Chapter 364 - Chapter 364: Kasha Goes Ballistic

Hearing this, Kasha from the other world looked Kratos up and down with great curiosity. She stared at this sunny, handsome son who stood three heads taller than her and felt somewhat at a loss.

Toward this strange son, she experienced a feeling that was both familiar and alien. It was familiar because she could sense a bond of kinship and a blood connection radiating from him, and the contours of his face somewhat resembled her own.

But it was alien because she had never given birth to him. She had no son. This was the son of her counterpart from another world.

"How did 'you' come to this world? And how did you get that cold-blooded tyrant to release me?" 40k Kasha sighed and asked.

"The title of tyrant is indeed fitting. In a certain sense, the Emperor truly is a tyrant," Axis said with a smile.

When Kasha first met him back then, she had also called the Emperor a tyrant. During the Heresy, if not for Horus turning to Chaos, Jaghatai Khan might have joined Horus to launch the rebellion and overthrow the Imperial rule.

Hearing this, Kratos sighed. Although he did not want to admit it, his grandfather, the Emperor, was indeed a tyrant. He was the greatest tyrant in history, the kind that no one could surpass.

The Emperor of his own world was slightly better. At least he would listen to his father's advice, his mother's advice, and even his own advice.

Compared to this grimdark Imperium, the condition of his world's Empire was much better. At least, fewer Primarchs had betrayed the Imperium.

In his world, Perturabo, Primarch of the Iron Warriors, and Magnus the Red, Primarch of the Thousand Sons, had never turned traitor.

"No wonder the other me fell for you. Our values align quite well," 40k Kasha said, glancing at Axis.

"But he is your father after all. Other me, now that he has released you, what do you plan to do?" Kasha asked.

40k Kasha looked at the group, then waved her hand at Kratos and embraced her son with a smile, even though he was from another world.

"What else could it be? Can't you guess his thoughts? Of course, he wants a grandson. Otherwise, why do you think he let me out?" 40k Kasha spoke bluntly without holding back.

There was no need for doubt.

Her father was a tyrant who never acted without profit in mind. If he released her, there had to be an objective, and the sole objective could be figured out with one's toes.

Kratos was speechless.

Was his performance on the battlefield earlier simply too dazzling? Did instant-killing all those daemons leave that deep of an impression on this world's grandfather?

"Don't be surprised. That is just the Old Man's personality. When I met your mother, she operated the same way," Axis said.

With a Saiyan personality, romance was basically nonexistent.

Saiyans did not care for such things. If Kasha had not actively approached Axis, he would likely still have been a bachelor.

"That is indeed Father's personality. I was released back then because I was to follow Axis, and because my psychic power allowed me to communicate with Father," Kasha said with a sigh.

Seeing the plight of her counterpart in this world, she could not help but feel some resentment toward the Emperor. Although she had indeed helped her mother commit a grave mistake back then, she had already made amends.

"Tell me, how is our mother in your world? I learned after being released that the mother of this world is dead, killed by a Chaos Space Marine named Erebus," 40k Kasha said.

"Our world's mother did not die. She was imprisoned by Father in the dungeons of Holy Terra, just like you were," Kasha replied.

If Kasha's mother, Erda, hadn't had her identity exposed by Kasha and been imprisoned back then, her final fate likely would have been the same as here: killed by that Chaos Space Marine, Erebus.

In their world, Erebus did not die during the Horus Heresy. However, Axis later ordered Kharn to hunt him down.

It took decades to slay the traitor on a remote planet. Axis hadn't even cared about such a minor character. Although Erebus had single-handedly facilitated the birth of the Heresy, in Axis's eyes, small fry were simply small fry.

He wasn't worth Axis's personal effort, or even his attention. Leaving Kharn to handle him was sufficient.

"So, how do you intend to deal with me now?" 40k Kasha looked at Axis and asked.

She was released this time because of the man standing before her. The Emperor wanted this man's bloodline.

