Kitazawa and Hagoromo stepped out from the portal. They arrived directly at the Fire Palace in the Capital of the Land of Fire.
It was already ten o'clock in the morning, which was still during normal working hours.
Although the duty of the Supreme Guards was to protect the Supreme, it was obvious that Kitazawa did not need their protection at all.
Combined with his various Space-Time Ninjutsu, he was usually elusive, appearing and disappearing without warning.
Because of this, the Supreme Guards rarely had the chance to perform actual guard duties.
Most of their time was spent either going out on missions or engaging in sparring and training with one another.
Kitazawa had even thoughtfully prepared a dedicated training ground for them.
Because their strength far surpassed that of ordinary Ninjas, a Four Red Yang Formation had been set up around the perimeter of the training ground.
The defensive capability of the Four Red Yang Formation was astonishing.
It was strong enough to withstand even the Tailed Beast Ball of the Ten-Tails. The members of the Supreme Guards were all Jinchuriki.
As long as Sasuke and Naruto did not engage in an all-out life-and-death battle, they could freely unleash their strength within the training ground protected by the Four Red Yang Formation.
"Kitazawa-sensei!" Naruto was the first to notice Kitazawa's arrival and immediately shouted while running over.
Sasuke had just turned around to greet him when his gaze suddenly froze.
His eyes landed on Hagoromo, especially on that pair of Rinnegan, which instantly filled him with confusion.
Not only Sasuke, but the others also quickly noticed Hagoromo standing beside Kitazawa.
Almost the same thought flashed through everyone's mind. Where did another Rinnegan wielder suddenly come from?
The Supreme Guards had a total of nine members.
However, only seven of them were currently present. That was because Kabuto and Ino were absent.
Kabuto had become the leader of the Fifth Ninja Division, while Ino had been appointed as one of the Hokage's secretaries.
"Sasuke, Naruto, come with me. The rest of you continue training," Kitazawa said as he waved his hand casually.
Although Kakashi, Karin, and the others were extremely curious about Hagoromo's identity, none of them asked any questions.
They simply nodded and turned around to continue their training.
"Kitazawa-sensei," Naruto asked impatiently, "Is there a mission?"
Sasuke also looked expectant when he heard that. Since the end of the Fourth Great Ninja War, most missions had become trivial tasks for them.
If it were a mission personally assigned by Kitazawa, however, then the difficulty would probably be very great.
Unfortunately, they were destined to be disappointed. With their current strength, it was truly difficult to find opponents who could challenge them.
Ōtsutsuki Kaguya would certainly qualify.
But for the sake of his system missions, Kitazawa obviously could not allow Sasuke and Naruto to deal with her.
That did not mean there would be no opportunities in the future.
When Ōtsutsuki Momoshiki, Ōtsutsuki Urashiki, and Ōtsutsuki Kinshiki eventually appeared, they would likely need to step in.
"I'm introducing a new teacher to you," Kitazawa said casually.
Sasuke and Naruto immediately looked toward Hagoromo.
"Have you heard of the Sage of Six Paths?" Kitazawa asked with a smile.
Both Sasuke and Naruto nodded instinctively. The legend of the Sage of Six Paths had been passed down for generations.
Among Ninjas, those who had never heard of him were actually in the minority.
"He is the Sage of Six Paths," Kitazawa continued calmly.
"Huh?" Sasuke and Naruto both showed identical expressions of shock.
"The Sage of Six Paths believes that your talent is quite good," Kitazawa said while glancing at Hagoromo. "So he plans to teach you for a week."
Hagoromo understood what Kitazawa meant.
Kitazawa was clearly asking him not to reveal the truth about Ashura and Indra to Sasuke and Naruto.
There were two reasons for this decision.
First, they were still quite young. Second, knowing that information was unnecessary.
Whether they knew or not would not affect their future strength. On the contrary, revealing it might only cause unnecessary confusion.
It would essentially be telling them that their power came not from talent or effort, but from a superior bloodline.
Although that statement contained some truth, it would also negate the effort they had invested in their training.
There was another reason as well. There was no need for Hagoromo to be directly connected to them.
After all, Sasuke and Naruto both had their own parents.
If a strange man suddenly appeared claiming to have a deep connection with them, it would undoubtedly be awkward.
Hagoromo thought about it for a moment and chose not to object.
Firstly, Kitazawa was extremely powerful, and he had no intention of offending him.
Secondly, Sasuke and Naruto could only be considered his half-descendants at best, not his true sons.
This was because they were the reincarnations of Ashura and Indra's Chakra, not the reincarnations of their souls.
His main reason for helping Sasuke and Naruto was simply to prepare them to face Ōtsutsuki Kaguya.
"What exactly can he teach us?" Sasuke asked curiously.
Although Hagoromo was the legendary Sage of Six Paths, Sasuke believed that Kitazawa had already taught him nearly everything.
"I can teach you how to awaken the Rinnegan," Hagoromo replied calmly.
