Chapter 29 - Capítulo 29

I watched as Number 5 examined the prisoner's memories alongside everyone else in the bar, at Peodmeru's request, since they would serve as guinea pigs.

Once my tool had finished its work, the Sannin appeared, ready and somehow without the drawings I had made on him.

"Let me guess, did you remove pieces of your face?" I asked him when I saw him.

"Kukuku, it's a good thing they weren't seals, or it would have been more painful to remove them," he replied. "I see your watch is over. Are we not moving now?"

"No, we made quite a commotion in that village, you know what that means," he explained to Orochimaru, who simply nodded.

At that moment, Number 5 took a scroll and began writing down the most important information about the Suna ninja in the form of a report to pass to me.

I took it and read it.

"What did he say?" Pedumaru asked.

"That it's very likely a user of the scorch element or another one will come, but that I control iron," I imagined the latter was the future Third Kazekage. "Since there aren't many ninjas with lineages in Suna, they know each other and are friends; upon learning of this guy's disappearance, one or both of them might come to the area."

If I recall correctly, if he comes from the Sand Village, he'll come in that direction.

I stood up and left.

"Well, it's more than enough that the Root ninja keep an eye on this place." I spoke to the Sannin.

"Understood, let's move on to the next step, kukuku," Pedomeru commented.

"Can you go halfway without laughing like a sicko?" I said, annoyed, and quickly left the area.

...

While I was making the rat seal, I used all my concentration to locate the support personnel who would surely come to see what had happened to the people from the missing bar.

"Here they come," I commented, getting up from the floor and dusting myself off.

"Are you sure about this? If it pleases you, I can make the containment barrier to lighten your load," Pedomaru suggested.

"You think I'm an idiot? I would never in my life teach you any Uzumaki barrier technique or anything like that, but maybe if you give me 500 billion ryo, I'll give you half. You're smart; you should be able to decipher the rest," I replied mockingly.

He just looked at me and shook his head; he probably thought that he might get his hands on those scrolls another time.

I was serious about selling half of one; right now my empire is expanding, and I need capital for it. The 500 billion ryo would have been helpful.

While Orochimaru left to do his part of the job, I started mine.

It was a squad of five men, so it shouldn't be too difficult to capture them.

Using the Body Flicker Technique, I reached the location where they should pass, set the trap, ignoring Pedumaru who was hiding, and created five wood clones, each of whom, including myself, transformed into different small desert animals.

As a clone, I had little chakra, so they shouldn't have to put much effort into hiding. The problem was me. So I had placed a seal on myself that accumulated any chakra leakage for a few minutes.

They passed the time like this until I sensed the five Suna ninjas approaching.

I waited, since this trap was only meant to be used once, and if it failed, they would have to escape. And right now, we were in a disadvantageous position to fight five potential jōnin, even if they were from Suna. Not to mention that one of them might escape.

I saw them almost reach the trap; the moment I saw someone step where they should have been, my two clones transformed back, remaining parallel to each other and facing the Suna ninjas.

Grabbing the chakra-conducting wire, they both pulled simultaneously, trapping the five enemy ninjas on the wire since they were close together.

Without wasting a moment, they both used lightning chakra to electrocute the ninjas; it was known this wouldn't be enough, as it was only meant to stun them.

At that moment, I transformed and, performing the hand seals, executed the technique.

"Wood Release: Four Pillars Prison Technique," I declared, trapping the five Suna ninjas.

At that moment, the rest of the clones transformed back. The six of us ran, performing the hand seals, and touched the wooden prison.

"Absolute Seal Formation," I declared alongside my clones, creating a blue barrier inside the prison.

"Wood Release, you must be Konoha ninjas," I announced to one of the ninjas emerging from the stun; it's worth mentioning that we weren't wearing our headbands.

"But was Wood Release a lost bloodline that only the First Hokage possessed?" another asked, still on the ground.

I glanced around at the guys, only to notice one in particular. Bingo. The guy in front of me was the scorch element user I'd been waiting for.

He looked at me and clicked his tongue.

"What's going on?" one of them asked.

"This barrier is slowly draining our chakra," the lineage ninja declared.

He performed hand seals, creating a fireball that slammed into the barrier; it was unharmed, and the wood withstood the attack.

"Bad luck, I'm using the chakra I'm stealing to strengthen and repair the wood," I said with a grin.

"I see, you're the current leader of the Senju clan; I didn't know you had a new heir to the First Hokage's lineage. I'll have to tell the higher-ups," he said, beginning another jutsu that I imagine will be even more powerful than the last.

At that moment, Orochimaru appeared amidst the five ninjas, emerging from a rattlesnake that had been hidden in the middle of the scene.

"You wouldn't be so sure," Pedumaru announced, severing the bloodline ninja's arm.

"What?" some of them exclaimed, surprised by the Sannin's sudden intrusion.

I simply watched the massacre unfold from outside the wooden prison, waiting for Pedumaru to finish his part.

I took the opportunity to count the clouds in the sky, which surprised me, as I had expected zero.

"I'm ready," Orochimaru said, with the five ninjas lying on the ground, subdued but not dead.

I quickly broke through the barrier and opened the wooden prison so the new guinea pigs could be released.

