"Hey Dazai! Itsuho!" Hearing a voice that suddenly came from the entrance Itsuho didn't surprised as she felt his approach along with another three.
"Aah! You are late Kunikida-kun I already caught the tiger" Hearing Dazai saying that Itsuho raised an eyebrow. "Well... my bad Itsuho-chan caught it"
He step aside to reveal Itsuho who is sitting on the floor as the boy sleeping on her lap as Kunikida dash to them. "!...This brat" he surprised as he pointed at the boy.
"Don't get surprised that much Kunikida" she nonchalantly pat Atsushi's head who is still sleeping. "He doesn't have memories of transforming. Anyway I have something to ask"
He scratched back of his head as Itsuho explained Atsushi's situation. Then turn to Dazai for a moment "Geez next time explain it beforehand properly" he showed the small piece of paper.
"I have decided!!" She suddenly said startling both of them as the foot steps outside also paused. "I am going to adopt him a little brother"
"Haaa!!!!!" Kunikida gasped as he shouted as Dazai froze for a moment before chuckling.
"Itsuho-chan it seems you have forgotten something" He crossed his hands on chest.
"Hey Itsuho you aren't from this world . So how are you doing the adoption process when you don't have any official paperwork to prove your identity here?"
Kunikida look at her as he pointed the most of her basic problems she have since she is here now. "Beside you are in our supervision so..." She cut off him.
"If I really want to harm people because I am....not from this world, then you never even have a chance against me Kunikida...kun" she smirked playfully.
"You!!...." Dazai cut him off with a smirk. "Kunikida-kun that's really true Itsuho-chan who single handedly took down the tiger." That enough to make blonde man's eyes wide as gasps came from outside.
"Wow!!" Another voice add in to her dark background. The way how childish the voice sound, she guess it was belong to a teenage boy.
she turn her head to the direction of those spectors and gave them a smile before turning her head to Dazai and Kunikida.
"Anyway since Dazai saying that he would help me to find a job" her tone became mischievous. "That's mean you help me with getting official documents right too?" She held her chin by her slender fingers as he 'looked' at Dazai.
"Ho ho ho Dazai!! Kunikida it seems you really found an interesting person" She felt another gaze on her who seems to have a sharp edge for a moment before disappearing. It was totally different from Dazai's who held an unknown intention in his gaze. Compared to that one, this gaze was purely analytical.
"So you are the detective here" Itsuho smiled as she encountered something very interesting enough to look twice.
"So you all pocess special abilities....and detective, so yours related to deduction?"
she sensed he is putting something on eyes as she assumed it is a pair of glasses as she gave her direct focus to the person who speaking now as she stood up and put the Atsushi in a comfortable position as she put the boy against a box.
"My special abilities is Ultra deduction. The most useful ability in this world and let me correct your words I am not a detective, I am the best detective in this world!" she felt the other person grinning as well as how others showing respect to him.
"I see.... so what is your deductions genius detective" she crossed her hands on chest neither rudely nor impolitely as she 'look' at him.
There was a silence for a moment as she fell the same gaze from the detective fell upon her. "My condolences....for your loses and.....your sacrifice"
That's enough for her to get stiffened as she was get stabbed by someone from behind as her empty eyes opened for a moment.
Then after a few seconds a chuckle escape from her lips as she smiled while others gasped, trying to digest what he said.
"Sacrifice? Losses?" Kunikida muttered as he looked at her throughly like he is trying to see what is going on the inside of her head.
While Dazai said nothing but his smirk is enough as an evidence to say that he is interested in knowing her.
"You really are the genius detective"
Before she say anything his voice continued. "You are so stupid!"
"Huh?!" She raised an eyebrow at the unexpected insult.
"Killing yourself? Just because you can revive in your world or do whatever crazy in your mind? Are you sure that will work when you are in a different world?" Itsuho became speechless for a moment as she just stood there.
"Well so she is almost an ideal partner for me?" Dazai look at her with interest. "Pity that she didn't like it"
"Dazai... will you shut up for a moment?" Kunikida hissed.
"Seriously!" A female voice came out from the background as the voice keep speaking. "Although I never heard of any reviving methods but those things only make the lives are more invaluable." The woman sighed. "Wouldn't being alive giving way more better options?"