Sasuke froze for a moment. Then doubt appeared in his eyes.
Because Kitazawa had previously told him that he could not awaken the Rinnegan yet, since his accumulation was still insufficient.
"Let's do it here," Kitazawa said as he stopped walking.
"I will first transfer a portion of Chakra to you," Hagoromo said directly. "Do not resist."
Sasuke and Naruto both glanced at Kitazawa. Only after seeing him nod did they finally relax.
Hagoromo raised both of his hands. Chakra mixed with Yin and Yang Power flowed from his palms.
The two streams of energy entered Sasuke and Naruto's bodies, respectively.
Sasuke and Naruto immediately froze in place. They could clearly feel a tremendous change taking place inside their bodies.
Kitazawa quietly observed everything from the side.
With his current strength, he could easily perform the same action as Hagoromo—infusing power into others.
However, there was no need for him to do so. After all, transferring power would weaken his own strength.
Besides that, Kitazawa possessed an even better method—Chakra Edible Creation.
Of course, if Hagoromo wanted to give power to Sasuke and Naruto, Kitazawa had no reason to refuse.
"Hahahahahaha!" Sasuke suddenly burst into wild laughter.
After receiving Hagoromo's Chakra, his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan instantly evolved into the Rinnegan.
An unprecedented surge of power flowed through his body, making it difficult for him to control his emotions.
Kitazawa came back to his senses and carefully observed Sasuke for a moment.
Sasuke did not awaken the Six-Tomoe Rinnegan like in the original story. Perhaps it was because he was still too young.
After all, he had only just turned thirteen years old.
However, judging from the original story, the difference between a Six-Tomoe Rinnegan and a normal Rinnegan was not particularly large.
Aside from the additional six tomoe, there were no obvious differences in abilities or ocular techniques.
Compared with Sasuke's dramatic transformation, Naruto seemed to have undergone almost no visible change.
The only noticeable difference was that the Chakra surrounding his body had become much denser and more powerful.
Kitazawa remembered that in the original story, Naruto awakened the so-called Sage of Six Paths Mode after receiving Hagoromo's Chakra.
Sage of Six Paths Mode was considered Naruto's strongest state. Its power surpassed both Sage Mode and Nine-Tails Mode.
However, whether the current Naruto could awaken it remained uncertain.
There were two reasons. First, Naruto had not yet learned Sage Mode.
Second, Sage of Six Paths Mode required not only Hagoromo's Chakra but also the Chakra of all nine Tailed Beasts.
Learning Sage Mode was possible. But gathering the Chakra of all nine Tailed Beasts was completely unrealistic.
Still, even with only Hagoromo's Chakra, Naruto's strength would undoubtedly increase greatly.
"You two should follow him and learn well during this week." Kitazawa casually handed Sasuke and Naruto over to Hagoromo.
Then his figure vanished instantly. In the next moment, he had already returned to the Hokage Office.
"Kitazawa-sensei." Hinata, who had been sitting quietly on the sofa, noticed him the moment he appeared and immediately stood up.
"Is something wrong?" Kitazawa asked, looking at her.
She had already become one of the Hokage's secretaries, so if she personally came to his office, it usually meant that she was either delivering documents or that something important had occurred.
"The Economic Department asked me to give this document to you." Hinata immediately pointed toward the document resting neatly on the Hokage's desk.
"Thanks for your hard work, Hinata," Kitazawa said as he reached out and gently pinched her cheek.
"It's no trouble." Hinata's lips curved slightly upward as she shook her head.
Strictly speaking, she should have left immediately after delivering the document. However, she had deliberately stayed behind, quietly waiting for Kitazawa to return.
Kitazawa stepped forward and picked up the document from the desk.
The contents of the document were very simple.
It was a report from the Economic Department, asking which industries within the Ninja World should be managed directly by them.
This was clearly a very important question.
Kitazawa's first thought was banking. The Ninja World already had banks.
In the original story, Jiraiya had once taken out a bankbook.
However, besides legitimate banks, there were also underground banks and underground black markets.
Especially the latter. Kitazawa had absolutely no intention of allowing such places to continue existing.
Aside from banks, there were many other industries as well.
For example, mining. The jewelry stores of Konoha required large amounts of gold and silver.
Naturally, those resources came from mines. But for the Land of Fire, the important minerals were far more than just gold and silver.
At the current level of technological development, many minerals are still unused. Even so, preparing in advance would not hurt.
"Hinata, wait a moment." Kitazawa picked up a pen and began writing on the document.
Under normal circumstances, it would be extremely difficult to remove these industries from private control.
However, this was the Ninja World, where strength was respected above all else.
As for the underground black market, Kitazawa had already decided how to deal with it.
He intended to hand that task over to Nagato.
Although Kitazawa did not know who the true leader behind the underground black market was, he knew that the black market sheltered a large number of wandering Ninjas and rogue Ninjas.
Once he attempted to abolish the underground black market, resistance would inevitably appear.
