- Hey, a bunch of monsters have appeared, a royal guard screamed to another royal guard. Kamijo looked towards the guards then he started running. Aldric came out of the arena and ran up to the guards asking "How many have appeared?"
- Sir Aldric… About a hundred we think, one of the royal guards answered. Nari started walking up to them.
- Where did they come from? asked Aldric.
- We don't know, the other guard answered. When Nari came up to them she asked "What happened?" Aldric looked down on Nari and answered "Apparently over a hundred monsters have appeared."
- Okay let us help, said Nari.
- I'm sure you would be helpful but…, he said before something tore down one of the houses around the arena. It was a big humanoid creature with brown skin and red stripes over its whole body. It has long silver hair and completely brown eyes. It was as big as a one story house. It had a brown stone in the middle of its chest. It roared at us and lifted up its arms. A lot of stone spikes appeared in the air and when the beast threw down its arms the stone spikes flew towards us. I jumped in front of Aldric and blocked them with Magic Breaker. Nari avoided them too but the two royal guards did not.
- Lightning Storm, said Nari and lightning came up from her hand into the air and made a black cloud. It moved over the humanoid creature and shot down a ton of lightning bolts onto the creature. It didn't seem like the lightning bolts did much damage on the beast. It ran up to Nari with surprising speed and tried to punch Nari.
- Lightning Shock, Nari said and shot a huge lightning bolt towards the beast hoping that it would push back and damage the beast but it seemed like the lightning didn't affect it so she needed to jump away.
- Come on, she said, disappointed. "Hey Aldric, can you distract it for me?"
- Yeah sure, said Aldric. The beast looked at Nari and started walking towards her.
- Lightning Tornado, Aldric said and shot a tornado made of lightning at the beast. The tornado didn't do any damage but it did get the monster's attention. The beast looked at Aldric and started coming after him.
- Guardian Angel of thunder let me borrow your strength and form it into a Bird. Let the strength of your lightning be mine. THUNDERBIRD! Nari said and shot a lightning bolt in the form of a giant bird. The monster turned around and tried to block the lightning bird and it was able to for a few seconds but the lightning bird was able to overpower the monster and cut off its left arm. The beast screamed out in pain.
- Good, that actually did some damage, Nari said.
- Guardian Angel of thunder le, she said before another woman's voice interrupted her "Stop with that. You're just torturing her." The other woman's voice was soft. The woman stood in front of Nari facing the beast. The woman had long golden blond hair and blue eyes. She had black clothes with gold stripes on the sides. It was the same girl from the burning house. Something that I noticed this time is that she had longer ears than a normal human. She was an elf. The monster tried to punch her with its remaining arm but she just jumped up into the air and a black sword appeared from nowhere into her hands. As she fell down she looked down on the creature saying "Your pain ends here."
- Holy Purifying Sword, the woman said and her sword was inflamed by a white fire and when she hit the monster a bright white light encased it. When the light went away there was no longer a monster there. Instead it was a small girl that couldn't be older than 7. What happened to that girl to make her into that creature, I thought. The girl had long silver hair and red eyes. The woman stretched out her hand towards the girl and her suit extended, covering up the little girl's body.
- Lightning Sword, said Aldric and made a sword out of lightning and pointed it towards the woman asking "Who are you." She looked at him and answered with her soft voice "I am Alpha, the vice leader of Garden of Shadows and the first member of The Five Shadows."
- Garden Of Shadows? What is that? asked Aldric.
- You do not need to know that right now. The only thing you need to know is that we are here to help, Alpha answered.
- What do you mean? he asked but Alpha disappeared before she could answer. We heard a bang from the Big Ben and when we looked towards it we saw smoke from it. Aldric told all except me and Nari to go to a safe place.
When we got to the Big Ben we heard another creature roaring and saw Kamijo fighting three of the creatures. One of them had green skin with blonde hair, another had white skin with black hair and the third had light blue skin with brown hair. Kamijo held a sword made of fire. He cut down all of the creatures in one swing. The creatures started burning and when they stopped burning they were back to normal humans.
- Area Heal, he said and healed them. While he was doing that another one of the creatures appeared and tried to attack him but before the creature got to him Elfortistus appeared and cut the stone the creature had in its chest.
- The stone in their chest is their weakness, Elfortistus said after the creature had become human again. We walked up to them and Aldric asked "Who are you?"
- I'm Elfortistus, Elfortistus answered.
- So you're the weird elf girl Aeldra mentioned before, said Aldric.
- What are does creatures? Nari asked.
- No idea, they don't exist in any of the books in the elf village and I have never seen something that even resembles them either, Elfortistus replied. Kamijo looked down on one of the stones that were in the creature's chest. He bent down and picked up one of the stones. He looked up at Elfotistus and asked "Isn't this a Demonic Mana Stone?" He gave it to Elfortistus and after looking closely at it she answered "Yes it is."