I went to the bloodline limit user and closed it to prevent him from bleeding to death.

Likewise, I watched as Pedomaru removed the talisman from his forehead, the one that protected him from the barrier.

"Well, while I'm looking at those guys, take the opportunity to tie them up and bring them to the others."

"Why do I have to do that?" he asked listlessly.

"Because I did the most important part, and if you don't do it, I'll leave you to your own devices for the next kidnapping. Let's see if you can manage to do everything without getting caught," I told him.

"I can do it without getting caught," he replied.

"Without causing chaos in the town or village we're in," I explained the crucial condition. He remained silent.

Doing this kind of thing in complete silence is very complicated, especially when we're looking for specific people. If it were just anyone we couldn't find, it would be easy, but that's not the case here.

...

After leaving the guys at a secret base that contained the leaf she abandoned, where the Root Anbu were waiting, we went to the Land of Earth.

It was a bit more complicated to find there, but we finally located an Explosive Element user. I transformed into a charming woman, seduced her, and once we were in the room, I paralyzed him with several needles I had. It was easy, since the guy wasn't in his right mind due to the alcohol.

However, the guy's disappearance caused chaos, which led to the country going on high alert, preventing the capture of any Lava Element users.

But since there were also Lava Element users in Kiri, we decided to leave.

Once we left, we went to Kumo, the place you were expecting to go.

Since I had done most of the work, I told Pedomaru to look for the Storm Element user.

He complained for a while, but after a few threats, he reluctantly went along with it.

That gave me time to go and find the stragglers from the old Chinoiken clan.

To achieve that, I went to the Lightning Capital to gather information. With the help of 4 and 5, it was easy, since one could get inside people's minds and the other was an expert in infiltration and information gathering.

So I went to where they had been last time.

When I reached Hell Valley, I sensed a large presence there.

About 50 people in total.

I knew how dangerous their dōjutsu was, so I had to be careful.

Besides, I was the one they were facing, not to mention that being alone among the clan and fighting something like me wouldn't be easy.

As soon as I entered the place, I felt the intense hostility directed at me.

Three guys quickly appeared in front of me, spouting threats and nonsense.

I didn't have much patience, and I was short on time, so using the Wood Dragon technique, I defeated the three of them and the others who came.

I just kept my distance and let the long-nosed dragon do its work. Since it was a construct of chakra and nature, it possessed neither iron nor blood, so the dōjutsu was useless.

In the end, I defeated 23 guys in total; the other clan members were children, women who weren't capable of fighting, or elderly people.

With that, I met with the current clan leader, a 68-year-old man.

(Note: Sorry if this is all so fast, but I want to finish this part quickly; I hope you understand.)

Once I introduced myself, the hostility lessened a bit, since they remembered that my clan was an enemy of the people who sent them to this place.

I explained the current situation and why I had come, making sure to tell them that the entire ninja world believes they are dead, so they can leave this place without any problem, and nothing will happen to them.

I would give them asylum in my territory as a subordinate clan of mine, in exchange for them working for me on whatever jobs I requested, whether it be as bodyguards, guards, or doing regular ninja work.

At first they hesitated, but they only had to see how they lived, the deplorable conditions they were in, and the pressure they exerted on each other, which was causing them to kill one another, for them to accept.

The fact that he had defeated them with a simple jutsu also made it easier for the clan's fighters to accept, hoping to become stronger in the future.

Thus, the Chinoike clan became subordinate to the Senju clan.

When I returned with my new subordinates, Orochimaru was already there with the Storm Release user.

Pedomaru tried to get some of my new subordinates for experiments, but one of them showed him how dangerous it was. If they fought with their entire clan alongside me, he would lose 100%, so this time he backed down, seeing that he had everything to lose.

So I asked Five to take the clan members to a specific place in the Land of Fire where they would be safe until I returned.

We went to the last village where we would search for the bloodline user, which was Kirigakure.

Once we arrived in the Land of Water, I had an overwhelming urge to steal the swords of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, a group that had recently formed with its first generation.

But perhaps that would be for next time, during the Third Shinobi World War.

In the end, we decided that each of us would capture one.

I went for the ice user, while the Sannin went for the lava user.

I quickly identified a member of the Yuki clan.

Since I was in a secluded place, I confronted him, but sadly I did not possess the lineage, so I transformed into him and infiltrated the clan.

Thanks to extracting information from his brain, I was able to infiltrate the clan perfectly without them noticing.

With that, I went to the clan's training grounds and waited for a bloodline user to be alone.

I waited, and when I saw a woman practicing the ice element, I didn't hesitate.

I approached her, and with a powerful blow to the neck, I knocked her out and quickly left the area.

Since no one was around, it took them a while to realize I was gone.

What they did notice was the chaos that suddenly erupted in the Village Hidden in the Water. That helped me escape more easily.

Once I arrived, I also saw Orochimaru with a member of the Temuri clan, if I wasn't mistaken.

It turns out the infiltration was going smoothly until he attacked the bloodline user. Pedomaru had forgotten to check if anyone was coming, which led to his discovery.

I can only be grateful they didn't realize who I was.

Now that all our experiments are ready, we can return to the village and prepare the experiments for recreating the different elemental bloodline limits of the ninja world.
