For the third time, I repeated the same process successfully and managed to see what difference was me closing and opening those two doors of that gate was doing to me and my surroundings .
My mind felt never clearer, the blackness surrounding this mysterious space began to be devoured by the gate in front of me, each time the process was repeated, those gates will suck a big chunk of that smoke when it's being closed and with each time it was reopened that chunk would return as wisps of light that will sink in my surrounding but fail to make much impact .
This was the third time it happened already, the first time, my situation was so dire I couldn't manage to see this happening, the second time it appeared as a faint reaction and even the number of light wisps was fewer, seeing how many wisps there were this time around filled me with inexplicable hope for what kind of transformation this place will usher .
I managed to feel my connection to this mysterious space increase every time I repeat that process, everytime I appeared in this place before, I had to be completely focused and as much carful as possible as to not allow my emotions to be even a little bit stirred .
But now things were completely different, I can now leave and enter this place at will, I had already tried to play with this new feature a few times, it was quite a relief to no that I can leave this place even when that gate is still closed .
Unlike before when I had almost gotten stuck here with no ability to return back to reality, but the biggest discovery and feature that I made and gained was regarding the time dilation in this place .
It hadn't completely disappeared, but now I no longer need to worry about time running faster outside without me knowing, making the Demon invasion starting without me noticing due to being engrossed in training here less likely to happen .
Now the time dilation between this place and the real world outside was reduced by a quite a lot, a 10 minutes here was an hour outside, running a few calculations and tests in my mind, I was beginning to see the possibility that I might be able to remove the time dilation between the two places once I finish the first chapter completely .
But now, it was not time to think, it was time to work, with my conscious materializing in a body made of Mental Power, I was able to interact physically with that gate, this made the whole process a lot easier .
Soon the fourth time had been over with as well and sparks of light started to exist for a few more seconds before they will be swallowed by the darkness here, but this was an improvement no matter how I looked at it .
As I kept pushing forward towards the completion of the first chapter of this Mind Nourishing Method, the resistance that that gate started to show started to stack up and increase too .
But the 5th time was still okay to be over with without much trouble, then after I finished opening the two doors, what appeared in front of me was no longer could be considered as wisps or sparks, there were orbs of light and they didn't bring only light to the space I was in, but brought heat with them too .
Heat strong enough to start melting the darkness waves that were still trying to keep this place submerged in nothing but darkness, but this is no longer the case with the appearance of those orbs of light .
They acted as the last stronghold and the place they occupied in the space wasn't no longer allowed to fall back into the darkness, the darkness kept swarming them, but the light and heat will end up purifying the darkness here .
I was starting to imagine this place becoming completely a bright place soon enough, hoping to achieve that sooner than later, I wanted to go ahead and start the process for the 6th time, but something that I got accustomed to by now, needed my full attention first .
I once again stepped out of that mysterious space and noticed the droplets of water I had started to let them being poured as to tell how much time had passed, the time dilation was now barely noticeable .
The difference of time passing inside and here outside was now reduced to nothing but a few minutes, 10 minutes here were half an hour there, this confirmed my previous theory on as I get more and more closer to finishing that first chapter .
Time Dilation would be no more, since I came back to reality, I went to check on some few other things that also required my attention, one of those things was a letter from Devo, telling me that what I was doing was quite dangerous and even with being the son-in-law of the Demon Emperor, these kind of things won't go unpunished .
Especially if news about me taking a liking to a human girl, a heroine from another world were to be leaked to my to be spouse, he probably meant the princess, things could become quite ugly .
Then he continued to say that I should return her to him after I had my enough share of good time, his reasons was due to the fact that the Demon Emperor plan will be in motion after utmost a month, he even mentioned that the Demon Emperor already wanted to start breaking through the second Spatial Rupture in Troland .
But he delayed it for another month, I had appreciated the fact that he gave me the reason for why the Demon Emperor delayed it for another month, since it was related to the current state of the Doreen family .
The only last family that stood in the face of the Demon Emperor's wishes, that family situation was linked with whether will Lido's mother survive or their whole family will be wiped out, she should have already died, but the Soul Race had decided to interfere one last time to save her life force from being drained as quickly as before .
Through the gossips spread around by the servants, it was determined that she won't survive past this month, or at least that what they managed to calculate .
He was urging me to hand over the girl, because she would be crucial for the plan to work, if I didn't give her back to him, he threatened me with telling both my betrothed and her father the Demon Emperor about my actions and let him decide my punishment .
The same Demon Emperor who lusted after the Mind Nourishing Method which I might be the only person in the Dorell family capable enough to get it out for him, I found him punishing me more and more unlikely to happen, in fact I could be able to benefit from him reporting me to the Demon Emperor .
Till now, I believe that neither the Demon Emperor nor the so-called princess had any clue about what changes had befallen this city and the Dorell family .
My bet was on Devo being worried of the consequences that might come after reporting it, after all he would always be the only outsider if a conflict between demons arose, him reporting me was almost like handing out his throne to me .
So I'm confident that he hadn't report it and will most likely continue to do the exact same thing this time around, that what allowed me to be more at ease when dealing with him, he prioritize keeping his throne even more than his own life .