- What is a Demonic Mana Stone? I asked.
- It is a type of mana stone that can corrupt anything it is in. It is often used by demons or their helpers to corrupt animals, answered Nari.
- Correct, but these were absolutely not just corrupted humans. Corrupted animals usually don't change physically that much, said Elfortistus.
- So are there other uses for Demonic Mana Stones? I asked.
- Yeah, artificial angels, Kamijo answered. Me, Nari and Aldric froze when he said artificial angels. Under the 400 000 years that humans have been on this planet there have been four Artificial angels and each one of them could have eradicated the whole world and this was during a time where the human magicians were a lot stronger than what they are today. The only reason they were not able to is because one of the creators' family members have come down to earth to stop them.
- So you think these were artificial angels? asked Aldric, scared.
- Ha! If they were artificial angels we would be dead, Kamijo answered.
- So what are they? asked Nari.
- Failed artificial angels, Kamijo answered.
- Is that even possible? Elfortistus questioned.
- If it's humans it's absolutely is possible, answered Kamijo. He looked at Nari and asked "So where did they take you when you got kidnapped?"
- The sewers. Kamijo nodded and put his hand on the ground.
- Fire Tornado, said Kamijo and made a hole in the ground. He got up and said "You three go down and stop whoever is doing this meanwhile me and Elfortistus try to take down as many of the failed artificial angels" whilst pointing at me, Aldric and Nari.
- Yeah sure, Aldric said and then we jumped down.
We ran around in the sewers for about half an hour before we got to a giant room. The room had a lot of bloodstains and there were four tunnels connected to the room. On the other side of the room stood a man. When he noticed that we were here he turned around. He had a monocle with red lenses and gold frames, no hair and green eyes. His body had multiple burn marks. It was the man that Alpha fought at the burning house.
- Oh? What are you doing here? he asked.
- Hell Storm, the man said and the ground below us started breaking down and then it shot up a bunch of fire but we managed to jump away. Nari and Aldric ran towards different ways.
- Multi Lightning, said both Nari and Aldric and shot multiple lightning bolts towards the man.
- Lava Shield, he said and a lot of lava shielded him from the lightning bolts.
- Lightning Shock, Nari said and shot a big lightning bolt towards him.
- Flamethrower, said the man and shot a lot of fire towards Nari. Their magic hit in the middle and the fire was able to overpower the lightning. I ran up to her and stopped the fire with Magic Breaker.
- Kenji, protect me, Nari said.
- Yeah sure, I replied.
- Lightning Sword, Aldric said and took out a sword made of lightning. He started running towards the man.
- Fire Spin, the man said and fire formed around Aldric that went up into the ceiling.
- Fire Arrows, said the man and shot multiple arrows made of fire towards me and Nari but I blocked most of the arrows with Magic Breaker.
- Air Tornado, said someone behind us. I was still blocking fire arrows. The tornado hit Nari in the back and pushed her into me. We fell down on the floor.
- Hell Storm, said the first person and the ground under Aldric broke down and shot up a bunch of fire. Aldric flew to us.
- Good job Accelerator, the first man said. Accelerator is working with them? I thought. While Accelerator was walking up to us he asked "So what do you want me to do with them Brent?"
- Just make them go unconscious. We got use for them, said the man who was called Brent. Before Accelerator got up to us, someone stood between us. Accelerator looked confused and irritated. It was Alpha who stood between us. She looked down at us and asked "You okay?"
- Air Tornado, said Accelerator. Before Accelerator shot the tornado towards us Alpha said "Let me take care of this." She ran up to Accelerator and took Accelerator's right arm, the arm he was making the tornado and threw him down on the ground. Brent looked angry and asked "You again?"
- Flamethrower, said Brent and shot a bunch of fire towards Alpha but she jumped over it and a sword appeared in her right hand from nowhere. When she landed she was behind Brent and had her sword at his neck.
- Now it's time for…, she said before something punched her into the wall. It was a failed artificial angel. The failed artificial angel had brown skin, blonde hair and completely brown eyes. It didn't have a right arm, instead there was a blade there. The failed artificial angel roared at Alpha and started running towards her with surprising speed.
- Holy Purifying Sword, Alpha said and her sword was inflamed by a white flame. She tried to cut the failed artificial angel but it avoided the blade and hit her hard with her right arm. Alpha was barely able to block it. The failed artificial angel took Alpha's leg and threw her into another wall. She hit the wall hard enough to break the wall. We heard footsteps from the tunnel to the left of the tunnel we came from. It was a man. He was wearing black pants, shirt, boots and an overcoat with a turn-down collar. He had gold and purple trim adorn his dark jacket, shirt, pants and high boots. He had a long hood and mask that covered his face. The mask was white with grey details and on the cheeks it had search symbols.