The combination of the Emperor's bloodline and Axis's bloodline had produced Kratos, whose power far exceeded that of a Primarch. The Emperor simply coveted such terrifying combat potential too much.

Hearing this, Kasha's face went dark.

Letting Axis have a son with the version of herself from this world? What kind of joke was that? Wasn't that equivalent to cucking herself?

"Don't mind it, other me. Since I am you and you are me, let's keep the goodies within the family. Just lend me your man for a few days so I can complete the mission. Otherwise, I'm afraid I'll be thrown back into that dungeon," 40k Kasha said with a deadpan expression.

"Fuck you!"

"Yeah, that's what I'm asking for."

"No fu–Absolutely not. Not even with another world's version of myself. This is non-negotiable. Axis, let's go! We will talk to the Emperor personally about this. His conduct is truly too atrocious," Kasha declared.

If Axis spoke up, the Emperor of this world would definitely submit. Right now, the Emperor was the one begging Axis.

It was simply too despicable to use his own daughter as a bargaining chip.

"Mother! Please calm down," Kratos said.

"Calm down my foot! Someone wants to steal your father. Can't you see that?" Kasha snapped.

"I can see it."

From the moment this world's grandfather married a Living Saint to him, Kratos had sensed it. How could he not see it?

"So what now? How will you deal with me? Send me back? I might be imprisoned again," 40k Kasha said.

"Don't worry. You can stick with us for now. Axis has your back. You definitely won't be locked up again. I can promise you that," Kasha said.

If the Emperor dared to imprison this world's version of herself again, she would play the role of a 'filial daughter' once more and have Axis start a rebellion just to pull a certain corpse on the Golden Throne down and beat him up.

"I need Kratos's power very much. Currently, the Imperium has only one Primarch, and Guilliman is not a Primarch specialized in combat. The Imperium is besieged on all sides! You are here to help, but if you leave, those xenos, those disgusting races spying on humanity, will destroy our race." At that moment, the Emperor's voice rang in everyone's ears. Unbeknownst to them, the psychic will of the Old Man in Gold had descended upon the location.

Sensing the Emperor's arrival, the Living Saint Celestine immediately knelt on one knee to show her highest respect to the God-Emperor she served.

However, Axis and Kasha did not care about such formalities. It was fine initially, but finding out the local version of herself was released just for this specific mission made Kasha extremely unhappy.

"What is the meaning of this? I am the Emperor's daughter, not yours. We have done our utmost for the Imperium, yet you plot for my man," Kasha said furiously.

Anything else was negotiable. As long as conditions permitted, she would have Axis help the Imperium. But this specific matter was not as simple as merely offering assistance.

"I said Kratos's power is important. The reason he possesses his current strength and can maximize my psychic power is due to Axis's bloodline. Furthermore, Kratos's amplification transformation ability also stems from Axis's bloodline. I need it greatly," the Emperor insisted.

"No you fucking can't have it!!! At most, I will have Axis extract more gene-seed to form a golden legion in this world. There is no room for negotiation on anything else. Otherwise, I will have Axis pull you off the Golden Throne and beat you up. Try me if you don't believe it," Kasha threatened.

Standing aside, Axis gave his wife a thumbs-up and nodded to the Emperor, implying that if his wife gave the word, he would really do it.

Now it was the Old Man's turn to be speechless.

It wasn't that difficult. They just needed to cooperate a little. A few hours and it would be done.

40k Kasha looked on with schadenfreude as the Emperor ate humble pie. Seeing her bastard tyrant father suffer defeat was truly delightful.

"You don't need to engage in that kind of relationship. Just extracting some of your genetic material to create a test-tube baby is also acceptable," the Emperor proposed.

In any case, the combination of Axis's bloodline and his own had to be created. The power Kratos displayed was not much different from the Emperor's own power when he walked among men ten thousand years ago.

In fact, Kratos hadn't even erupted with his full power yet. He could feel that the child contained even greater power within him.

This power was crucial to the Imperium and to humanity.