In the end of the letter, the pleas for hopefully me returning the girl were numerous, Sora was still recuperating, she hadn't even woken up yet, it seemed that Devo might have really did a unthinkable things to her, well even though now isn't the time .
But I will surely make him pay for everything he did, the human doctor who was responsible for healing her was a mole, he was sent under his disguise, his true nature was that of a chameleon, if I wasn't wrong, his ability to impersonate a human doctor was related to this .
This didn't mean that he was a bad doctor or anything, in fact he was one of the best doctors as per the testimony of Tay, so I let him treat her, but still asked Leven to keep an eye on him, the second he started to try and do something he shouldn't, Leven understood his task and acted as his shadow .
He literally sunk into his shadow and become ready for any suspicious movement, I was about to go back to my training, but I was stopped by the still hesitant Tay, she was hesitant on what to do in respond to King Devo, she had assigned herself the role of my secretary while I was engrossed in training .
" Let him do whatever he want, the girl stays .
Master, if it is because you had fallen for her, I too would like to offer myself if you wanted, but she had other uses as you know .

" I appreciate the offer, I really do, but again I would like for you to do what I told you to, I don't like you doubting every decision I make, as for the girl, worry not. I hadn't fallen for her or anything like that .

I very much that, this wasn't the first time she tried to seduce me nor will it be the last time she will doubt my choices, but as long she remain dutiful and hadn't chosen to create unnecessary troubles, I can allow her to be as much willful as she liked .
After finishing dealing with her, Dorax came with another urgent matter, Loger had left the house together with his father, for some reason that made Dorax quite anxious, but I told him that there was no need for him to be like that .
It surprised me a bit, Loger didn't seem to irrational person, a bit driven by emotions most of the times yes, but far from rash, but I had an idea on where he might be going .
If I'm not wrong, he would be in his way to leave the city and cross a great distance to reach her, the girl who he can't forget about, his was to be fiancee, the princess of the Demon race, this realization made me furrow my eyebrows for some time, but realizing that it didn't have much impact on my plans, I let it go and told Dorax to do the same .
Finishing everything that I need to deal with, I gave them a few instructions and directly went back to my room, planning to do everything that within my capability to increase my strength and by doing so, hopefully I will manage to increase the chances of my plan succeeding in the future .
After entering that mysterious space, I found that the 6 orbs of light still remained steady in their place, even though darkness still ruled the place, now there some constant brightness introduced into the scene .
The gate was open and the light it was showing become quite intense than before, making the whole scene looked magical, in fact if not for the fact that there were other more important matters to attend to and a few problems left unsolved together with the effects of time dilation still affecting me .
I would have no problem with staying here in this place to admire the scenery for a bit more, but sadly not to mention time dilation, there was tons of matters that needed my attendance, so for now let's wrap things up here and finish the first chapter of the Mind Nourishing Method .
After strengthening my resolve, I walked towards the towering gate and started to close the two doors of the gate, the resistance had gone up by a few notches, but after a little bit of struggle, the process was complete .
After a little bit more struggle and me being forced to use my Mental Energy to help with reopening of the two doors, I had successfully finished the whole process for the 6th time and was now going for the 7th time straight away .
After the 6th time was over, new 6 orbs of light joined the other orbs and for the first time, the darkness seemed to be finally beginning to get pushed back .
Not willing to waste my momentum, I had gone ahead and started to close the doors of the gate for the 7th time, then it was the turn of 8th time and even though it took me some time to finally finish the process, my Mental Energy still seemed to be bubbling with excitement on what might be happening next and what kind of transformation might this weird space started to embark once the 9th and final time required finish .
Touching those gates that now seemed a lot bigger than when I had first started this process, yet I had only realized how big they had become only now, standing in front of the opened doors, I embowered my Mental Energy incarceration and directly started to seal these doors again .
It took everything out of me to barely close these doors, I should have waited and went for some rest before I try to continue the process, but this thought merely appeared on my mind and then it was discarded .
The reason was quite simple, I wasn't willing to let things here stay like this anymore, my progress can't be halted just because the process had become insanely difficult, if anything that meant I will have just need to do it with nothing but my resolve and strong belief, these were the only things that I could continue to depend on currently .
Calming my irritated mind, I start unsealing the gate doors for the last time, my legs were crushed instantly and my body made of energy soon followed it, all that remained of me was my hands and strong desire to finally unseal this gate before me and let my strength usher in another great transformation .
After already sensing my senses completely becoming more and more dull and even with the light in the space become much apparent compared to before, my senses seemed to go back to how everything was at the start of this process .
The only difference was me already having refined my control over my Mental Energy, that was what this the first chapter of this method was all about, stop struggling fiercely all of a sudden, I extended my hand towards the gate and my Mental Energy materialized in a gigantic pair of hands and directly started punishing the gate doors .
This time I wasn't going to unseal that gate doors, I will completely demolish it, after seeing the bright light that was released out of the gate, I woke up from my slumber only to find out that I wasn't the only one who woke up .
