[POCKET DIMENSION #3]
(SCENE)
James still finds himself in the pocket dimension he was trapped in; however, he seems to have found a way out of the dimension.
James used his overkill skill and gluttony to try to absorb the pocket dimension. It wasn't as fast as he expected, and due to mana constraints, he could unleash greater power. Still, then he realised he had an ungodly amount of mana dense 'residue' at his disposal to use as he pleased.
James takes out the 'residue' he has within his gluttony skill storage space and uses it as fuel for his mana, so he can absorb more of the pocket dimension space around him.
(SCENE)
After taking out a large amount of 'residue' to use as fuel for his mana, James proceeded to absorb the residue using his 8-leaf clover heart.
{Minutes Later}
James finished absorbing most of the 'residue' he took out, and 100x-ed his mana capacity.
James gets back to using the overkill magic skill Ein taught him and gluttony in the attempt to escape the pocket dimension.
As James activates his skills, the pocket dimension immediately shows signs of falling apart. Within minutes of James skills bbbeing activatedover 30% of the pocket dimension had been absorbed by James, and a problem had occurred along the way.
~{DIALOGUE}~
James Belfork: "Doesn't it seem like the pocket dimension is repairing itself as I'm absorbing it, Ein?" *Concerned*
Ein Felheart: "It does, but I don't think you need to worry about that kid."
James Belfork: "And why's that?"
Ein Felheart: "Do I really gotta spell it out for you? If the pocket dimension is repairing itself as your absorbing it, it means the person who put us in here is probably losing a lot of mana keeping the pocket dimension open. Because of this, they're likely using up lots of potions trying to keep up with the pace in which your absorbing the dimension, and by the time your done, if they don't just let us out, they'll probably be left with little to no mana and faint or die, depending on their skill."
James Belfork: "Why are you explaining so much in just one sentence?"
James Belfork: "Anyway, I see what you mean by that. So as long as I keep absorbing the pocket dimension, there's nothing to worry about."
Ein Felheart: "Now you get it, kid."
(SCENE)
James continues to absorb the pocket dimension as the minutes pass by, and eventually, it stops repairing itself.
James is ecstatic when the pocket dimension stops repairing itself, as it means that he is closer to getting out and confronting the weakened version of the person who put him there.
James kept absorbing the pocket dimension for over an hour straight before it was near the end of its existence.
As James took the final step to finishing off absorbing the pocket dimension, suddenly a large flux of mana went straight through to the dimension. James was able to absorb it, too, and eventually he managed to break out of the pocket dimension.
(SCENE)
James breaks and exits the pocket dimension; the people he sees after getting out of the dimension are those he didn't expect.
James quickly scopes around his close area, and finds that he's no longer in the dungeon he went to farm at, along with seeing someone that quite out of place for the group they're in.
James takes on an attack stance as he is yet to be noticed after escaping the pocket dimension.
James looks down and sees the person who had trapped him in the pocket dimension. To his surprise, it was none other than Anya Aswood.
James looks at her with surprise for a split second, her comrades catch on to the fact that theirs someones presence near Anya, and all look at James from where they had been before.
Amongst the group, there had been someone James had longed to kill for a great many months.
