[THE DUNGEON]
(SCENE)
James and Bilard stop talking and begin to take on their attack stances. James doesn't use his sword, just puts it by his side, and puts up his fists.
Bilard laughs slightly and says he'll entertain James for the time being and only use his fists well.
Bilard puts his hands up and tells the others with him not to disturb them and to attend to Anya.
Bilard attacks first, however, in James' eyes, his as slow as can be; however,r in an attempt to trick Bilard, James asks as if his attacks are fast, and allows himself to barely get hit.
Bilard starts laughing and says it's to be expected that he'd improve a little if he managed to escape the run; however, he said it wasn't good enough, and continues to fight James hand-to-hand.
James starts blocking his attacks and acts as if it is draining his stamina. Bilard starts to grin slightly and dodges James's suppressed attacks until James eventually grazes him with an attack, and then begins to taunt Bilard, asking how he got so bad at fighting and whether he has already entered his regression, as James said his attacks felt like babies' punches.
Bilard falls for the taunt and begins to attack in a more barbaric manner with a simpler attack pattern.
James and Bilard fight for a time, until Bilard starts tp breath heavy for a bit. After Bilard notices his stamina's taking a hit, he stops for a second, and tells James that it seems as if he's worthy of going all out, as he could last for so long.
Bilard starts using magic and condenses it into his fists to make his punches pack more of a punch. James thinks nothing of it and calls him weak. Bilard doesn't take it lightly and starts spouting nonsense about him not wanting to kill James so early, and manages to get a bit of distance between him and James, before taking out what he uses as a weapon, and further increasing his power.
Bilard uses gauntlets and throws a punch at James. James barely evades the attack, and Bilard takes a step back and changes his fighting stance.
Bilard goes forward again and tries to attack James, but misses and destroys a wall instead.
(SCENE)
James asks if that's all he's got, and Bilard says it's just getting started.
James entertains Bilard for a moment longer before getting bored and finally starts using his sword.
Bilard scoffs and says that even with a fancy sword, he'd never be able to beat him; however, James doesn't show the slightest bit of concern and actually begins to laugh.
Bilard is surprised that James started laughing and asked what he had up his sleeve.
James didn't say anything and went forward to attack Bilard head on, suppresing less of his power.
Bilard blocks the attack; however, he gets pushed back by James, and realizes that his gauntlets started to crack, and thinks of how he was gonna get rid of the sword, so he could find an opening to kill James.
James and Billiard exchange blows for a while, until, eventually, Billiard's gauntlets end up breaking.
Bilard gets anxious for a second, but tells James that their battle isn't over yet.
Bilard takes a pill out of the pouch that was on his person, and eats it. A second later, he begins to transform into a demon, and James is slightly alarmed by this, but he doesn't back down.
(SCENE)
James grins a little and shows Bilard his full power, and his aura suppresses Bilard's movements.
Bilard gets scared shitless and asks who the real demon is between him and James.
James starts slowly walking towards Bilard while dragging his sword on the floor, before eventually getting to the point where his standing right in front of him.
When James gets to Bilard, he raises his sword, and Bilard's heart drops. James moves his sword down and cuts Bilard's arm off. Bilard screams and asks for mercy from James.
James tells Bilard that he'll consider it if he tells him where all the others were.
Bilard quickly lists possible locations that the others could be and bows his head at James.
James says that it's no surprise he got betrayed if he was so easy to tell him the location of his so-called friends, just cause James was slightly stronger than him.
Bilard says it's only natural to want to survive and asks James if he'll keep his end of the deal and let him go.
James tells Bilard that he only said he'd consider it and cuts Bilard's other arm off. Biliard's eyes begin to water, but he bites his tongue so he doesn't start to cry.
James starts smiling once more and begins torturing Bilard to death, then uses one of his abilities to take his soul and turn him into a ghost, so he could suffer longer as one of his minions.
