks it is.
There are many things that are thick and big… like trees…? Or maybe it was some kind of spear… it could be…
No matter how Elfman tried to reason himself, but all he could remember, is a certain 'monster', a 'monster' that damages other men's pride just by looking at it.
But Elfman shakes his head, no matter what he misunderstanding here, Zack is not that kind of person, who would do something as shameful and deviant of what Elfman is imagining.
"You do not have to worry Lisanna, I will go slowly and gentle at that, so it wouldn't hurt as much unlike before."
However, that gentle soft voice, that came from Zack, shattered Elfman reasoning, and as if his body made of glass, Elfman felt his body slowly cracking… surely, he just overthinking things… right?
"But you said that last time, and it still hurts…!"
"My bad, my bad, I am sorry, but I promise this time, I will go more slower this time. I even prepared to make it easier as well."
Elfman's mind went blank, even his expression turned deadly pale, like he seen a ghost.
But the truth is, the reason why his face became paler and paler, is his own imagination, that caused many unwanted images that flashed in his mind.
The memories of seeing that 'monster' between Zack's legs.
And then… Lisanna, his sweet little sister, facing that 'monster'… that he no longer wished to see any longer!
Elfman's face whiten in horror, due to those weird images printed thanks to his overthinking and imagination.
He can no longer deny it, deny what is happening behind that shut door!
That is why, out of character, Elfman throws the tray of sandwiches and cold drinks, as the glass shattered, and the sandwiches mixed with liquid and glass.
But Elfman did not care about that, he didn't care about the loud sound it caused, why should he care, when something that shouldn't happened, is happening behind that close door!?
That is why, his persona is no longer the shy boy, but one with fury, as he grabbed the doorhandle, and forced it opened.
"Don't you dare touch my little sister, you bastard!!"
Along with a battle cry, or maybe a war cry, Elfman roared, as he broke into Lisanna room.
The first thing this battle harden warrior did, no longer the shy teenager he was before. Is to pointed in rage at Zack, and about to activate his Take Over Magic, Monster Soul, to deal with this ungrateful scum!
Or that was his intentions, as Elfman who still pointing at Zack, looked at Zack with a blank look, when he saw both Zack and Lisanna also looking at him with the same blank look.
There no clothing removed, nor they are in the middle of any unspeakable act.
If anything, both Lisanna and Zack were sitting by the desk, that has piles of books in the middle of it.
If that wasn't enough, in Lisanna's hands, is book, a big and thick one as well…
Elfman cannot help to feel his cheeks becoming hotter, as his mind became chaotic, like he did something that made him look like the fool here, after all, it's all a misunderstanding… all of it!

Author Notice
Who don't love misunderstandings?
Anyway, I am back, which means a new volume or Arc will be taken place, yes, I might call them arcs instead of volumes, anyway thanks for reading this.
And another thing to note. I mention Magic Knights a lot in this chapter, I thought it was a canon thing, but it wasn't.
So, if you don't know what a Magic Knight is, they are basically Wizards who do not belong to any Guild, or do they belong to the Magic Council, even if they do have their own form of Magic Knights called Rune Knights.
No, the term of Magic Knights, least in this fanfic, is the official titles given to Wizards, who are in the line of duty with the nation they belong to.
By the way this is fanon thing, not a canon thing, even if they do exist in the canon, another example of these Knights, besides the Rune Knights of the Magic Council, will be the Garou Knights, the most elite knights that belongs to Fiore.
That is why, thanks for reading the first chapter of this new Arc, and one last thing.
Not only I am returning with new chapters or fairies, I also had updated the first 10 chapters or fairies, I wanted to do the whole first Arc, but things got in the way, leaving me with less time than planned, I will deal with them when I can.
