Kael
I stare out of the window, my head swirling with thoughts I can't hear. Irene has been getting ready for hours now.
"Do women take this long just to get ready?" I mumble to myself, shaking my head.
"Kael, I'm ready," her soft, silky voice catches my attention.
I look over my shoulder. My eyes widen at the sight in front of me.
She's wearing an off shoulder A line midi dress that stops below her knees. Her hair is pulled back in a chic updo, with a few tendrils framing her face. Her makeup is light, but elegant enough.
My heart skips a few beats as she comes closer to where I'm standing.
"I'm sorry I kept you waiting for so long. I just had to pick the perfect dress—"
I snake my arm around her waist, pulling her flush against my rock hard body.
"It was worth it," I push a few tendrils of her hair behind her face.
Her face slightly turns pink, "Thanks," she mouths.
