In the living room of the Quinn house, Vanessa's father and mother were present.
After she entered the house, Vanessa glanced at Mr. Quinn with upset look and felt like she was on trial.
As soon as he saw Vanessa, Mr. Quinn slammed the table, and cursed, "Vile spawn!"
Vanessa already knew that she would receive a scolding from her father as he was the person who always kicked her when she was down. So, she was not affected by his foul mood.
Vanessa looked innocent. "From a genetic point of view, if I am a vile spawn and you are my father, wouldn't that make you an old devil?"
Mr. Quinn was furious. He raised his hand and slapped Vanessa hard in the face. "Bitch! What are you talking about!"
On the fair cheek of Vanessa, five bright red bars appeared. The corner of her mouth was also bleeding.