Nagato would then lead the First Ninja Division and conduct a comprehensive eradication of underground black markets throughout the Ninja World.
In truth, giving the task to Kakuzu would also have worked.
Kakuzu had spent a long time within the underground black market and understood it extremely well.
However, Kakuzu was already very busy as the head of the Economic Department.
Furthermore, since each of the five Ninja Forces already had its own leader, it would not be appropriate to randomly reassign responsibilities.
But if the mission were given to Nagato, he would definitely be willing to carry it out.
After all, Nagato had always been determined to eliminate factors that threatened the peace of the Ninja World.
"Alright, take this document back to the Economic Department." Kitazawa finished writing and gently patted Hinata's head.
"Goodbye, Kitazawa-sensei." Hinata took the document and turned around to leave the office.
The moment she left, Konan appeared quietly.
While Hinata had been present, Konan had felt it was inappropriate to show herself.
Just as she was about to walk up to Kitazawa and let him take advantage of her a little, a knock suddenly sounded at the door.
Konan sighed inwardly. She could only disappear once again.
"Kitazawa!" The door was pushed open.
Kurenai walked briskly into the office and approached Kitazawa.
When she stopped, her body trembled slightly from the momentum of her steps, and the fabric of her clothes showed gentle ripples.
Although her figure was not as exaggerated as Tsunade's, she possessed a unique and elegant charm of her own.
"You seem very happy today." Kitazawa reached out and pulled her closer. "Did something good happen?"
"I've finished the script for my next movie," Kurenai said with a radiant smile. "Guess what the story is about?"
"How could I possibly guess that?" Kitazawa replied.
He lightly slapped her fair thigh. "Tell me quickly, or else you'll face the consequences."
"What consequences?" Kurenai showed no fear toward his so-called threat.
Kitazawa raised an eyebrow. He suddenly lifted Kurenai up and placed her directly on the Hokage's desk.
"Wait!" Kurenai's expression changed slightly.
She hurriedly took out a document.
"This is the script!" She was afraid that if she delayed any longer, things might become too chaotic for her to even explain properly.
Kitazawa could not help but smile. He casually opened the document. When he saw the title, he paused briefly.
To be honest, he had not expected Kurenai to choose to film a story about the Fourth Great Ninja War.
"I feel like something about this is a bit strange," Kitazawa commented after reading through it.
"What's strange about it?" Kurenai leaned forward slightly while sitting on the desk and asked curiously.
"There's no need to film it so soon," Kitazawa explained. "After all, the Fourth Great Ninja War has only just ended."
"Is that so?" Kurenai suddenly looked conflicted.
"You can film it later," Kitazawa continued after a brief pause. "For the next movie, why not film the new Land of Fire?"
"The new Land of Fire?" Kurenai looked somewhat puzzled.
"The unification of the Ninja World has opened an entirely new era," Kitazawa said with a faint smile.
"Many people still don't fully understand what has happened. But you can show them through a film."
This movie was not simply for entertainment. It also carried a mission.
Making money was only secondary. After all, Kitazawa was no longer short on funds.
Hearing this explanation, Kurenai fell into deep thought.
"No rush. Take your time filming," Kitazawa added.
"When the time comes, have the other departments cooperate with you to build more cinemas throughout the Ninja World and expand the market."
The development of movies was closely tied to the economic prosperity of the Ninja World.
In the past, during the feudal era, and with the constant existence of Ninjas and wars, economic activities had never been highly valued.
But now the era had changed. The number of people willing to watch movies would naturally increase as well.
"That works!" Kurenai's eyes lit up with excitement.
"So, how do you plan to thank me?" Kitazawa asked. His hand gently rested on her soft, curved hips.
Kurenai glanced at him sideways. Then she lowered her head slightly and lightly licked his cheek.
Kitazawa immediately felt a small shock run through him.
Looking at Kurenai's hazy eyes and extremely seductive expression, he quickly leaned forward and pulled her into his arms.
Kurenai soon relaxed completely.
Not far away, Konan watched the scene silently. She was standing quietly behind a bookshelf.
After the Hokage Office had been moved to the Fire Palace in the Capital of the Land of Fire, the size of the room had expanded several times over.
Besides the Hokage's desk, several bookshelves and even a duty bed had been placed inside.
After Kitazawa sent Kurenai back home, he had barely returned before Konan stepped forward.
Without saying a word, she wrapped her arms around him from behind. Her red lips parted slightly as she kissed his cheek.
Kitazawa felt the softness behind him and paused for a moment before letting out a quiet breath.
He turned around and glared at Konan.
But Konan's beautiful eyes were filled with warmth and affection, completely ignoring his warning.
She clung to him like an octopus. Helpless, Kitazawa carried her behind the bookshelf.
Soon afterward, she paid the price for her provocation and gradually fell into a deep sleep.
Although to Konan, it might not have been a punishment at all. If anything, it was more like a reward.
