Just like in the original story, Ōtsutsuki Kaguya wore a white robe, had long white hair, and possessed two horns.

Normally, she rarely displayed emotional fluctuations, but her two sons were the exception.
She had never imagined that her own sons would betray her, side with humanity, and ultimately seal her away.

"It seems you're not as naive as I thought." Kitazawa chuckled lightly.
Kaguya ignored him and directly raised her hand. In an instant, all the lava surged toward Kitazawa like a tidal wave.

In the original story, she had dragged Uchiha Obito into this dimension and reduced him to ashes using All-Killing Ash Bones.

In the original story, if it had not been for the intervention of Six Paths – Chibaku Tensei, the Expansive Truth-Seeking Ball might have destroyed the entire Amenominaka space.
Without hesitation, Kitazawa activated Yomotsu Hirasaka.
He stepped into the Core Dimension. Immediately, he saw Ōtsutsuki Kaguya gathering her power.
A massive Truth-Seeking Ball was rapidly condensing in front of her.

Despite her shock, Kaguya refused to surrender. She immediately transformed into her Tailed Beast form, becoming a gigantic white rabbit monster.
The endless fists struck her body one after another.
Ōtsutsuki Kaguya screamed in agony.
The entire Core Dimension shook violently. The only sound remaining was the continuous rain of fists crashing down upon the enormous white rabbit.
After a long time, the commotion gradually subsided.
Kaguya lay on the ground. She had already been forced back into her human form.
Her clothes were torn apart. The exposed skin on her body was covered in blood and deep wounds.
The snow-white skin she once possessed was no longer visible.
Kitazawa slowly walked toward her. He glanced down at her body and noticed that she was rapidly regenerating.
This was the immortal body she had gained after consuming the God Tree Fruit. Under normal circumstances, such a being could only be sealed, not killed.