"Indeed, what Akiko saying is correct." The detective paused for a moment. "Your brother didn't sacrifice his life so you can just die or play with your life Itsuho Uchiha"
Itsuho's eyes widened as her emptied eye sockets were opened like two black holes in there.
"You!" Itsuho speechlessly turn her head as she 'stare' at him as she trying to sense everything about him.
"See.. I know everything" she can feel that his grin widened.
"Then what? stuck in this world and let those bustards who are the true culprits that massacred my family to be living freely?!"
For the first time she revealed a definite information about herself as others gasped.
"Massacred?" Kunikida and other two with detective gasped as they look at her again as the only one who remained indifferent is Dazai.
Itsuho paid no heed as her focus became more centered. "I am not saying that you shouldn't. Since you are very clever who know you will find a way to get contact with your world"
The detective took off the glasses as Itsuho's expression became normal and more unreadable.
"Why are you even convincing me not to die? To you guys isn't that a good thing? An outsider to this world with many unknown factors? And I could be a problem to whatever balance you detectives are maintaining"
"True, in others eyes you are better to be killed and may be they will get your body to experiments and to know about the people in your world. But...." He paused. "When you got awake and Kunikida and Dazai put you under supervision you didn't fight back when you could have"
"I guess I found another annoyance in my life" Itsuho sighed. "I already know Dazai planning to make me one of you, a detective. Why are you doing this? Because you want me to defend you guys?"
"You!!" Kunikida glared at her. "It isn't that easy to be an Armed Detective. Without passing the test we individually giving to those who want to join no one can be—"
"Kunikida" the detective glance at him Itsuho could tell the grin in his face vanished the moment she ask those questions as his gaze always focus on her like others. But the thing is no one treating her as a threat as she furrowed brows.
"We don't want anything from you Itsuho Uchiha. Not your whatever power you held or whatever ability you have" The female said at her as her voice softened.
"You want to adopt that little tiger boy don't you? Why is that?"
"Because he is a good kitten so why not" Itsuho nonchalantly responded as she is treating the boy as a pet.
"Seriously that's a blatant lie" the detective expose her nonchalantly as he is mocking at her.
"How rude" She raised an eyebrow.
"You saw someone from him didn't you" The detective said before she speak to retort he continued to speak.
"You are trying to die because without you aren't there to stop those who destroyed everything you have, right? You want to end them. So others don't need to go through such thing again right? We want that empathy of your Itsuho Uchiha. I am not saying you have to abandon your world. But no one need to do the things alone. There should be many people there who can stand against those right? Knowing you can't leave don't you already making plans to get in touch with them? That's why I am inviting you to Armed Detective Agency"
He look at her with open eyes. "Indeed Kunikida said is true, no one can join Armed Detective Agency without passing the tests we given to those who want to join. So that entirely depend on you" the detective's expressions changed as she could tell his seriousness gone in an instant.
Itsuho sensed them like she felt lost. No matter where ever she went, the only gazes she felt contempt, fear, respect for her power, and look of they watching a weapon, hostility, need or they looking at her like they seeing some weirdo. Only Shisui..... she took a deep breath.
"I have to say I have never met people who irritated me this much in my life except you guys" when she said everyone look at her with a smile as there is no heat in to it. "I only agree with one condition"
She pointed at Atsushi who is still sleeping. "He is innocent he don't have any memories when he is the tiger. I will only come when you don't hand him over to authorities."
"We wasn't planning that in the first place...It. su. ho.- chan~" Dazai playfully said.
"Huh what will you do Dazai?" Kunikida raised an eyebrow as he crossed his arms. "After all he is an wild beast that bring calamity wherever he goes?"
"Ufufufu" He chuckled as he titled his head and pointed his index finger at the boy who is still sleeping. "I have already decided...." He smirked at Itsuho who 'looking' at him, unaffected by anything they saying.
"Like Itsuho-chan he will also join our company" he then dropped the bomb as Itsuho felt her lips twitching as she could sense others reactions.
"Huh???!!!!!!"
"I will be hiring him" Dazai grinned.
"Pfft" Itsuho chuckled. "You guys are funny"
